What can I say? If you want to eat top-quality meat, this is the best place to go. Excellent service, and the owner is simply delightful, incredibly helpful, and can help you with any questions you may have about the food or anything else.
Very reasonable prices and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for those looking for quality and courtesy. Highly recommended restaurant, I'll definitely be back!

Had dinner for a birthday, the place was very nice with kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately I had the ravioli which were good but the pasta was hard and sticky. The prices were a bit high and the bathroom outside was not very comfortable, especially now that it's cold.

A wonderful discovery at this restaurant just outside Biella, offering a menu full of surprises.
We started with the idea of an aperitif, which then turned into a proper dinner.
The dishes were anything but predictable, and the young couple who own them put a lot of effort into them.
We tried an interesting charcuterie board with refined ingredients, the pork ribs (very good), and a creatively revisited panna cotta.
Everything was much appreciated. You can see the passion and research behind it.
The service was friendly and approachable.
