19/10/2025: A little disappointed. We didn't use the hotel, but the bar service. The first day I ordered and was served a cake that was really not fresh. It was a baked cake without any cream or cream filling, and I ate it out of politeness, but when I found myself paying 5 euros for a measly slice of stale cake, I was a little annoyed. The next day I gave this place another chance. I came in around 6 pm and sat down with my partner. They served the tables near us, having two different waiters take the order from the table next to ours. So much so that the group of young people told the second waitress they had already ordered. Good. The lady in question didn't even look up to look at us. We weren't heard until quite some time later. Much later. And the place wasn't full. I should point out that at 2:30 pm I went in to try to drink a coffee and at 3 pm I left without having drunk it because no one paid attention to me.

15/06/2025: A pranzo in questo ristorante nella parte alta del complesso di Oropa, con brutto tempo incombente (come pare capiti spesso da queste parti): per fortuna ci hanno trovato posto nella saletta superiore, all'interno del locale. Iniziamo con degli antipasti misti piuttosto ricchi ed anche abbondanti, per passare poi alla specialità del luogo: la polenta concia, piatto che non conoscevo davvero ricco di formaggio, burro e... colesterolo. Tutto buono, servizio ottimo e prezzi nella media. Decisamente promosso!

27/10/2025: I stopped by on Monday during the Camino de Ermenegildo. The inn was closed and there was no way to get a Camino stamp. If you mark yourself as part of the pilgrimage route, you really must be.

26/11/2025: We had a family lunch at Ai Tre Arc in Oropa and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a quiet atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions—perfect for a family Sunday. The staff is kind and attentive, always available without being intrusive. We felt truly pampered from start to finish. A pleasant lunch in an absolutely worthy location: we'll gladly return!

19/11/2025: This Wednesday in November, for lunch, my husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise! The daily menu cost €25 and included a hot appetizer, a first course, a second course with a side dish, a house dessert, water, wine, and coffee. Everything was excellent! The only small negative was that it was a bit chilly despite the large pellet stove. We'll definitely be back.

30/11/2025: Terrible food. A week ago I waited 2 hours for a bruschetta, I asked several times and it finally arrived cold. This evening, after an hour and a half of waiting, they served the people who were with me, the nearby tables arrived later and after I asked again for my Margherita pizza they brought me another one, which I sent back. I didn't eat and to finish we asked for 2 coffees which arrived with sugar sachets but without the spoons. We asked for them but they didn't bring them. Congratulations indeed.

29/11/2025: The place is very large and has plenty of seating; there's always live entertainment on weekends. The music is pop, aiming to fill the place up. The pirate-themed atmosphere is unique, and there are plenty of dishes to choose from, along with just as many drinks. Good selection and beer selection. Parking is a sore point; there's a few spots in front of the place, then you have to walk a bit. I don't mind, but not everyone likes walking a bit, especially in the winter.

21/11/2025: I always enjoy stopping at this osteria. You can breathe in the mountain air, with the tranquility of these areas. The food is always excellent.

17/11/2025: I was greeted with great affection by the owner and his daughter, or niece, I believe. I was greeted even more warmly after mentioning that my family had lived in the area many years ago. We chatted extensively, and they offered me several glasses of limoncello, filled with love and affection. This was one of the restaurants that most changed my life, and for the best spaghetti all'aglio e olio I've ever eaten in all of Italy. It's a place for those with families who have the patience to talk and enjoy the hosts' good conversation. Even though I arrived at 2 PM, they welcomed me as if I were at home. Thank you so much, and I'll be back soon to repay your kindness. See you soon!

12/11/2025: I ordered on Deliveroo after a half-hour wait. The delivery driver who was on his way to pick up the order accepted the order. My order was cancelled. Not reliable. I called the restaurant and was told it's their closing day and it's an order due at 9 p.m. I wonder how it's possible that no one noticed before and the situation hasn't been resolved.

08/07/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in due con un antipasto piemontese (cipolla ripiena, peperone con bagna cauda, trota salmonata, e altre specialità) dei ravioli del plin ed una polenta concia. A seguire un dolce tipico e due caffè Acqua naturale Costo totale 51,2 euro Molto positiva la disponibilità del personale a sostituire una delle componenti l’antipasto ad entrambi sgradita. Porzioni generose e di qualità Unica nota stonata (che mi fatto dare solo 4 pallini) l’assenza di un menù scritto ; ritengo che sia corretto, al di là dei prezzi onesti, che il commensale sappia quanto sta spendendo prima di ordinare

06/11/2025: We visited this restaurant in the center of Biella with some friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere. We had two pizzas and two stuffed focaccias, both excellent. The staff was truly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

02/11/2025: I've been a Pizza Max customer for three years, often going there for pizza, baguettes, and desserts. Tonight I returned after about a year, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Five pastries cost me €19. I paid with €10 in bills and another €8 in coins (€5 + €3), and I needed to add another €1, but I was told I'd miscalculated and was short €3. When I tried to explain that I'd almost completed the payment, the clerk rudely said, "You must have arrived two days ago," simply because I'm a foreigner. Finally, he said, "Okay, go ahead." I offered to return something if he thought I was making a mistake, but he replied, "No need, go ahead," which makes me think the price was already inflated from the start, probably because he saw I was a foreigner. I can't confirm this, however, because I wasn't given a receipt. I'm sorry to write this, because I've always loved this place in the past and recommended it to everyone, but after this experience I don't think I'll be back.

11/10/2025: A very good restaurant in a quiet village. All the produce is local, very fresh, and very well prepared. The chef is available and very welcoming. His wine is excellent. We have very fond memories...

14/09/2025: Excellent white calamari, homemade pesto, and excellent prawns. The tiramisu was good. The only flaw was the very noisy dining room, due to the children making a lot of noise.

10/09/2025: We celebrated the start of school with lunch with some classmates. I tried the pinsa, which was absolutely excellent, and the pizzas looked delicious too. The place is perfect for those with children, because while they wait to eat, they can run around outside, where there's a large garden and playground.
