12/12/2025: It's not a very big place but it's very welcoming where the food is truly exquisite and the service is very efficient, and to put it bluntly, the price, whether it's fish or meat day, doesn't reflect what you eat.
07/12/2025: Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful service, an old-fashioned place and for that it should be appreciated, we ate the bagna cauda, quite delicate compared to others, excellent variety of ingredients

Beautiful place, great service, excellent value, friendly, helpful, and kind! You made us feel at home in every way, we'll gladly return more often!
01/12/2025: We booked by phone and were immediately informed that the only available lunch slot was the 2:00 PM shift, which we accepted without a problem. Arriving promptly, we found people waiting both inside and outside the restaurant, a sign that shifts were not being respected at all. Those who arrived after us were seated first, with no logic or rationale. We spent over half an hour waiting, without an explanation, an update, or even the slightest attention. This is terrible and unprofessional management, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for customers.

01/06/2025: Locale inserito nel Ricetto di Candelo, antico borgo medievale!! Mura antiche che all’interno custodiscono un gioiello dell’ingegno umano: un torchio imponente. Ambienti affascinanti e citatissimi, cucina e servizio eccellenti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Valore aggiunto del ristorante è il suo proprietario, Alberto, un vero anfitrione e chaperone!!
01/06/2025: Assaggiato due ottimi menù degustazione. Ambiente piacevolissimo, personale competente e gentile. Mi spiace per uno dei camerieri......era sabato sera 311 maggio PSG-INTER.

10/11/2025: It's the first time I've been to a bar that doesn't allow me to sit down because the few tables available are reserved. Empty tables but with "reserved" signs. Breakfast standing in a narrow space. Shouldn't this be a moment of leisure and relaxation? It's inconceivable that they wouldn't offer a seat because they're reserving the tables. It's not a restaurant where I can stay for two hours, but a place for a 10-minute break... Eating standing while looking at empty reserved tables is ridiculous... when you can clean a bar table in a minute. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for my concept of a coffee break.

22/08/2025: The Parco delle Rovere is located at the end of the Cervo Valley in the village of Piedicavallo, a green space alongside the Cervo River, perfect for picnics or relaxing on hot summer days. There's a large parking lot for those visiting the valley for the many hikes available. Several trails depart from the park to various refuges; to the Vecchia Lake, Rivetti, Madonna degli Angeli, and Gragliasca. There's also a kiosk that recently changed management and is worth a stop for its friendly service, reasonable prices, and beautiful scenery. It's a popular spot from June to September during hot weather.

29/12/2025: The place was half empty, tables were empty, and upon entry the staff sent us away with the excuse of not having clean cups, without giving us the opportunity to sit down and wait for clean cups. I find this person's behavior extremely rude.
29/12/2025: December 29, 5:00 PM. I'm about to go in for a coffee. A rather unkind and unprofessional employee/waiter/collaborator, or who knows what, outside the establishment says to me: "NO, MRS. WE'RE FULL!"
Excuse me?
NO NO... we're full!
After this, what should I say?
1. You don't know what I came in there for (a coffee at the counter would have been enough).
2. There were people in the place, yes... but not enough to be FULL.
3. Let's not complain about Biella or the places/venues that "steal" business from each other... let's instead complain about the unhelpful and completely customer-friendly workers...
I'm very sorry.

There's only paid parking nearby, and access to the restaurant is via two steps leading to the main floor. I usually order soy milk and vegan brioche (unfortunately frozen at source) to fill as desired. Both items are good quality.
