I had fond memories of the restaurants you managed over the years, and this time you did not disappoint! My compliments to her! Bagatto is a truly charming and welcoming place in the center of Biella. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in a family atmosphere. 06/10/2025: We had dinner at a porcini mushroom evening. We had a mixed appetizer with Piedmontese products, raw meat with porcini mushrooms, tagliatelle, and then fried porcini mushrooms! Everything was delicious: the meat was incredibly fresh and the local porcini mushrooms were incredibly tasty! We paired it with a bottle of red wine that was recommended from the selection, and it was perfect! Finally, the desserts, which we sampled each one to try, were exceptional! The price was very fair! I highly recommend! We'll be back!

03/01/2026: I found this inn on the main road by chance, 200 meters from the lakefront. It has ample parking right in front. The atmosphere is typical of an American steakhouse. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. There were six of us, so we ordered a variety of dishes that everyone was happy with: pizza, ribs, steak, fries, Caesar salad, and, above all, my Jack potatoes (a giant potato cooked in a special American oven, seasoned with salt and oil, and then stuffed with one of the many toppings available on the menu). The desserts are also delicious, from the cherry pie to the Locandamisu (a reinterpretation with saiwa gold, Nutella, and whipped cream), the apple and cinnamon cake, and the banana cake. I highly recommend it.

01/01/2026: We had lunch on December 21st and it was amazing!! There were two tables with a total of about 30 people and, despite this, they were quick with the orders and especially with the dishes. I was very surprised! As for the dishes, what can I say... I can only say that we will DEFINITELY be back. The photos speak for themselves 🤤 the desserts are also truly excellent, made by them. I can't find anything to criticize. Clean, organized, and fast. See you soon! 🥰

08/03/2026: The ambiance was very nice and the food was good, but we found the service to be truly inadequate for a restaurant of this caliber (and price). Unfortunately, we witnessed several mistakes and inconsistent management (tasting menu, wines, ingredients to avoid for a pregnant woman, a dish different from the one ordered). A difficult evening can happen, but in a place where you can easily spend €100 per person, you'd expect greater attention, care, and courtesy in the service.

14/02/2026: I'm sorry to tell you about this recent experience; the dinner menu claims to be sophisticated, but in my opinion it's unconvincing, but that's just a subjective opinion. We definitely won't be returning, especially given the quality/service/price ratio. When a second course of cod arrived, toward the end, under the sauce, we noticed a piece of clear film (about 5x5 cm) on the plate. We obviously reported it and received an apology from the waitress. When it came to the bill, no mention was made, not even an attempt to apologize with a discount or the offer of a dessert (just as an example). Nothing... a mistake can happen and is forgiven, but presumption cannot...

20/01/2026: We went to celebrate our 50th anniversary and had a great time. Clean place, very friendly and hospitable staff, attention to detail, delicious food. Excellent value for money!
