13/02/2024: Una scoperta molto piacevole. Innanzi tutto personale gentile sin dal momento della prenotazione. Poche proposte ma molto interessanti e ben eseguite. Giro di antipasti piemontesi composto da giardiniera home made, san carlino, peperoni in bagna cauda, sformato di carciofi con fonduta. Ci sarebbe stato bene anche un assaggio di vitello tonnato..... Come primo gnocchetti di barbabietola con crema di gorgonzola e tagliatelle al ragù di salsiccia toscana... Come secondo guancetta al vino rosso servita con polenta. Dessert Tiramisu. Questi ottimi piatti sono stati accompagnati da un altrettanto ottimo pinot grigio. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Che dire? Già messo in agenda e ci ritorneremo.

12/08/2024: The restaurant is in a very pleasant location, right in the main square, offering a nice view during your meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including a tagliatelle, a hamburger, the fish couscous, the Milanese and the sea bass. All dishes were normal, with no particular surprises. The quality was adequate for the price, which was convenient. The service was fast and professional, if a little distant. Overall, a good place for a casual meal, with the advantage of a truly picturesque location.
28/07/2024: Excellent location (Piazza Cisterna al Piazzo). Cozy atmosphere with very friendly staff. Excellent food with different tastings of first and second courses. Excellent value for money.

30/08/2024: intrigued by the excellent reviews and some newspaper articles, we ordered a nice assortment of biscuits (around €100). Overall verdict: these do a different sport, they win the ring for the best biscuits in the world. They are the Chicago Bulls of dry pastries. The flavors and aromas you feel in their biscuits are top 10. I have never tasted biscuits of this level. Obsessive attention is also paid to the packaging to ensure the biscuits arrive perfectly intact. Overall rating 10 for everything. Absolute perfection. Very Very Very Very Very Satisfied. To be repeated and repeated and repeated.

26/07/2024: I went for lunch because I was in the area for work and had a really good meal. Exquisite Piedmontese appetizer, excellent tortelloni! What is of no small importance is good "bulk" wine! I really hope to have other opportunities to return

05/08/2024: The pizza dough looks like bubblegum. Medium quality ingredients. Pizza made over a wood fire, looks good, but it is the worst pizza I have eaten in Italy.

13/08/2024: Basterebbe il titolo a descrivere il tutto ma è corretto fare due parole in più.
40€ per 3 pizze, sottolineo da ASPORTO.
Le pizze erano:
1 crudo e bufala
1 prosciutto e funghi (NO MOZZARELLA)
1 funghi pomodorini e rucola
Premetto che i funghi erano porcini ma del prezzo eccessivo ci siamo resi conto una volta arrivati a casa e riguardando lo scontrino c’erano battute 4 pizze chiamate ‘Dinamite’.
Richiamato immediatamente il titolare ci ha riferito che il prezzo era corretto e che aveva battuto 4 pizze per COMODITÀ.
Inutile continuare ad argomentare, mi sembra che possa bastare così.

08/08/2024: Well! A restaurant run by women only, therefore with all the accuracy that follows even if it is a simple Trattoria with a menu of traditional Piedmontese dishes and a few dishes that are suitable for those who are passing through and do not want to delve further.
After an excellent risotto with mixed mushrooms, we tasted a Musetto which was like honey accompanied by a Green Sauce which I can define as MORE!
The house wine accompanied the meal excellently.
As always, no photos, because this too is a place to discover and simply enjoy.
...and the more I go there the more I like it!!! 😉

In due abbiamo preso il menu. Scelta tra 4 primi e moltissimi secondi, oltre che ai dolci (tantissimi).
Abbiamo preso anche due aperitivi, acqua, vino, caffè, grappa e amaro.
In tutto poco più di 50,00 euro.
Oltre la gentilezza di Claudio e Rita.
Per cui consigliatissimo.
Un altro consiglio, prenotate. Spesso a pranzo è pieno.

10/06/2024: Visited in conjunction with a very nice temporary exhibition. Very warm welcome from the owners. Tasting of 2 glasses of wine of their production was carried out. Really very good. Visit to the park where the exhibition was located. The truly delightful brother and sister owners told us some anecdotes related to the lives of their ancestors. Free entry with museum membership card. Absolutely worth visiting.
I liked it very much. The castle being a private residence cannot be visited.
11/05/2024: Excellent welcome, very helpful in explaining the various types of wines and excellent tasting, perhaps too little known especially by the people of Biella, these wines are absolutely worth trying.
