04/05/2026: Over the past few months, I've tried gluten-free pizzas at various pizzerias in Biella, but I've been disappointed by the quality of the dough and the flavor. Today, I went to this pizzeria for dinner and was able to sample their dough by ordering a vegetable pizza. Finally, after months, I've found a gluten-free pizza worthy of the name Pizza: well-leavened dough, a soft crust, and a flavor on par with a traditional pizza. As I verbally told the owners, I once again congratulate them on their dedication to creating a product of this caliber.

31/03/2026: Authentic pizzeria with kitchen, a 5-minute drive from Biella.
Run by a charming couple.
The husband is an excellent pizza chef who makes pizzas, also for takeout, that are very digestible (long rising time), and the wife cooks delicious meat, fish, and vegetable dishes freshly.
Excellent desserts too.
The final surprise is a more than affordable bill!

28/05/2026: Dinner with friends, our first time here. We started with pizza in mind, but after looking at the menu, we opted for fried anchovies and cod, which were perfectly fried. We added a very good fish appetizer and appreciated that it was served warm, not cold from the fridge as is usually the case. Excellent ingredients and excellent value. We appreciated the attentive yet discreet service, and the polite and friendly staff.

The staff is friendly, very attentive, and eager to please.
The food is excellent; the pizzas are stunning and delicious; the ingredients are very tasty and top-quality. The desserts are very good, although I personally found the cheesecake a little too sweet, but that's just my personal preference.
I will definitely return and recommend it to friends who happen to be passing by.

20/04/2026: Beautiful, well-maintained place with plenty of space and cleanliness, even though I arrived at a quieter time. The staff at the counter were very polite, but unfortunately I had to carry the coffee to the table myself, and I was disappointed because, as I said, they were very polite and quick! I recommend it for breakfast and lunch alike!
Thanks to the staff, keep up the good work!
11/04/2026: Caffè Buonissimo, one of the few places where you can enjoy a good coffee without a burnt or bitter aftertaste in your mouth, I'd say the best, also served with a biscuit and a small glass of water which never hurts, (many places have forgotten this!) to finish it all for €1.20. Well done!

26/11/2025: We had a family lunch at Ai Tre Arc in Oropa and it was truly a wonderful experience. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a quiet atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes were excellent, prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions—perfect for a family Sunday.
The staff is kind and attentive, always available without being intrusive. We felt truly pampered from start to finish.
A pleasant lunch in an absolutely worthy location: we'll gladly return!
19/11/2025: This Wednesday in November, for lunch, my husband and I visited this restaurant for the first time. It was a pleasant surprise! The daily menu cost €25 and included a hot appetizer, a first course, a second course with a side dish, a house dessert, water, wine, and coffee. Everything was excellent! The only small negative was that it was a bit chilly despite the large pellet stove. We'll definitely be back.

01/05/2026: The pizza 🍕 was awful and so burnt underneath that it tasted more like burnt food than pizza. The service was terrible, they slammed our glasses down without telling us what wine it was, or if it was any good. And 60 euros for terrible food, and they didn't help us get out, since I was in a wheelchair.
