06/07/2025: Nestled among the Barolo vineyards, we found a real gem of Piedmont and Langhe cuisine. From appetizers to desserts, everything is served with care and dedication to the customer. A list of local wines is a must. An elegant but informal place, with truly reasonable prices. Very fast service. Recommended.

22/06/2025: Both the village and the structure are charming and authentic. The cuisine and hospitality of the owners make you feel at home. After half a day of excursions, we rested and spent the afternoon chatting and drinking a few beers. The rooster that woke you up at 5 in the morning was delicious. Highly recommended. 18/03/2025: La P E R F E Z I O N E. Questo ristorante e le proposte della giovane e talentosa chef hanno superato ogni più rosea aspettativa. Pietanze sorprendenti, tutte perfettamente riuscite ed equilibrate, sia nel gusto che nella presentazione. Bellissima anche la scelta delle stoviglie e dei bicchieri. Pochi tavoli, ambiente elegantemente semplice, con un’atmosfera accogliente, giovane e familiare. Al momento il mio ristorante preferito. Non vedo l’ora di tornare per provare tutti i menu. Rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile.

09/03/2025: Una delle migliori cene di sempre. Abbiamo scoperto questa chicca piemontese e non la abbandoneremo più. Abbiamo cenato in svariati ristoranti stellati e bi-stellati nella nostra vita, ma sbiadiscono in confronto all'esperienza che abbiamo vissuto in questo ristorante grazie alla freschezza, curiosità e coraggio di Alessia, la chef. In cucina insieme a lei Erika, un validissimo e altrettanto coraggioso supporto. In sala Riccardo, attentissimo, simpatico e allo stesso tempo rispettoso della privacy ai tavoli, che ha saputo consigliarci al meglio permettendoci di gustare gli innovativi piatti proposti. Alessia è una fresca e giovane chef piena di passione che viene trasmessa senza filtri nei suoi piatti, che abbiamo trovato perfettamente equilibrati, pieni di gusto e mai eccessivi o stancanti. Abbiamo provato il suo menù da 15 portate. Eravamo un po' spaventati perchè non abbiamo stomaci enormi, ma siamo arrivati in fondo senza alcun problema e passando oltre 2 ore piacevolissimamente, in un ambienta elegante, intimo e accogliente. I piatti sono tutti legati alla stagione e freschissimi (molti arrivano dal loro orto), con ingredienti scelti con grande cura da Alessia ed Erika e accostati spesso in maniera inedita ma oltremodo sapiente. Mi hanno stupita in particolare il porro in un brodo di rosa canina, al contempo delicatissimo e gustosissimo, il cannolo di anguilla mantecata, limone salato e fiori di sambuco e la Trota, licheni, rafano e brodo di anguilla. Non da meno le altre portate che abbiamo trovato nuove e stupefacenti. Un plauso ad Alessia, Erika e Riccardo, torniamo a trovarvi prestissimo. 5 stelle non bastano. Siete MOLTO MOLTO bravi, continuate così!

03/06/2025: I saw the place several years ago on a Borghese show "4 Ristoranti" and since we were in the area we decided to try it with my family. Apart from the prices, which in 7 years have not undergone significant transformations (as in other places) I was able to dine in a quiet, clean, silent place, with staff who were really attentive to detail. The dishes had the right proportions and were, in my opinion, really excellent. It is possible to eat at the tables outside, but I recommend the inside where there is a great atmosphere.

01/06/2025: A perfect combination of refinement and taste in a historic setting that will take your breath away for the large space both in height and width. The setting is elegant, cared for in perfect balance between modern and ancient. The tables are large and comfortable with a sober mise en place. The raw materials are of high quality and expertly prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the flavors and details of the dishes that do not disappoint in terms of taste or portion. A lot of care and attention also from the service in the room. They welcomed us with kindness, pampered us without being intrusive. An experience for your taste buds that is definitely worth trying! We will definitely return to eat the plin and tajarin on our next trip to the Langhe. The small entree of Russian salad offered at the beginning as a welcome was very pleasant. As I always say: the small details make the difference and the chef with his staff certainly manages to convey the passion for their art! Highly recommended!

06/07/2025: I recently went to this charming bistro and left with a light heart and a smile on my face. From the first moment, the staff demonstrated an authentic and rare kindness: welcoming, helpful and always attentive without ever being intrusive. The cordiality with which I was welcomed made the atmosphere extremely pleasant, like feeling like a guest in the home of thoughtful friends. Every gesture, every word, every smile was genuine and cared for, demonstrating an approach to the customer that goes beyond simple service. It is not easy to find a place where professionalism marries so perfectly with humanity. Here, however, respect and courtesy were the absolute protagonists. I will definitely return, not only for the food (excellent!), but above all for the attention and human warmth that were dedicated to me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!!!

16/06/2025: Conosco e frequento la Baritlera da molti anni. Il livello è rimasto estremamente elevato sia nella cucina - davvero ottima e capace di concorrere e superare ristoranti ben più rinomati (evviva il cuoco!) - che nel servizio. Il locale è situato in un luogo molto tranquillo e in armonia con il territorio. I locali semplici e accoglienti, si fondono perfettamente con il paesaggio. Il personale, cortese, competente e sorridente, rende ogni pasto un vero piacere in un clima di relax. Gli ingredienti, sempre di stagione, locali e di qualità ottima, sono magnificamente elaborati in ricette e combinazione che sono una sorpresa e un vero piacere per il palato.Che dire? Bravi, bravi e ancora bravi: tenete duro e continuate così!
