11/01/2025: Very poor quality of meat cooked very well. Normal service.Quite fast, kind staff. You can see in their faces that the kids are being exploited. Bad beer. Price is normal if it weren't for the terrible quality of food and drinks. I had been a while ago it wasn't that bad

13/10/2024: Good afternoon. I have been a weekly customer for a few years, but I have noticed a progressive decline in the preparations of the various pizzas and other specialties. In the end, the errors in cooking the pizzas, the sending of pizzas with incorrect or missing components, the 1 hour delay in deliveries, for 3 consecutive orders, during the summer, made me decide to stop ordering. Rating 6 political. Post Scriptum: this evening some customers of the business told me that it closed on August 14th. Best regards. P.S. Some former customers of Gravellona told me last night that the business was closed on August 14th, and that it will never reopen again, because the owner and manager won an important public competition in Omegna.

02/02/2025: Normal pizza... waitress with long mahogany colored hair, extremely rude, after having politely asked her twice for bread, she first slammed the tray she was holding on an empty table, and then threw the bread basket onto my table. my table...ps. the other waitresses and the owners then apologized for the inappropriate behavior of the waitress in question.

25/01/2025: Ho chiesto il galletto con le patate e dopo pochi minuti è arrivato un galletto che sicuramente era stato cotto molto tempo prima ed è stato riscaldato frettolosamente al microonde e quindi era freddo come anche le patate

30/12/2024: Sunday evening, I made a reservation of 11 pizzas for 9pm (8.30pm request denied). The experience started off badly because when booking I was told that the dough for gluten-free pizzas was out of stock the day before (Sunday evening without pizzas for celiacs), consequently I found myself forced to book the 12th pizza in another location. I arrive at the restaurant at 8.55pm with the 12th pizza in the trunk ready to collect the others and go home. I enter, I kindly inform waitress 1 that I have arrived and have ordered some pizzas (I am not asked for any order reference e.g. Surname). 9.10pm I ask waitress 2 about my order who asks me my surname and goes into the pizzeria room (literally in sight, 2 meters from the entrance, separated by a 1 meter high wall) to ask the pizza chef: "Surname, 20 minutes?". The pizza chef's response: "20 minutes left". He comes to me and tells me "it's very close". Already there I decide to turn a blind eye. 9.20pm I ask for new information from the waiters who pass by ignoring my presence. Answer: "they're churning them out". After 30 seconds I see them start to put my pizzas in the oven (knowing the flavors and having the oven visible it doesn't take long to understand). In the meantime they baked 2-3 takeaway orders of 2 pizzas each (even people who arrived at 9.15pm). At 9.30pm a couple of my pizzas start to come out of the oven but they remain still on the wall. 9.38pm I decide that my patience is over and I complain blatantly to waitress 2 who gives me no explanations and disappears. 9.40pm 10 pizzas appear brought by waitress 1 who apologizes for the delay. I point out that one is missing. "Ah, we're leaving now" and goes to pick her up later. I finally pay and the cashier's response to my complaints about being 40 minutes late is "🤷🏻‍♂️" silence. Not even a word of apology or cause. I arrive home with half a cold pizza (but that's the lesser evil) I discover that on the menu they have written that the pizza from Campania has bacon but forgetting to add the adjective "SPICY". Also some pizzas were burnt on the edges. Overall the quality of the pizza is mediocre. Needless to say, I will never return, mostly due to the lack of general courtesy.

09/01/2025: No pases hambre. Llegaron 2 platos, estaban fríos, un lleno 5 minutos después llega el 2o plato. Tuve que pedir la factura 3 veces antes de que llegara. Estaba bien cuando el lugar estaba vacío, pero cuando una mesa grande no prestó atención a la mesa más pequeña. Inaceptable

07/10/2024: Quando si dice “mangiare casereccio”. Capitato per caso una domenica a pranzo, cucina tipica de posto. Prodotti ottimi. Il proprietario una persona gentilissima.

06/09/2024: Segnalatoci da un conoscente e dopo aver letto le recensioni su questo sito siamo stati a pranzo in questo agriturismo. Piatti buoni e abbondanti (tranne il bunet, che era proprio risicato), vino ottimo, tutto all'insegna della cucina casalinga. Non si raggiungono vette di raffinatezza, ma ci si sfama bene, anche con piatti che uno non mangia abitualmente. Prezzo onesto e in linea con quanto servito.

19/01/2025: Serata con amici. In pieno centro a Nizza, in cantina di palazzo storico. Cucina tipica con un tocco di fantasia, ben eseguita, piatti belli e buoni. Personale cortese e tempi di servizio perfetti. Prezzo onesto per la qualità dei piatti serviti. Se capita tornerò.

10/12/2024: Excellent pizza. Digestible. Takeaway. On the other hand, the place is small for on-premise consumption. They were punctual in respecting the agreed delivery time.

12/01/2025: The products are certainly good and of high quality, the place is small and the service is sufficient....but the worst note is certainly the very long wait to receive the pizza at the table.....this evening 40 minutes, they continued to serve pizzas from takeaway leaving customers sitting at the table waiting, and unfortunately it's not the first time this has happened.....one evening we waited more than an hour from when we ordered. Sin.....

14/12/2024: Very nice restaurant, small and simple, good pinsa, fried pizza a little too oily and unfortunately not cooked enough. However I will be back and will do good publicity. Service very kind and polite girls. Nice owner!! Advised!
