28/11/2024: Cucina di terra e di mare. - Here you can get extremely tasty Italian seafood and meat dishes and good wines (not only) from the region. The antipasti, side dishes and desserts also pamper the palate. Accordingly, the prices are a little higher, but quite reasonable. Friendly welcome and attentive service. - But if the restaurant is full, you should have some patience and time to relax. You have to look for a parking space on the side streets or come here on foot. The toilet rooms are of course well maintained and clean.

Siempre me reciben con gusto y el personal me trata a mí mismo y a todos los que entran con los mismos saludos de bienvenida. El café es genial, hecho a mi petición y la comida deliciosa. Recomiendo encarecidamente esto si te alojas localmente como yo.

18/01/2025: Wine shop with kitchen on the street parallel to the Jesi course, it presents itself with a beautiful and well-stocked selection of bottles, wooden counter and tables and thematic prints on the walls that give a touch of modern bistro. The strong point is the owner, very knowledgeable on the subject, explains the wine-growing territory with simplicity, proposing small tasting itineraries by the glass that allow a more specific or broader understanding depending on what you want to experience, with the possibility of finding local wine expressions also more modern for the presence of refermented, macerated, whites in amphora and matured reds. The gastronomic proposal is based on some opening dishes, of which we try the local schiacciata with burrata and cherry tomatoes and cabbage and mushroom rolls, these lean and untied. Very interesting first courses, we try some rabbit stuffed ravioli in porchetta seasoned with fennel and some excellent vincisgrassi, all paired with two glasses of Verdicchio base matelica vs jesi, a jesi superiore and a red conero, all excellently presented. Good q/p ratio, especially for the abundant and well-made first courses for 30/pax including wines.

27/04/2025: We had a good time in this trattoria in Macerata outside the walls of the historic center. Even though we were after the usual lunch time we were welcomed and served. Eaten well and plentifully without spending too much. Perhaps the place is simple and without frills, but what matters is the quality and kindness of the host. One flaw that I was sorry to find, the bathroom was really small in size! Advised

27/04/2025: This is my go to cafe in Fano, for coffee and brioche. A combination of stunning food, best coffee and great people who work here finessed with a typical family atmosphere. Saturdays and Sunday breakfast is a must here, just sitting and feeling the atmosphere here is tranquil.

08/04/2025: Excellent breakfasts and quick snacks. Excellent quality bread, focaccia and desserts! Staff always very kind and attentive. Every time I go to Fano it's a mandatory stop!

17/05/2025: I took a second course menu alone: ​​there was enough for 2 people!! Excellent meat cooked to my taste (medium), soft and succulent. Abundant side dishes, roast potatoes and salad. Wine and digestives galore. And finally, on the way out, I met the owners who offered me the Varnelli... I'll take a break to digest. Excellent food and service. Highly recommended

17/05/2025: Ti mettono fretta appena arrivi e ti siedi. Neanche il tempo di leggere ed uno dei titolari ti chiede subito cosa vuoi. Volevamo dividere un menù carne con mia moglie e subito mi ha avvertito che avrei avuto un supplemento di 15 euro. Quanto sia legale non lo so. Carne discreta. Accoglienza da rivedere.

09/03/2025: During a business trip a local friend booked for us. We both stayed and dined in the adjacent restaurant. The rooms are good, furnished with the essentials and clean. I would recommend just putting a few more things in the fridge. A special mention for the kindness of the really nice people at the reception. We had dinner in the adjacent restaurant, I would say the fish menu was very good and certainly did not disappoint the wait. The only downside is having to go outside to go from the hotel to the restaurant and the breakfast room.
