I waited before leaving a review because I don't like to make impulsive judgments, but after several negative experiences, I felt it was appropriate to share my opinion. Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience more than once with a short, dark-haired cashier, whom I perceived as unfriendly, rude, and sometimes impolite. So, this isn't an isolated incident, but rather a recurring feeling. I've always had a great experience with the rest of the staff: polite, kind, helpful, and professional. Furthermore, the quality of the food is truly excellent: fresh produce, quality ingredients, and consistently delicious dishes. Because I appreciate the place and what it offers, I'm sorry to have to highlight this aspect of the service, which I hope can be improved.

Very welcoming place, friendly staff, professional service, quality Palermo products. What can I say? Superb rotisserie, super pastry shop, and authentic Palermo coffee. Congratulations to all the chefs.

The aperitivo includes an Aperol Spritz. Their cannoli are delicious.

From the pastry shop to the rotisserie, it's like being in Palermo! Excellent cannoli! Excellent arancini! Excellent spleen sandwich (pane ca meusa)! Everything excellent, top! Long live Sicily!!!! 😋👌

Everything is fine, about quality, flavor, and having a Palermo product in Turin, but honestly, I think it's a bit over the top. Paying €6 for a sfincia today is truly excessive for fried dough with ricotta. As a true Palermitan, knowing full well that the price is already more than fair at €3, I was truly disappointed. Again, I have nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products.

The aperitif was good, but we expected more food... To compensate, we purchased some Sicilian rotisserie (€3), which we thoroughly enjoyed. Price for aperitif with Hugo: €8
