01/03/2026: From the reviews, we expected a good, home-cooked lunch.
They offer a fixed menu of mixed appetizers and a choice of a first course and a second course, which we later understand is "or a second course," but during the lady at the table, it isn't offered unless you specifically ask for it.
Among the dishes that disappointed us were
Peppers with bagnacauda,
Polenta concia, strudel, and red wine on tap.
The meat in the tartar is very good, but perhaps machine-cut, too creamy, and served without oil, salt, or pepper!
Sorry, but for me, it's a NO!
29/12/2025: A 1970s-style restaurant. Good service and food! I'm giving it five stars because we ate well and spent very little. Three generous appetizers and three main courses, with a half-liter of red wine and two bottles of water, cost €70 (€23 each).

I was so pleased that I even asked her name, but nothing.
Absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend her ❤️

18/10/2025: Coming down from Oropa, we stopped for a delicious pizza at this historic restaurant, where time seems to have stood still! A place where you can enjoy good food and have a quiet conversation without being disturbed by the chatter of other customers! We'll definitely be back!

15/03/2026: Excellent trattoria with a friendly owner. The food is good and excellent value. No frills, and stuck in the '80s. The set menu is available even on weekends, with the option of booking special menus for special occasions. Recommended.
