20/06/2025: Tonight we came to eat the mixed fried fish. I must say that we liked it a lot, you couldn't taste the fried oil, each type of fish had its own flavor and with the vegetables combined they had a better taste than you can imagine. I would suggest trying it to believe it.

05/06/2025: Excellent quality and service, the staff is prepared and available for every need of the customers. A place where you can eat a pizza truly similar to the "southern" tradition. If you are a true pizza lover, it is worth trying 🍕

10/08/2025: If you're looking for an old-fashioned trattoria, it's perfect. I gave it top marks because it meets my expectations for a trattoria (which isn't synonymous with a restaurant for me).

14/07/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse on July 8, 2025. It's a very beautiful place, especially surrounded by nature and in complete tranquility. The rooms and environment are clean and well-kept, the owners are very kind. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: For a trip to an enchanting place, to then satiate the palate, this is the ideal place! We chose the menu of 5 appetizers, very fresh and tasty, classic Piedmontese cuisine, and then a first and second course to choose from a wide selection, all accompanied by an excellent Erbaluca, everything abundant and delicious, friendly and qualified staff, breathtaking view, normal prices, absolutely worth trying, if you can better book.

30/05/2025: Genuine and excellent food, you can get this excellent Piedmontese cuisine, now only by reaching places far from the city. Magnificent view with healthy mountain air. Even the wines, well made without excessive cost. Location for a Sunday trip.

11/06/2025: Sunday I spent a day in the Maira valley with the intention of reaching the Visaisa lake from the sources of the Maira. Arriving at the Saretto village I found the road closed by an automatic barrier forced to pay 10 euros for parking, too much... I would have accepted 10 maximum 3 euros but I see it truly shameful to have to pay for the mountain that belongs to everyone. Then they told me shuttle at 5 euros per person. All absurd.

11/06/2025: If you're looking for peace and quiet, an incredibly flower-rich natural setting for hiking, and exceptional food, then please check in at Locanda Mistral. The people were incredibly kind and attentive, and we had a culinary journey that will stay with us for a long time. The wines were excellent. Please come to the Piedmont Valley and bring it back to life.

20/06/2025: Si mangia sempre bene da Barbara Trattoria sotto il campanile ottimo tutto e anche l’ambiente giovane e familiare….. Molto professionale Barbara e il suo staff come del resto erano già i suoi genitori quando andavo alla bocciofila di San Damiano con Massimo e Aldo …. Passione dí famiglia molto ben espressa in una bella terra in provincia di Asti! 😋🥂🍧🍲

10/08/2025: If you want to eat mushrooms, this is the place! I've tasted porcini mushrooms and porcini mushrooms raw and cooked in various ways (baked, sautéed, fried) and in pasta sauces: fabulous!

04/07/2025: Tried for dinner recommended by friends. Good pizzas but a little too rich in ingredients and definitely heavy to digest. Better to get a simple pizza, cheaper and certainly more digestible. Very kind, professional and fast service. The sore point is the place: the inside is very small (it's a big room) and therefore it's very hot because of the oven and the acoustics are terrible (you can't even hear the person sitting in front...) and outside there are a few tables but in the summer it's full of mosquitoes. The price is not exactly cheap either, about 15 euros for a special pizza and it seems a little exaggerated to me. I honestly recommend going to try this place only if you are passing through but going there on purpose is not worth it... there are thousands of other better pizzerias in the surrounding areas (Chivasso, Brandizzo, etc). I don't think I want to go back.

10/06/2025: The place is very nice, with a well-furnished interior, but there is the possibility of sitting in the courtyard in front, where we preferred to sit. I must say that the atmosphere is very intimate and pleasant. It is a pity that, at a certain point, the automatic lamps on the roof were turned on, whose light was excessive and intense, unfortunately not controllable by the manager of the place. The waiters are all very kind and helpful. The menu is inviting; we tried both the first and second courses, but we preferred the first. The desserts are also good. Wide variety of wines. The prices are slightly high, but justified by the environment that the place offers.

29/05/2025: A really nice and intimate little place. Excellent food, wines and service. I also really like its location, in a street that is not at all pompous and just this quiet and with a slightly decadent charm that contrasts with a modern but cozy place.

10/06/2025: Classic family-run trattoria, fixed price menu around 30 euros more than satisfactory. The meat is excellent I believe it is their own production like most of the products. Being one of the highest points of the town the place is panoramic from the terrace. Definitely worth a visit. Book in advance
