05/11/2024: Nightmare experience. We went on Saturday 2 November for the Saints' fair. When I booked I asked if they had a fixed menu or à la carte menu, having confirmed the à la carte menu I decided to book. I didn't give any weight to the NEGATIVE reviews and decided to trust me. At 12 we arrive at this "restaurant" that looked like a Tigurio, I was VERY perplexed, we sit down and I ask for the menu.....it wasn't there, today we eat with the fixed menu. My husband also wanted to leave because in the reservation I specifically asked for the menu as it would be. I would like to point out that in total there were 15 people in the place. At 1pm, the appetizers arrived: 5 slices of salami, 1 slice of cotechino with a spoonful of puree on top (I have never seen a presentation like this) 1 slice of veal with tuna sauce, NUMBER 2 local olives ne. At 2pm the first courses arrive for me the Cisrà, for my husband tagliolini with fassona ragù INEDIBLE, in fact he left them on the plate. ENOUGH it was really a pain in the ass, we had asked for the bill and we left, I forgot 2 glasses (not glasses), of dessert and a bottle of water, for the modest expense of eating NOTHING of €51.... We went out and went to Montezemolo, to the bar of the square to eat 2 toasts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE, A PLACE TO AVOID.

03/08/2024: Excellent place to eat in peace, delicious appetizers, good and plentiful tagliatelle with mushrooms. Must try

20/10/2024: In the center of the town of Verduno. I spent a night in the guesthouse. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Independent entrance for the night. Varied and plentiful breakfast. And then you want to put the experience of sleeping in a castle...... Advised.

05/10/2024: Today on October 5th, 2024 visit to the beautiful garden in the afternoon... Unfortunately I experienced completely uninspired and inattentive service... unfortunately I had to go to the small restaurant right next door...

15/02/2025: Ok, we are in winter and therefore I can understand the limited number of ice cream flavors but no cigarette smell inside the place, in fact the ice cream cone smelled of smoke and the ice cream flavors were dry as if they were old or left in the open air, rather in winter you don't sell ice creams, to eat them like this I would have wanted at least a 50% discount. Make a fool of my partner for taking her there telling him it was the best ice cream shop in the area. From now on I can say the worst.

20/10/2024: Antonella e Gianni sono gentilissimi e non sono amano il loro lavoro e la bella Entracque, ma si prendono cura dei clienti. I prezzi sono buoni e se passate portate a casa la focaccia ai cereali di Gianni o, in alternativa, gustatela con un bicchiere di Ruchè del Monferrato.

04/02/2025: Pranzo di lavoro disastroso... Riscaldamento spento (o rotto), mangiato con giaccone addosso, per carità può capitare... Antipasto preparato ore prima. Carne discreta, contorno pieno di pepe. Bò...

09/12/2024: Escapa de las multitudes y restaurantes caros en Langhe Basso para las colinas misteriosas y la tradición tradicional de Alta Langa. Si quieres vivir una experiencia puramente local, reserva una mesa para el almuerzo del domingo en Trattoria della Torre. No esperes que tu dueño - los servidores te hablen o pasen mucho tiempo en tu mesa porque los domingos el restaurante está lleno. Se están apresurando. Al igual que en el pasado, no hay menú, solo opciones que hacer. Paga según el número de platos que comas. Para los antipasti, hay cinco platos tradicionales como el tonnato de vitello, cruda de carne, insalata russa, flan con cualquier verdura que esté en temporada, y algo más que cambia. Se le dará a elegir entre una prima (pasta o risotto) , y luego una elección entre dos segundos (entradas) . El postre es otro momento para tomar decisiones. Un "misti" - - mezcla - - es el camino a seguir. No hay carta de vinos. Es tinto local (Nebbiolo o Barbera) o blanco (bebimos el Chardonnay y estaba delicioso).

19/11/2024: We went to them for breakfast for the first time. I don't know, maybe we ended up on the wrong Sunday morning, but the place was dirty, the brioche wasn't good, there was a queue to pay at the cash register, they had to pay for 2 things, we weren't in the supermarket with a lot of money. The place is strategic and managed by young people, but they are not organized in their work. They still have a lot to review and re-evaluate all of this.

30/01/2025: Stunning and welcoming place to relax and escape from the city. The very kind and nice ladies. Super excellent cleanliness, abundant and pleasant tasting breakfast, DELICIOUS apple pie and lots of choice... the cappuccino with fabulous foam 😋😋😋😋. We will be back!!!! 🤩🤩👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

13/10/2024: Sunday lunch, having intolerance problems the menu was slightly modified. It's not the first time we've come. It is an old-fashioned tavern, which unfortunately is becoming an increasingly rare commodity. Fixed menu, 2 excellent starters of veal with tuna sauce and giardiniera, 2 first courses risotto with Barolo and gnocchi from Val Varaita, those who were able to eat them found them excellent. 1 second course of deer with polenta, deer, beautiful, soft and good, spectacular polenta. Perfect old-fashioned house Barbera. Loved apple pie with custard. Nice strong coffee... For 3 plus a small child €80 more than honest. We will be back.

08/09/2024: Gentilezza ottima cucina e prezzi modici la consiglio a tutti e sicuramente ci torniamo non mi e mai capitato che entrando in locale mi chiedessero cosa volevo mangiare porterò a casa un bel ricordo della vacanza

08/12/2024: Grazioso bar posizionato appena sotto al castello. Ci fermiamo per una veloce pausa dopo una visita al mercatino natalizio. Il molto caos non ci impedisce di sederci all’interno. Delizioso zabaglione con krumiro e un buon marocco. Possibilità anche di pranzare.

30/03/2025: I have always been their customer, even when the weather is bad I get ice cream in this ice cream shop. As a taste, I always take stracciatella, it's a shame that today when I took stracciatella there were no drops of chocolate, it was fiordilatte. We need to pay more attention to the customer just because there were more people than usual, we must not neglect the quality and service!

30/03/2025: Two adults and a 3 year old entered. When we went in there was a huge stench of I don't know what. We took two cones and a cup, two flavors (the cup for the child) €8.40. The cup for the child was mini with all the ice cream spilling out, I asked if they could please give me a larger cup to pour the ice cream into for the child so he wouldn't throw it all over himself. They gave it to me and I poured it out. I thanked him and left. As I was leaving I heard the boy sarcastically say to his colleague: you were good not to charge for the cup. She replied in the same tone: eh as always. All this while we were leaving saying it behind our backs so we could hear. I left and sent a euro on Satispay to these two poor boys. OBVIOUSLY FIRST AND LAST TIME in this ice cream shop.

28/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale al Campanile, il cibo è stato ottimo ma ci aspettavamo qualcosina in più. Solamente un primo, non sono mai passati per il bis ed il servizio non sempre efficiente. Prezzo abbastanza altino per quello che si è mangiato. Il locale è molto bello, ma in alcuni punti ci sono problemi di infiltrazioni di umidità da aggiustare con urgenza. Il cibo buono ma ci è sembrata l'impressione di aver mangiato il minimo sindacale per essere il pranzo di Natale.

08/10/2024: Abbiamo prenotato in questo albergo senza conoscere nulla. Siamo stati positivamente colpiti essendo ricavato in un antico monastero immerso nel silenzio della campagna. Purtroppo non abbiamo cenato li perché c'era un matrimonio, ma la titolare ci ha indicato un ottimo ristorante nei pressi. Le camere essenziali ricavate dalle vecchie "celle" del monastero. Tutto molto accurato interni e giardino. Abbiamo chiacchierato con la titolare che ci ha raccontato i trascorsi. Ottima colazione in una stanza tranquilla. Qualità/prezzo ottima. Da tenere presente oltre che per pernottamenti anche per cenare.

27/02/2025: Disappointing change of management We used to come here all the time and were very disappointed after the change in management Much higher prices, food that we did not find up to the required expense (mandatory menu at 28 euros) Management and service overall unpleasant We won't be returning and will definitely go to the cabin below It's a shame because especially in the summer it was a nice meeting point especially for families

23/02/2025: Giudizio pessimo. Sono stato con la famiglia a pranzare dopo una sciata e ho trovato: personale alla cassa estremamente sgarbato, menù limitatissimo e prezzi stratosferici, del tutto fuori mercato anche per un locale a bordo pista. Non credo sia un caso che all’ora di pranzo della domenica la maggior parte dei tavoli fosse vuota. Non tornerò e lo sconsiglierò.
