18/03/2025: If you're at Gialdo, what do you do, don't you stop by the caveja? Wide choice of piadinas (therefore not recommended for the undecided) or it's the right time to decide and make a choice in your life. The fact remains that choosing to get a piadina here is an excellent choice. Friendly and helpful staff, top quality-price ratio.

16/03/2025: The piadina will also be good depending on how you take it, but too little seasoning. For the first time I took the kebab hoping to find more content but it was 90% peppers and very little meat. But leaving aside the piadina issue, I lower the stars for the girl with the red hair because I can understand that working with the public is not always nice, but on several occasions that I go she is always arrogant and rude, almost annoyed. Surely if the attitude changes it will also encourage people to frequent the place.

05/06/2025: Trattandosi del ristorante di un hotel 4 stelle 🌟 non potrebbe essere diversamente: grande sala, anche per accogliere utenti di convegni ed eventi che si svolgono nella struttura; camerieri vestiti.. formalmente, tavoli ben sistemati e distanziati…, ed anche ovviamente ottimo menù, anche se non troppo dispersivo… Per quanto provato ottimo il vitello tonnato, i tagliolini “molti tuorli” agli asparagi ed il bonet quale dessert, con due calici di vino dei Colli Tortonesi…, l’ormai famoso Timorasso… Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi equi e servizio cordiale ma “da signori”, quindi locale .. da tornarci…

02/07/2025: I was there for the feast of St. John, on June 24th. There were 6 of us, some of us had pizza and some like me had a second course. The pizzas they brought were thin and dry, inedible, in fact some of our guests had more than half left over, the second course I had, a Fassona hamburger with French fries, well the meat was anything but Fassona, and the French fries were overcooked to the point of being hard. The service was slow and there were few people serving. It is definitely a place I will not return to.

29/06/2025: Terrible place they made me pay for the menu of a 1 year old girl who took 2 shrimp skewers and half a salmon with my wife. Empty place I should have understood why not even eat excellent quality

29/06/2025: We have come several times, the food is average. We have always sat down, my husband, and our 1 year old daughter. You have never made us pay for her, because if she takes 1 dish it is a lot, she teases us. Today they wanted to make us pay for a whole menu for her, also said in a very rude way. Needless to say, we got up and left! Never again!

21/06/2025: I've been to many campsites, but this was by far the worst I've ever visited! The toilets were dirty, smelly, with no toilet paper, not to mention the toilet seats. I don't even want to start talking about the shower! You have to press the water button every four seconds to shower. As a woman with long hair, rinsing off the shampoo here takes half the evening, and then there isn't even much water. It's very loud in the evenings, doors slam in the middle of the night, and air traffic is extremely loud. Furthermore, there's dog poop everywhere you look! You have to be careful where you step. Nobody here thinks it's necessary to clean up after themselves. The receptionist rolls their eyes if you don't immediately understand what they're telling you. You won't find any friendliness here! All in all, never again; a truly lousy campsite.

20/06/2025: No, we stayed at the campsite with our motorhome for one night. We paid a €20 deposit for the barrier card and got the €20 back upon checkout. But now comes the important part. We were visiting our daughter, who was staying at the campsite for five days. She had to pay a €50 deposit for the barrier card, the price apparently depending on her mood. Upon checkout, she was refused a refund, saying she would have to request it. Pure rip-off!!!!

02/05/2025: Abbiamo pranzato a base di farinata il primo maggio in occasione del mercatino del brocantage.......siamo stati serviti subito contrariamente a quelli che hanno recensito "tempi biblici", personale molto gentile e disponibile, location particolare in quanto spartana ma molto accogliente. Le teglie di farinata erano un po' scarsine....ma non ho detto nulla poiché il locale era super affollato ancora alle 14,30. Il gusto della farinata era buonissimo veramente TOP...meglio di quella genovese e savonese. Prezzi OK TORNERÒ SICURAMENTE....

01/05/2025: Esperienza meravigliosa Siamo stati in questo locale in occasione della festa del primo Maggio perché a Ovada c'è il mercatino dell'antiquariato. Il cibo è delizioso e super genuino, il personale gentilissimo e attento a ogni esigenza. Il locale è davvero carino e suggestivo, abbiamo mangiato nella parte esterna dentro un piccolo locale chiuso da un portone con le volte di mattoni a vista. Avevamo con noi nostra figlia di un anno e mezzo e il cagnolino e ci hanno dato tutto quello che poteva esserci utile! Super consigliato super top! Ci torneremo

02/04/2025: It's a bowls club and as such you can't expect 3 Michelin star food but still not bad. Having arrived on an evening when the place was packed (there must have been 100/120 people) the food was baked all together, with the same times for all the tables, with pre-established courses (fixed menu and not à la carte). This helped, and not a little, the speed of the service: within a couple of hours everyone had already finished or was doing an encore. Excellent thing to optimize times. Let's say that with the place so full the space to move was minimal, if not non-existent (tables nested together like Tetris). Maybe in spring/summer, with the tables outside, the outdoor area, the bowling alley and the billiards it's a completely different thing. Several appetizers, a single first course, a second course and a side dish. Decent, right quality/price. The house wine (both white and red) was so-so. The beers were better but they ran out halfway through the evening for everyone: perhaps it was better to stock up given the amount of guests. The dishes are almost all good. Some are overcooked, others are raw, but in 90% of cases they are cooked correctly. On the other hand, when you cook in a "batch" for an army of people, something can happen to go wrong. Perhaps better organization, especially regarding drinking supplies, would help. Otherwise it was a wonderful evening. The staff is friendly, kind and punctual in all your requests. 25 euro fixed menu for adults, 15 euro fixed menu for children. Fair, honest price for what is offered to you during the evening.

26/04/2025: My husband went to get the pizzas and we ate them at home. When I saw my trousers, I confess, I thought "my goodness, this whole edge will be as hard as a shoe sole"... but instead!!! It was melt-in-your-mouth soft, my goodness, what a dough show! Tastes good, has a wonderful texture, and I have to say that the quantity and quality of the filling ingredients are really excellent! You have hit the mark in my heart! The other 3 guests were also happy! See you next time for sure! 😃😍

09/02/2025: Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa pizzeria molto rinomata in città. Siamo arrivati alle 20,00 e il loro parcheggio privato era già strapieno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze, essendo in periferia non c'è problema nel trovare posto. Dopo circa 10 minuti abbiamo ordinato una pizza e un piatto di agnolotti al sugo di stufato alla piemontese, birra, acqua (non minerale ma del loro distributore). Nonostante che il locale fosse pieno dopo circa mezz'ora ci hanno portato tutto velocemente. La pizza era passabile, solo un po' troppo ricca di mozzarella ma nell'insieme come gusto sufficiente, gli agnolotti buonissimi e saporiti cotti al punto giusto. La birra era passabile. Preso due caffè macchiati che erano caldi e perfetti. I prezzi sono nella media. Il personale è gentile, giovane e sveglio. Consiglio di prenotare perché é facile non trovare posto specialmente al sabato.

28/02/2025: It's very sad for the owners who have always put effort and dedication into it, but now it's in the hands of 3 slackers. Zero service. Actually less than zero since whatever is asked seems to distract them while they play in their bedroom. The most adult, therefore also the least justified, is a rude, braggart. Better not to do table service if you have to ask for everything every time and I'm not talking about the moon, but about the teaspoon and sugar when they throw coffee on the table. Or maybe they don't take the glass from the edge to bring it to the customer who will have to drink from it, after they've been out smoking and messing around with their friends. Cleanliness, a distant memory. I repeat, I'm very sorry for the owners. Maybe they should choose better staff, and given the level, that's not a good thing.

29/07/2025: A warm welcome despite the language barrier (we're French). And they were very adaptable to our child: they were served first so he wouldn't get impatient, they lent markers to keep him occupied, and they had smiles... so welcome when you go to a restaurant with your little one! :) Friendly service and very good, well-served, traditional cuisine!
