03/06/2025: I saw the place several years ago on a Borghese show "4 Ristoranti" and since we were in the area we decided to try it with my family. Apart from the prices, which in 7 years have not undergone significant transformations (as in other places) I was able to dine in a quiet, clean, silent place, with staff who were really attentive to detail. The dishes had the right proportions and were, in my opinion, really excellent. It is possible to eat at the tables outside, but I recommend the inside where there is a great atmosphere.

01/06/2025: A perfect combination of refinement and taste in a historic setting that will take your breath away for the large space both in height and width. The setting is elegant, cared for in perfect balance between modern and ancient. The tables are large and comfortable with a sober mise en place. The raw materials are of high quality and expertly prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and details of the dishes that do not disappoint in terms of taste or portion. A lot of care and attention also from the service in the room. They welcomed us with kindness, pampered us without being intrusive. An experience for your taste buds that is definitely worth trying! We will definitely return to eat the plin and tajarin on our next trip to the Langhe. The small entree of Russian salad offered at the beginning as a welcome was very pleasant. As I always say: the small details make the difference and the chef with his staff certainly manages to convey the passion for their art! Highly recommended!

08/04/2025: Finally a vegan restaurant that creates genuine and delicious dishes. The dish of the day, which I recommend, consists of many tastings of their specialties. Our portions were generous and we were largely satisfied. We concluded lunch with an ice cream which in my opinion is among the best I have ever eaten. We will return tomorrow to taste the other specialties. Very low costs and special thanks to the lady who served us.

03/06/2025: Found by chance, and sometimes luck comes unexpectedly! We had lunch here with the family, a table on the lake shore, excellent traditional dishes, abundant quantities but that did not compromise the taste: a spectacular vitello tonnato and tajarin to be repeated. Attentive and very kind staff. We are not exactly very close, but we will plan to return! Well done.

01/06/2025: Because I can only give 5 stars but I would give it 100! We took a little tour in the Langhe and stopped almost by chance at this restaurant. We ate outside near the lake (trout and carp if I understood correctly). We were welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Walter prepared me the Fassona tartare with parmesan flakes and pear and calvados sorbet. A new dish that I was happy to be the 'guinea pig' for. Delicious!!! But also the veal with tuna sauce and the tartare on castelmagno cream were spectacular! For the first course we ate Tajarin (very fresh) with sausage sauce and plin with roast sauce. A real marvel for the palate. Portions more than abundant so much so that we couldn't eat anything else. Walter is really nice and jovial and it was nice to chat. He also offered us a bitter. Very clean and tidy environment. Tasty traditional dishes that do not disappoint expectations and a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home

24/04/2025: Mario and Rosy are kind and make good pizzas; just a couple of times, they were a little burnt underneath. We take it regularly (in our opinion it is the best in Boves). Recommended.

03/03/2025: Exceptional flour!!! Very good pizza but it didn't seem "pan-style" to me (the cooking pan was missing) as I understand it but only small in size and cooked normally in a wood oven. Still excellent and well seasoned. Very kind, attentive and helpful service. Absolutely recommended!

15/06/2025: The environment is welcoming and elegant and the staff is very kind and knows how to put you at ease. The place wasn't very full so I can rate it positively also for the noise, but beyond that the tables are well spaced and yes, I have to say, the chairs are really comfortable! The restaurateur tempted me with a porcini mushroom risotto but I declined opting for the pizza. Amazing!! Light dough and well-balanced flavors. I highly recommend it, also because they used special flours and the difference is really noticeable!! I will definitely return both for the pizza...but also for the risotto!!!!

05/06/2025: Ho pranzato in questo ristorante e sono rimasto subito colpito dalla gentilezza del personale, il locale è molto carino e ben tenuto e cè la possibilità di mangiare anche all'esterno in un'ampio dehor. Ho assaggiato la pizza ed è stata eccezionale sia dal punto di vista della lievitazione che dalla scelta delle materie prime. E' stata un'ottima scoperta e ci tornerò sicuramente, anche per assaggiare piatti di cucina.

18/05/2025: Nous étions une grande table, nous avons commandé. Pour l’entrée erreur sur une des commandes, ensuite ils ont oublié un plat. Quand le plat est enfin arrivé, après que tout le reste de la table ait fini son assiette il s’est avéré que les pâtes n’étaient pas cuites. Elles ont été renvoyées et nous n’avons pas demandé à ravoir un plat car nous ne voulions pas attendre encore 20 minutes pour ce plat. Nous avons commandé le dessert, qui lui n’a pas subi de problème. Au moment de la note (850€ pour la table) ils avaient facturé le plat que nous avons renvoyé. J’ai trouvé ça dommage. Ils oublient le plat, finalement le servent pas cuit avec 20 minutes de retard et le facturent. Toutefois il faut noter que les plats servis étaient excellents. Ce mauvais pas de service n’enlève rien à la qualité du repas. La tarte tatin a l’oignon était incroyable, ainsi que le cabillaud en croûte d’herbes.
