19/05/2025: Good morning, I went to eat, a very nice and clean place, it's a shame that the menu is limited in choice, 2 good starters, only one good first course on the menu, and the second course is either tomini or capollo which is not as good as grilled ham. It is not possible to keep the white wine in the fridge on ice because it does not have a special container. Damn, the name trattoria.... but you can do better.

31/03/2025: Ambiente rustico ed accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico. Servizio preciso con tempi medi. Ottima la cucina dall'antipasto ai dolci. Struttura posizionata sulla statale ideale per chi è di passaggio ma non per la sosta, piccolo parcheggio. Bravi a tutto il personale. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio con prenotazione. In allegato la nostra esperienza.

20/05/2025: Nice place, with space outside for children to play. Inside, a welcoming environment, furnished with lots of wood that makes it a warm place. Good food. They welcome dogs (I brought a dachshund).

27/05/2025: An unforgettable experience! I had the pleasure of staying at Locanda Rosso di Sera in Novello and I have to say that it was a truly superb experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by incredibly kind and helpful staff, who made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxing. Every request we had was handled with a smile and great professionalism, making us feel pampered and at home. A paradise for the palate and beyond The food offered by the inn is simply delicious! Each dish is a triumph of flavors, prepared with high-quality ingredients and presented impeccably. We tasted local specialties that won us over, accompanied by an excellent selection of local wines, which made each meal a true culinary journey. Relaxation and fun by the pool The icing on the cake of our day was the opportunity to spend time in the beautiful pool of the inn. It was the perfect way to relax and recharge, enjoying the sun and the tranquility of the surrounding landscape. In short, Locanda Rosso di Sera is a place where professionalism, good taste and relaxation blend harmoniously. 18/06/2025: We ate here for a quick lunch. We had two piadinas (one with grilled vegetables and mozzarella and the other "vegetarian" with tomato, rocket and mozzarella). We spent €17 for two piadinas and a small bottle of water. They were both tasty, generously filled and well cooked until crispy. Quality ingredients and reasonable prices. Unfortunately there is no bathroom. However, they have various types of dough to choose from and a wide range of fillings. Today in particular, the piadinas with wholemeal dough, kamut or paprika were available. Highly recommended! We will gladly return.

01/01/2025: I want to leave this review because today, New Year's Day, we were looking for a pizzeria, the place is closed rightly but by calling the secretary it communicates perfectly that it will reopen on the 3rd, it may be considered a small thing but for me it is already an excellent service, I will definitely stop by to try the food!!
