04/09/2025: Before comîg i saw the Price on the website HOTEL-AMI.com : single Room 35 - 40 € Double-room 40 - 50 €. When we arrived the owner (a woman) Said us 60€ per person per day, when i Said her, it was’nt the Price on the website she proposed us 70€ per person per day ( we wanted to stay there 2 days)including the dinner and the breakfast, We said ok , They served us bad food and for the breakfast dried biscottes with a coffee . So we paid the first night and we went . Very bad experience !

13/08/2025: We always find peace and quiet and a welcoming family atmosphere, quality meals, and a very nice room. Everything you need to recharge your batteries.

25/08/2025: The ice cream is very good, however the reception we were served by 2 women who were unbearable did not give us time to choose the children were indecisive we were told off for not being quick when there was no one there.. avoid unless you want to be received (on the other hand the ice creams are really good)

20/08/2025: The gelateria offers a good variety of flavors, but unfortunately the experience wasn't a positive one. I had already paid for three cones and asked to try a flavor I'd never seen before, but was told that due to policy, it wasn't possible due to the very closed rules. A small sample would have made the experience much more welcoming and encouraged me to return. The cones are also of rather basic quality. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to the customer, the overall impression could have improved significantly.

29/06/2025: Historic pastry shop in Bra... improved with the change of helm in the hands of the daughters... Good pastries (bignole, croissants, zeppole, etc.)... friendly staff but you have to avoid being served by the older lady who is disrespectful towards customers and arrogant, to the point of making you give up on the purchase... I've already been there 6 times in 2025 alone, I hope the lady was tired from having worked on preparing the mega cake for the anniversary of the Thesis... but today's experience is certainly not an invitation to return... Answer: I ordered 1 kg of bignole 5 times kindly and the lady kept asking how many people it was for and was annoyed when I answered I didn't know the number but I wanted 1 kg... the lady arrogantly pointed out to me 3 consecutive times that they had to be kept cool and I kindly replied "thank you, they will definitely be in the fridge and then in a cold room"... again the lady asked me "are you going to run errands?"... and I kindly replied "I'm going straight home"... again "are you sure, "Aren't you going to run errands?"... so I asked "I'm going home and excuse me, do you want to sell them or keep them?" I said goodbye and was leaving... when the lady arrogantly insisted "I want to guarantee you a fresh product to make a good impression and it doesn't spoil"... then I reacted badly by simply making the sign but in the long run feeling treated badly by idiots from the beginning does not make you well disposed.. Even the response to the review is terrible... Wake up to you who have not understood that I have known you for a long time (the opening words of the review are the clue).... Wake up to you if someone buys fresh pastries knows that they must be kept in the fridge so as not to spoil them... they do not need several insistent and repeated reminders in a short time and would like their request (a simple 1 kg of ready-made cream puffs that would become 2... one intended for one group and the other for another) to be fulfilled... Wake up to you: someone buys food to keep in the fridge and wants to consume it "spoiled" in your opinion.... Wake up to you: a person buys pastries to celebrate their birthday and offer them to colleagues and family members and wants to offer them "bad" in your opinion... in both cases, do you think that someone wants to get sick or make someone get sick by consuming a poorly preserved product?! Wake up, you pay attention to the customer (making them repeat the request a total of 6 times in 2-3 minutes is not respectful) and the purchase should be made pleasant... Wake up: you care so much about ensuring the right temperature that you use cardboard boxes to close the refrigerated counter (there are those with doors that are definitely more reliable in ensuring the temperature)... Wake up: even in your answer you make it clear that you haven't paid attention... now "I'm going home right away" now means going to run errands around... oh yes, should I have come with a van equipped with a refrigerated cell or should I have put a nice camping fridge connected to the car battery in the car? Good continuation and don't worry the person who in your opinion wants to "poison" knows other pastry shops in Bra and Alba... another pastry shop thanks you... Modified the answer... more polite compliments... and I apologize for the gesture made... but I would have avoided "if he really said to go home" as I repeated it 2 times in a very short time but no attention was paid... and "sometimes some customers go to do other errands afterwards" is not a good excuse to treat all customers with arrogance and like idiots: remember 1 (only one) time to keep the fresh pastries in the fridge and in the summer to put them in the fridge as soon as possible... good continuation with the business but currently I have strong doubts about coming back to you... goodbye!!!

16/08/2025: Terrible! I don't understand the other reviews because what I was served wasn't good. The ravioli al plin with three roast meat sauce wasn't ravioli al plin...and they were soaked in broth. The roast beef with zucchini looked like it came straight from a hospital cafeteria. The place is nice but very messy. What a shame! It used to be a high-end restaurant!

04/08/2025: Excellent dinner with my wife. The view from the garden is stunning. The veal with tuna sauce and risotto were excellent. The owner is friendly and helpful. I hope to return with friends.

11/08/2025: I recently visited this bar, restaurant, and pizzeria... the coffee is truly excellent, the best I've had in the area. The real surprise, however, was the friendliness of the people who work there: the super-kind and cheerful barista makes you feel right at home. The owner, who's my age, is also very helpful and friendly, which makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. Besides the pleasant atmosphere, the products are high-quality, and you can see the care taken in selecting and preparing them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to eat well and spend time with genuine and friendly people.

04/09/2025: Typical mountain environment, quaint villages to visit, interesting festivals like the potato festival, etc. Personally, I was greeted by many village cats. Unfortunately, no blondes. Villages frequented by many tourists.

16/07/2025: Everything was perfect... Impeccable service, delicious food, and fantastic organization. Communication with the owner and manager was priceless... With both of them, it was like talking to a friend who provides impeccable service. We even overcame the unexpected weather with results that exceeded all expectations (strong winds that lifted the umbrellas and a storm that thankfully only lasted 15 minutes). I couldn't have asked for more. Heartfelt thanks to Max, Fabio, and the entire dining room and kitchen team.

09/06/2025: If I could have given half a star I would have done so. The owners NO COMMENT….they have no passion for their work, for the place…for them it is really just BUSINESS!! Promises never kept, the place is not looked after at all, the patio where the ceremony takes place is TERRIBLE (it was said that it would be fixed), to have more space/time they wanted decorations that were not theirs in exchange…TERRIBLE organization, very low quality food, lazy staff (maybe because working for people like that doesn't value you and that's fine) collaboration equal to ZERO. For those who should choose this location…a sincere piece of advice MAKE SURE THEY PUT ALL THE AGREEMENTS ON PAPER, BLACK ON WHITE because their word is hot air!! But an even more sincere piece of advice, for your special day….choose another location!!!

17/08/2025: The view is beautiful, the area is very quiet, and the staff are very kind and helpful. I honestly found the fixed menu price of 35 euros to be excessive considering the food, but that can be subjective. I'm a very adaptable person and I love these places, but there must be a combination of things that make staying in a place like this pleasant. In fact, what really displeased me was the neglect of the place, which, if it were well-maintained inside and out, would be nothing short of stunning. The goat pens are crumbling and patched up in a haphazard way, and in some places even dangerous for the animals. There are several broken and abandoned objects. In short, I'm sorry, but I don't feel like recommending it to friends.

10/08/2025: An unpleasant end to the day at this establishment. A child in our group sat down on a filthy armchair and found some money stuffed between the cushions (perhaps belonging to a customer who had passed by a while ago). A young waitress, hearing about it, insisted that the money (abandoned and crumpled between the seats of the armchair) belonged to a certain Davide (perhaps the owner?). To make a long story short, this waitress began by telling one of our group, "I'm not coming to steal from your house, ma'am," thus insinuating that the child had stolen the money and wanted it back... a very serious matter, bordering on criminal prosecution!

19/08/2025: Agribar is a pleasant surprise in the heart of Limone, perfect for a relaxed aperitivo in a casual atmosphere. Its real selling point? It's located right next to a wellness center, so the ideal combination is the two: imagine yourself after a relaxing afternoon at the spa, sitting in the sun with a fine glass of wine in hand and some appetizers—simply perfect. It's also more than fine for a bite to eat: the dishes aren't gourmet, but they're honest and well-prepared. Perfect for an unpretentious yet pleasant break. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Don't expect a classy place, but if you're looking for simplicity and a bit of atmosphere, Agribar does the job. I'd gladly return.

06/09/2025: The atmosphere is tempting, as it evokes the feel of an old-fashioned tavern, and you're expecting old-fashioned mountain cuisine. In reality, the food is quite disappointing; everything seems prepared in advance, the ingredients don't seem particularly authentic, and the bill, on the other hand, I found extremely overpriced. It's certainly not a place to remember fondly.

08/09/2025: I can't describe how rudely we were treated for "daring" to sit at a table after they had served us food on plates. We were ABSOLUTELY NOT warned that we couldn't, otherwise we would never have allowed ourselves to do so. We were treated like paupers in front of everyone. SHAME on you for treating customers this way. There are so many ways to say things, especially since we promptly apologized and explained we had no way of knowing. NEVER AGAIN. The focaccia was also stale and tasted of rancid oil; the sandwich was at least decent.

06/09/2025: Never again! I asked if they had salads or if it was possible to have a small plate of vegetables, which are included in the sandwiches... first they said yes, then no, they demanded payment for the sandwiches before they brought them, after more than 20 minutes of waiting, and they arrived cold...

02/09/2025: I often stop by this bar for work, but I think many others do too. Bar TOM is a must-visit for anyone visiting Fossano. This establishment has a bar that also serves hot dishes during lunch hours, a tobacconist, and a newsstand. Overall, the place is tidy and clean, and the staff is friendly. Convenient to stop in since there's a little parking. Highly recommended!
