We stumbled upon this village osteria by chance, and it was a truly pleasant experience. Simple decor, authentic food, and a warm welcome. Superb peperonata. I'll be back.

18/01/2026: One of my favorite pizzerias in Casale Monferrato
09/11/2025: I went to Casale specifically to try this A.I.C. pizzeria, but I didn't like the gluten-free pizza at all... it was very tough, I struggled to cut it... it seemed unleavened... 😪😪 On the other hand, the tagliata was excellent... but I won't be returning for that... what a shame! The main dining room was nice, but the inside dining room where we were was unfortunately really noisy, but that was because there was a birthday party.
