18/07/2024: Posto molto accogliente, malgrado un venerdì sera e senza aver prenotato siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, persona squisita ci ha trovato un tavolo nel giro di 10 minuti, nell'attesa abbiamo gustato un buon prosecco. Cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti, dolci deliziosi. Tutto perfetto ritorneremo sicuramente.

09/01/2025: Very refined place. The search for the best raw materials is their mission. The celeriac and lobster oil broth to drink directly from the cup is delicious, the raw anchovy with the recall of the flavors of beccafico sardines is exceptional. But the dish that won me over was the stewed artichoke with mussels and an almond cream: a mix of flavors that blend pleasantly to create an infinite pleasure in the mouth! To reorder again and again!!

20/01/2025: For the umpteenth time we stopped for lunch after a photographic excursion. On every occasion we were able to taste the cuisine of the Locanda and I must say that we were enthusiastic about it on all occasions. Both for the food and for the kindness of the staff. If you are in those parts, I recommend sitting down at the table. I would add that it would be advisable to book. Good experience

14/01/2025: I had dinner here, after a walk in the Bosco del Smile. A rich and very good aperitif. The place is very nice and comfortable and welcoming. The staff is young and very helpful Kind. A nice surprise, worth returning. I returned last week after a nice walk in the Bosco del Sorriso to recover a bit from the cold. Delicious cakes and a nice welcoming warmth

04/10/2024: I just had a coffee. I found parking for the truck.(truck) I was served at the counter, very politely by the bartender, a very kind gentleman. Next time I will gladly stop for lunch.

08/11/2024: If i could rate it one star I would. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and it was TERRIBLE. It’s like they just dipped raw chicken in tomato sauce and sent it to me. And as for the rice it didn’t even have a pinch of salt. After sending me a terrible meal they refuse to refund me on glovo😡no ways!!! I GIVE IT ZERO STARS.

06/01/2025: We visited this restaurant three times during our stay and enjoyed every one. The food at both lunch and dinner was exceptional. The service was excellent as well. We really enjoyed the wine , the barolo chinato and deep knowledge of the local piedmonte produce. Thank you Great to go for apres ski too.

14/01/2025: Today I found myself with my family choosing the pizzeria for lunch, we arrived at the table at 11.45 and at 11.55 they came to take the order for the 3 pizzas, meanwhile the restaurant was filled with workers, regular customers I believe, we always waiting for our 3 pizzas until they have served the other 6/7 tables and we ask about our order, they tell us in an annoyed tone that it was arriving at 12 .20 I ask for information and they tell us that our order sheet had slipped, but it was clear that they wanted to serve the workers first, in fact when everyone had already been served some had finished and we decided to get up and leave, our pizzas arrived, and the pizzas had already arrived. 12.30. I don't think they can be called pizzas, thin is fine but the bottom was even transparent due to how thin it was, raw because if cooked beyond that it would char from the thickness, in my son's there is the addition of a long hair and sent it back, in fact I couldn't eat all of my salad. I'm sorry but we will never go back again. One star is already too many.

05/01/2025: Yesterday by chance with my family. It was 1pm and we were looking for a place to eat, I saw it by chance while heading to Verbania and I stopped, a random but very happy choice. Allergens are indicated on the menu, a detail that is rarely found, I had grilled meat with potatoes, while my parents had ravioli with red pesto (I hope I remember correctly as I didn't eat them myself) and mixed fried food. Having gluten-related problems, I trust my parents who have enjoyed everything. Then an excellent caramel panna cotta. I'm sorry but I was so hungry that I didn't take photos, but believe me everything was excellent and fresh. What can I say, recommended.

18/01/2025: Slow service. I don't recommend single portions of pastries. The bucherin is good, but costs €9... a little too much in my opinion

15/01/2025: Historic location, very elegant, like taking a dive into the past. We had to queue but then, once inside, we were rewarded. The beauty of the rooms, the friendliness of the young and dynamic service, have given way to the goodness of their croissants. First of all the very famous Carla, crumbly cocoa dough filled with coffee and caramel custard and then, arriving at Christmas, we were able to taste their Alberello filled with eggnog cream and with a crunchy note from the small caramel balls, brioche fantastic that stole my palate and my heart. The cappuccino was also perfect. Compliments.
