08/05/2025: We were disappointed with the quality of the food. The marinated salmon was actually smoked salmon and not very relevant, in my opinion, given the restaurateur's choice to offer a typically Piedmontese menu. The cheese plate was monotonous (there were 5 varieties all very, too, similar. There was no appreciable contrast). I expected more from a restaurant featured in the Michelin guide.

This year we stayed here to sleep at Easter and for Easter Monday lunch and the level and quality of the food confirmed our high expectations after having been here last year. The tartare of Fassona Piemontese was superb and seasoned in a fantastic way. The vitello tonnato was among the best I have ever eaten! And this year we also tried the stay in Brambui!! Spectacular! And of course this year we couldn't help but buy their IGP hazelnut paste and their toasted hazelnuts! All produced by them! Congratulations to the Durando Family!! Keep it up! 02/06/2025: I went here to eat a pizza with my wife. Nice place, beautiful heart-shaped floral sculptures and we really appreciated the idea of ​​fresh flowers, daisies and carnations of the poet, on each table as a centerpiece. The pizzas were very good, shame only for the mozzarella, which "stringed" a little, but the sausage was cooked perfectly and the prosciutto crudo, even if a little salty if eaten alone, eating everything together, the base of the pizza together with the ham, the sausage and the porcini mushrooms, had a truly exceptional flavor and it was one of the few pizzas I have ever eaten, which did not make me thirsty after finishing. Also nice idea of ​​putting bitter cocoa powder on the edge of the fruit salad plate: together with the fruit it was a new experience for us, but we both appreciated it very much. Good quality/price ratio. We will gladly go back when we return to Trivero.

The place has a lovely sandy beach and a dock, so it can also be reached by boat, given the lack of parking (although paid). Enjoy your breakfast!@
