01/04/2026: Lunch was booked on a Wednesday, half an hour early. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There were two of us in Biella for work, and we were looking for a place downtown to eat in a timely manner and with a quality meal. This place offered us a first course (fusilli with radicchio and gorgonzola) with perfectly cooked pasta, just al dente, and tasty; a second course of a trio of vegetables (for me) and a roast beef with vegetables and sauce (for my colleague). The portions were adequate and presented just right, for a total of €10 (first course and second course). House wine and dessert were included. We were very satisfied and will return for our next business meeting in Biella.
29/03/2026: Lunch with friends during the Warhol exhibition. Simple place, quick service. The daily menu offers a few dishes at very reasonable prices.

11/04/2026: I had some really good pasta dishes, tasty, freshly made, and flavorful! I highly recommend them! The pizza also looks very good. Since everything is made fresh, there's a bit of a wait, but it's very pleasant because the owners are friendly and there's also a small garden out back to enjoy or wait in. I highly recommend them!!!

21/04/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant that was recommended to us. It's a truly beautiful place, elegantly furnished. We chose the tasting menu, with meat and fish. It was simply spectacular: high-quality ingredients, a surprising balance of flavors, excellent service, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Thank you again for the candle on the dessert. We'll definitely be back.
08/03/2026: The ambiance was very nice and the food was good, but we found the service to be truly inadequate for a restaurant of this caliber (and price). Unfortunately, we witnessed several mistakes and inconsistent management (tasting menu, wines, ingredients to avoid for a pregnant woman, a dish different from the one ordered). A difficult evening can happen, but in a place where you can easily spend €100 per person, you'd expect greater attention, care, and courtesy in the service.

12/04/2026: I go to this restaurant very often. The fixed-price menu for €12 includes a first course, second course, side dish, water, or wine, and you can choose from a wide selection. Everything is really good.
The staff is very knowledgeable, and the owner is friendly and clearly cares about the restaurant and his customers.
I recommend it as one of the best trattorias in Biella.

It was a real pleasure to visit you again at Bagatto for lunch. I had fond memories of the restaurants you managed over the years, and this time you did not disappoint!
As always, you treated me wonderfully, making me feel at home, and the lunch break was delicious. We ate wonderfully, drank excellent wine, and the chef, as always, did an exceptional job. My compliments to her!
Bagatto is a truly charming and welcoming place in the center of Biella. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in a family atmosphere.

06/10/2025: We had dinner at a porcini mushroom evening. We had a mixed appetizer with Piedmontese products, raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, and then fried porcini mushrooms! Everything was delicious: the meat was incredibly fresh and the local porcini mushrooms were incredibly tasty! We paired it with a bottle of red wine that was recommended from the selection, and it was perfect! Finally, the desserts, which we sampled each one to try, were exceptional! The price was very fair! I highly recommend! We'll be back!

24/02/2026: Noemi, Whisky 🐶, and I stopped for lunch on our way to the Oropa Sanctuary.
Everything was wonderful, from the atmosphere, to the hospitality and friendliness, to the good food.
We felt like we were having lunch with our grandparents; we left with full bellies and smiling eyes.
Highly recommended! ❤️
