14/01/2025: Sincerely? I had gone there in the past, several years before, under another management and it was definitely something else. Nothing to say about the staff, who are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately you go to the restaurant to eat, not to chat. We ate in the area inside the restaurant, not outside and unfortunately all five of us found that it was really very cold. The food, in terms of portions, nothing to complain about, but since you make me pay an average of €17/18 per course for starters, first courses and second courses, I don't accept that any condiments (oil, vinegar, salt) are given to me in sachets ( pub style), bagged breadsticks, grated parmesan in the bag (like a hospital). The quality of the dishes is mediocre. Absolutely not for those prices. I'm sorry because I had excellent memories of it.

07/01/2025: Had a New Year's Eve dinner and I must say that I found the staff very kind and extremely helpful, excellent but above all fresh food, fabulous fried fish and generous portions, homemade sorbet and desserts and for the evening it was not at all obvious! We will be back.

09/01/2025: Had lunch for the first time today. The staff very kind. Furthermore, I must say that they know how to keep customers coming back: free coffee and free chocolate to cheer up the post-lunch walk. A pleasant cuddle.

12/01/2025: I was with my girlfriend and another couple of friends on Friday evening (10/01) Even though it was late we called to ask if we could still eat at 10.15pm and they said yes straight away, super helpful! We had dinner in peace as if we were at home We took a platter to share, everything was of high quality Polenta with venison, polenta with wild boar and the girls two pappardelle with wild boar ragout, all good! Finally, their desserts are "homemade" in the true sense of the word Delicious tiramisu and cake with custard and apples too! Antonio and the lady are really kind and helpful! PS: Two evenings later we wanted a dessert at home, we tried to ask if we could take it to take away, and always with such kindness they waited for us and said yes! A show Numbers 1

09/01/2025: We went to this restaurant last Sunday to celebrate my birthday with family, and unfortunately it was a disastrous experience from start to finish. We had booked for 9 people plus a child, specifying the need for a high chair. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were shown a table set for 6 and when we pointed this out we were rudely told that the chairs were for 10. Obviously the high chair was not there, despite our request during the booking. We ate at a narrow and very uncomfortable table. The service was terrible: there were no place settings, which we had to ask for. They didn't bring bread or parmesan even upon request. We ordered wine in bulk, but they brought us a bottle without even asking us if it was ok, saying that it was out of stock and in the end they charged us the cost of the bottles at the register without any explanation. the seconds never arrived and we decided to leave without having coffee or dessert A terrible experience, ruined by the rudeness of the staff, the terrible service and the total disorganization. I absolutely do not recommend this place: if you are looking for a restaurant in Bardonecchia, stay away!

20/01/2025: The typical Piedmontese food is excellent, the place is small, intimate and welcoming, the owner is very kind (she is the one who serves the tables). They have a very respectable selection of wines! Really a nice little place.

02/01/2025: Amazing dishes, typical of Turin! There is no shortage of taste and tradition here. Small negative note, the seat next to the window is very cold. It is advisable to turn up the heating a little to make the meal more pleasant.

19/01/2025: 110 euros more than the bill! SCANDALOUS! When we noticed it and pointed it out to her, she replied that she had made a mistake in marking some things that were for another table. IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME! as it happens, always the same "distraction" is always more money, never once is there less mistake... BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE IN A GROUP we will never set foot there again.
