One visit isn't enough to give a proper assessment. Let's just say I have no reason to travel miles to return for more information. The olives used to season the pasta were chock-full of preservatives that left their mark until late at night. By paying, you expect to get good basic products.

EXCEPTIONAL In addition to the excellent cuisine, which I think is Michelin-starred, there's a very warm and sincere welcome. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful place in this very characteristic village, very good and delicate food, the wait is a bit long but since I'm alone to serve it is understandable, on the other hand very kind and friendly, highly recommended as a restaurant, better to book in advance

Apricena on Halloween afternoon with the kids, €15 adults, €10 children, 8 appetizers, a first course, dessert, coffee, wine, water, in the end it was a dinner. Nice place, welcoming, very kind staff, we had a great time, a heartfelt thank you.

06/04/2026: Usseglio has three very charming hotels: two Art Nouveau-style hotels, Grand'Usseglio 1911 & Rocciamelone 1925, and the third, Furnasa, which is unrivaled in terms of warmth and tranquility. Its secluded location and tranquility make it a perfect place to relax.
03/03/2026: Excellent value and impeccable cleanliness. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and truly dedicated to service, which really makes a difference during your stay. As the mother of a celiac girl, I particularly appreciate the attention they pay to dietary needs: at Furnasa, everything is perfectly organized and truly feels like a celiac's paradise. They have bread, biscuits, snacks, breadcrumbs, and many other options that are hard to find even in the best restaurants in Turin. Plus, the place is completely dog-friendly, which is a key feature for me. Highly recommended.
