20/07/2024: As for the pizzas, nothing to complain about, they are very good. The same goes for the setting which makes this place a bit of a family place. On the other hand, for the negative sides, the service was far too long (the restaurant was almost empty) and the quality of the dishes was average and the presentation poor.

Exaggerated prices I order a drink they don't have it they bring a soda for 4 euros even not cold I ask for a glass with a bit of ice they bring a glass full of ice. Young staff yes but improvised and inexperienced better a sandwich and cold sprite in the grocery store and backpack

18/08/2024: I think this is the first negative review I've written, I don't usually rage by shooting at the red cross....... We had lunch with friends on August 15th and it was unfortunately a terrible experience for everyone. Lack of attention to dietary needs already reported by telephone at the time of booking. The dishes, which on paper looked very good, in reality were of poor quality and the unrecognizable ingredients were so badly dosed and badly cooked. Almost indistinguishable jumbles. The first seemed to have been seasoned with a ready-made Mutti sauce from the supermarket, its "chemical" aftertaste left us with many doubts regarding its creation and we all digested it until the next day. The second was also an unsuccessful experiment: roast beef with an unrecognizable filling drowned in a sweet and sour-like pepper sauce that covered every type of taste. All accompanied by a diced of literally charred baked potatoes, inedible and left over by everyone, including the tables next to them. How do you get a dish like that out of the kitchen? Of 10 potatoes presented 9 were literally black, completely charred. Lastly, what was supposed to be a peach and amaretti affogato was instead a teaspoon of ice cream presented in a bowl smaller than a coffee cup, with a teaspoon of orange sauce that perhaps should have been reminiscent of peaches. The two young waitresses seemed improvised and rather awkward even when remembering absolutely banal requests (sparkling or natural water, bread). Very slow service but no one was in a hurry as they were relaxing in mid-August. To add insult to injury: when they went to pay we were told only then that they didn't have the POS. Panic as none of us had cash except a friend who had to pay for everyone, to our embarrassment. Menu from €29 each which became €40 with 1 bottle of mediocre white wine. Continuous complaints and comments from the tables of diners next to us confirmed that they did not have the baluettes. Terrifying.

23/08/2024: I find all the wonderful and excellent reviews alarming... I wonder what do you usually eat in this area? Innovative place... Well looked after... it seems like a joke to me. Terrible service. The place is not at all well looked after, it seems to imitate a real Korean Japanese restaurant but it doesn't succeed. Tiny portions and too high prices. For me the quality leaves something to be desired and seeing how they kept the fish in the display case which for me was almost not up to standard I was careful not to eat it. The sauces have an opaque film, everyone touches the tablet. No sorry no. But don't pass. Don't come and I repeat for me as it was kept out of the fridge that raw fish was really very very scary

18/05/2024: Siamo andati x pranzo e subito appena entrati l’impressione non è stata delle migliori. Cameriere/ proprietario con aria scocciata che ci ha fatto accomodare senza quasi guardarci in faccia. Il locale non si presentava meglio. Dehor con posaceneri pieni e mozziconi nelle fioriere. Vetrate del locale che non venivano pulite da mesi ( anni ). Ordiniamo 2 focacce bianche in attesa della pizza. COMPLETAMENTE insipide e insapori , così è stato anche x le pizza che non avevano sale nell’ impasto. La cosa più buona sono stati i grissini che erano confezionati!

06/08/2024: We came back to try the risotto alla pescatora and it's really good! Highly recommended! Furthermore, the fried food and the mixed seafood and land starters are also excellent. Staff always super friendly, attentive and thoughtful!

01/08/2024: We were there for lunch, we had 2 first courses, tagliolini with seafood and tagliolini with clams and bottarga, two desserts, a panna cotta with strawberry topper and a passion fruit semifreddo, what can I say, everything was super excellent, we come from the sea and eat so fresh fish in a nom lake area it's so easy, very nice and professional staff and owners, I recommend it wholeheartedly ❤️❤️❤️

10/08/2024: Pizza in an electric oven in a local bakery with tables and an average take-away service with moderate prices. Overall good.

09/08/2024: Definitely the only pizzeria in Biella where you can order and receive an excellent pizza at home. But regarding deliveries, my advice is to turn on your home oven while waiting because they will almost always arrive late. However, the food is really special, the flour chosen for the production of the pizzas is excellent, a huge choice. In short, a rating of 10 for the pizzas and a rating of 3 for the delivery. But I'm sure they will improve. The courtesy of the managers is top notch!!!

04/07/2024: The only problem they have is they never clean that pond even this manager is worth little it's not enough to cut the grass. I haven't been there for a long time. Anyway this too will be destined to close
