25/01/2025: we have been customers for years.....something has changed for some time...unfortunately for the worse.... we noticed that within a short time several members of the restaurant had been changed... I am referring to the waitresses, all or almost all strictly foreigners. but if being foreign is absolutely not a problem, I would say that the problem is that they are not experts, on the contrary......slow service or misunderstandings.....There is also a waiter boy who, even though he is very kind, sometimes you call him and he replies "I'll come right away" and then you never see him again! in recent weeks the service has worsened also due to sensational errors in bringing dishes that were not ordered. or dishes ordered and never arrived. the last time we ordered a pizza for a change...well, they arrived after almost an hour despite several requests! And the place wasn't full of customers, perhaps because it was a Saturday lunch. I can add that, however, the pizzas aren't that great.....sometimes, over time they were good, maybe they changed the pizza chef...meh. we noticed that when you take the fixed menu, the portions are really small, that is, very small, and if you linger at the table for a while after consuming the menu, the owner Tony arrives and asks you to leave the table free! Not acceptable! Tony then makes preferences for friendly customers who frequent the restaurant, and this is not very correct......... Sorry for all these shortcomings, a "historic" restaurant in Ivrea that is gradually decaying. We won't go there again for a while, hoping that they will resolve something.....

16/02/2025: Disarming dislike of the cashier with short black hair and glasses, I don't think the doctor ordered her to work in the public sector. The quality of the desserts is unquestionable but it seems like she is doing you a favor by serving them to you. Customer lost, at least as long as people like that work there. For the rest, nothing to complain about, everyone was very professional and friendly.

14/09/2024: Superb stay, we had a warm welcome, the rooms were very comfortable, the food excellent and the setting magnificent. The team is very accessible and friendly, all in a very friendly family atmosphere. Many hikes and activities are possible near Il Runch. We will be happy to come back and recommend this address not to be missed

31/08/2024: We stumbled upon this farmhouse by chance, after a very beautiful walk along the paths from Viu. We ate very well, they welcomed us very well even though it was already three in the afternoon. Delicious food, beautifully presented. Very nice welcoming place. We will definitely be back. Breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. And cows in the mountain pastures. Congratulations... Very good.

08/02/2025: The food is very good and plentiful, tasty dishes typical of a local restaurant. The waiter and the cook were very attentive to our needs, advising us on the best dishes to eat. Having a little girl, they brought the dishes so they wouldn't get cold. We had an appetizer with veal with tuna sauce, salami and cold cuts. 1 linguine with ragù which, given the abundance, was shared between us. 1 polenta with braised meat and mushrooms, very good. The environment should be renovated but being local it has the typical local furnishings. If you want to eat well and spend little, come here!

Cada bocado es un testimonio de la frescura y alta calidad de los ingredientes utilizados. La dedicación a abastecerse de productos locales realmente brilla en cada plato. Ya sea que se trate de una pasta hermosamente cocinada, derretir - en - sus - platos de carne en la boca, o deliciosos postres, los sabores son auténticos, equilibrados e inolvidables. 24/11/2024: Beautiful location with stunning views of the Alps. Parking also for campers with water and electricity connection. Very kind staff under the safe and prepared guidance of Sara behind the wheel. Very sensitive and attentive for those who are allergic or celiac. I ate very well in their classic fixed price form. Well done! Advised.

20/11/2024: We stopped in a camper. Excellent dinner at the restaurant and very kind managers. Camper parking area can be improved, the potential is there!

22/01/2025: Super Pastry Shop!! We entrusted the artisan pastry shop with the task of making the wedding cake for our wedding. Marco, the pastry chef, very friendly and helpful, managed to create a delicious but also beautiful cake! Decorated to perfection and exactly as we imagined it Super recommended!!
