03/10/2025: Incredible pizzas. I recommend coming right around dinner time: a little earlier or later and the variety of pizzas diminishes, but if you come at the right time, you can try every type of pizza. I have a weakness for the desserts, which are truly delicious. Friendly and helpful waiters. Obviously, since it's a pizza tour, silence and tranquility aren't the place's strong points, but it's part of the experience.

I had fond memories of the restaurants you managed over the years, and this time you did not disappoint! As always, you treated me wonderfully, making me feel at home, and the lunch break was delicious. We ate wonderfully, drank excellent wine, and the chef, as always, did an exceptional job. My compliments to her! Bagatto is a truly charming and welcoming place in the center of Biella. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in a family atmosphere. 06/10/2025: We had dinner at a porcini mushroom evening. We had a mixed appetizer with Piedmontese products, raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, and then fried porcini mushrooms! Everything was delicious: the meat was incredibly fresh and the local porcini mushrooms were incredibly tasty! We paired it with a bottle of red wine that was recommended from the selection, and it was perfect! Finally, the desserts, which we sampled each one to try, were exceptional! The price was very fair! I highly recommend! We'll be back!

25/12/2025: I discovered this place by chance, even though I'm from Biella, because it's one of the few places open on Mondays. The food is quite good and the service is friendly. I really like the inside; the wooden tables, the counter with the taps, and the tasteful background music create a lovely atmosphere. From the outside, it doesn't look all that nice, to be honest, but inside, it's very nice, and there's even convenient parking.

03/01/2026: I found this inn on the main road by chance, 200 meters from the lakefront. It has ample parking right in front. The atmosphere is typical of an American steakhouse. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. There were six of us, so we ordered a variety of dishes that everyone was happy with: pizza, ribs, steak, fries, Caesar salad, and, above all, my Jack potatoes (a giant potato cooked in a special American oven, seasoned with salt and oil, and then stuffed with one of the many toppings available on the menu). The desserts are also delicious, from the cherry pie to the Locandamisu (a reinterpretation with saiwa gold, Nutella, and whipped cream), the apple and cinnamon cake, and the banana cake. I highly recommend it.

01/01/2026: We had lunch on December 21st and it was amazing!! There were two tables with a total of about 30 people and, despite this, they were quick with the orders and especially with the dishes. I was very surprised! As for the dishes, what can I say... I can only say that we will DEFINITELY be back. The photos speak for themselves 🤤 the desserts are also truly excellent, made by them. I can't find anything to criticize. Clean, organized, and fast. See you soon! 🥰

31/12/2025: I am 7 months pregnant with a 2 year old child to be changed, indicated as a place for disabled people or with clear needs to contact for toilets on New Year's Eve, I was in front of the locked entrance door "entrance only for reservations" THEY DIDN'T EVEN ASK ME THE REASON FOR MY NEED even though I went in front 3 times, 3 different people saw me and none of them took me into account, in fact they signaled me to leave, THANK YOU

The service is unparalleled; it's hard to find waiters as attentive and courteous as these. The menu offers just the right amount of dishes. Quality ingredients are prepared in the traditional way, without too many frills, achieving excellent results. Good selection of wines. Average prices.
