Do you like authentic Piedmontese cuisine? I mean, bagna cauda, fritto misto, braised meat, ravioli del plin, boiled meat with tongue, and bagnet verd e russ? I'm deliberately leaving out the wines and desserts. Well, if you're in Vercelli, give it a try. I've already tried it twice for lunch. Excellent.
PS: Early afternoon conference calls are highly discouraged after lunch.

We had a great time! Impeccable service, and I dare say it was the best Panissa Vercellese I've ever eaten in the area! Another positive note was the BIS, a now-faded custom that deserves a positive note! CONGRATULATIONS 👏🏻

We had lunch at this restaurant and had a wonderful time: the cuisine uses quality ingredients, and the chef is very skilled at preparing them. We had duck speck and lard with honey as appetizers, followed by panissa, and finally hazelnut cake for dessert. Nothing to complain about; we just wished there was more space to continue sampling other dishes, but the portions were completely satisfying!
This place is definitely worth a visit, and if you're even just passing through Vercelli (as we were), a stop here will definitely make your day. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful time. It's a somewhat pricey restaurant, but that's about it. The waiter was the epitome of courtesy, even saying no (when I asked to sit somewhere I'd have preferred) with kindness. They even gave me three freebies for New Year's Eve dinner (cotechino, a second helping of panissa, and a glass of wine to accompany dessert), and the service was quite quick. I don't know if they're always this courteous (or maybe they went a step further for New Year's Eve), but I had a really good time.
