31/01/2025: It is located in a nice location in Arona, right in front of the lake. The menu is varied, plus dishes off the menu. Wide choice of beers and wine. I always enjoy the excellent friarielli and sausage pizza. The service is fast and friendly. Average prices.

26/01/2025: Excellent but modest portion of agnolotti. Clean toilets. The place was cold, so much so that I didn't take off my jacket. Very uncomfortable tables. High price compared to quantity.

19/01/2025: Small but very welcoming place, certainly different from the usual. Large printed menu at the entrance where you can choose the type of agnolotto and the sauce to match. Ingredients and prices clearly written. Very nice Kascia, the girl who brings the dishes. We will be back.

01/01/2025: After this last New Year's Eve menu I had yet another confirmation that it is the best place to eat in Galliate. Everything was amazing from the starter to the dessert. Best of all the boneless shank... I would have eaten tons of it. Thanks Ale, for me you remain the best meat specialist 🤤

08/12/2024: Ci siamo sposati nel 2022 in questo locale perché sapevamo il potenziale che aveva questo locale ed infatti non ci siamo sbagliati, ha fatto passi da gigante! Ci torniamo frequentemente in coppia, con amici o con la famiglia. Tenetevi sempre un posto per i dolci, magnifici!

14/10/2024: Ho già recensito questo locale dando parere più che positivo, questa volta mi vorrei soffermare sull'argomento celiachia: i piatti consentiti sono ben segnalati nel menù, l'attenzione del personale è alta riguardo all'argomento, viene fornito anche il coperto e per quanto possa essere scontato non in tutti i locali questo succede anche se un celiaco lo paga come tutti gli altri... La scelta di antipasti secondi e dolci è molto ampia. Si può mangiare in sicurezza. Bravi.

19/01/2025: Such a great atmosphere. They have tiny music gatherings and independent artists can play there. Prices are fare and decoration is so authentic. A chill avenue with neon light in street which has view from bars window. Staff are respectful and in general suggest definitely.

02/02/2025: This was hands down the best pizza we ate in Sauze. They were very accommodating of our large group table that changed numbers at the last minute. The wine was a bit expensive I think.

24/11/2024: I celebrated my 30th birthday at the Amen Bar and I had a great time! Giselle and her staff were immediately very welcoming and the food was excellent and suited to everyone's needs (from the point of view of allergies and vegetarian/vegan diets). Super recommended, I will definitely come back!

18/01/2025: Esperienza da dimenticare. Camerieri improvvisati (alcuni anche poco cortesi) sfrecciano avanti e indietro agitati e approssimativi. Carciofi fritti in cerca d'autore: duri senza sapore. Ho fatto presente alla cameriera che pure sembrava infastidita. Neppure un "mi spiace". Pasta appena tiepida con ragù ai fegatini slegato, scialbo. Meglio Giovanni Rana. Addio. Peccato perché in passato era un buon posto dove mangiare.

18/01/2025: Ein tolles Restaurant mit traditioneller, typischer Küche. Wir hatten gemischte Antipasti, Gnocchi und Pasta, Brasato und Kaninchen und als Nachtisch ein Schokoladen-Birnen-Souffle. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Traditionell, ohne Experimente, aber gut. Die Portionen sind gross, so dass man das klassische italienische 4-Gänge-Menu kaum schafft. Die Küche im Piemont ist bodenständiger als in anderen Teilen Italiens - wer die Üppigkeit der Emilia Romagna oder die Finesse Venetiens erwartet, ist hier falsch. Aber gerade das macht es aus unserer Sicht besonders. Inklusive einem Liter Wein, Wasser und Digestiv hatten wir eine Rechnung von nur gut 80 Euro. Der Service war sehr speditiv. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes, unbedingt empfehlenswertes Lokal, in das wir sehr gern zurückkommen.

16/12/2024: Meeting place with best friends. I even celebrated my graduation here. Usually, I stop for an aperitif and the prices are around €11-12 per person depending on what you get. Excellent house wine at affordable prices. The bar also has some board games, allowing you to spend wonderful warm winter evenings. :)
