A hidden gem in the charming town of Biella. It boasts some of the finest produce that Northern Italy has to offer. Alessandro is an incredible chef; he truly knows his ingredients and how to present them. If you're looking for a unique culinary experience, this is the place for you.

Had dinner for a birthday, the place was very nice with kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately I had the ravioli which were good but the pasta was hard and sticky. The prices were a bit high and the bathroom outside was not very comfortable, especially now that it's cold.

Eating well is a shame about the long time between courses.

A wonderful discovery at this restaurant just outside Biella, offering a menu full of surprises. We started with the idea of ​​an aperitif, which then turned into a proper dinner. The dishes were anything but predictable, and the young couple who own them put a lot of effort into them. We tried an interesting charcuterie board with refined ingredients, the pork ribs (very good), and a creatively revisited panna cotta. Everything was much appreciated. You can see the passion and research behind it. The service was friendly and approachable. Recommended.
