First, I thank the owner (Mrs. Michela) for the professionalism with which she conducted the negotiations, then Mr. Francesco (maître d'), who impeccably managed the entire event. Then, the kitchen, where everything we had proposed and agreed upon exceeded our expectations. Well done to everyone. Finally, the service, which proved to be up to the task, always attentive to every request but never intrusive. As for the dishes, I was completely satisfied with both the quality and the consistency/selection of the products (freshness). The location speaks for itself, it needs nothing else. I thank everyone again for an event that will remain forever in my heart. THANK YOU...

02/09/2025: I've been to this facility several times, but from the first time until the last, a few days ago, my expectations were increasingly disappointing. This spa doesn't offer all the services it boasts and still charges money. The salt room is closed, the hot tub is extremely hot, the Roman pool is at room temperature (rather than cold), and the adjacent fountain has no salt or ice for your wrists. When booking, of course, they don't inform you of these inconveniences, especially considering the high cost for just two hours (mandatory!). There are so many better places out there... and it's a shame, given that the facility is very nice. It should be looked after, and its guests should be pampered a little more, rather than left to fend for themselves on a program that doesn't work, or doesn't work as it should. I don't think I'll go back!

10/10/2025: Excellent workers, kind, courteous, excellent value for money, simple and clean food. For those stopping for lunch on business, it is an excellent and welcoming stop.

02/09/2025: Lower the prices!!! €81 for tagliatelle with bland ragù, tagliatelle with truffle, very poor fried vegetables battered straight from the plastic bag soaked in oil, €12 for a plate of lamb bones, a slice of tart, oh well.... A joke!!! There are some very good restaurants in the area that are attentive to tradition, but unfortunately they were closed.

07/09/2025: September lunch – today I went to "Il Pomodoro" in Senigallia. The food was good, no complaints about the quality, but the service was frustrating. After ordering a second fried dish, we waited over 35 minutes without it arriving. In the end, my group and I got up and left. The owner complained that we'd left the table without eating our order, but honestly, after such a long wait, it was impossible to continue waiting. It's a real shame because the food is good, but the time management and customer service needs a lot of improvement.

15/08/2025: The villa's parking lot is frequented by criminals who break car windows to steal their contents. It happened during a wedding in broad daylight. I wasn't the only one to suffer damage that day. It's happened several times before. The owners are aware of it. The parking lot isn't monitored by video surveillance, despite the presence of a camera that, apparently, everyone knows is turned off... It's scandalous that no action is being taken in the face of a pattern that's now well-known in the area.

10/08/2025: New management and... a truly positive experience! The sandwiches were very good. So were the beers. The staff were courteous and super helpful. The atmosphere was also family-friendly. Outdoor space in the summer, both covered and uncovered. Convenient for parking, as it's right behind the train station. Well done, keep it up.

17/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, simple and affordable menus for small lunch breaks, wonderful buffets for lunches and gala dinners. It's worth noting that the quality remains high even on the budget-friendly weekday menus: gnocchi are always handmade, quality cured meats, and a wide variety of options to suit every palate. I always love returning.

A trattoria of yesteryear, like no other, where you can meet the mayor, the street cleaner, and the university student: good, healthy, and affordable. The last good trattoria of Ascoli Piceno. PS. I'm not posting photos because you need your mouth to eat, and to understand what it's like in the shade of Del Pergolato, you have to be there. What I'm trying to say, though, is that Del Pergolato isn't just the last old trattoria and the only restaurant in Ascoli Piceno. It's simply a test! Take her to Pergolato. If she doesn't like it... Leave her alone immediately!

22/08/2025: The place has a very rustic feel, but the atmosphere is absolutely relaxed and family-friendly. The staff is very friendly with children, even putting on fun magic shows. The portions are super generous, but the sauce and pasta cooking aren't perfect. The prices are definitely fair.

04/08/2025: Authentic trattoria, good and plentiful dishes, a friendly, welcoming, and family atmosphere. Simple and pleasant atmosphere. Excellent value.

20/09/2025: For work, I often have to eat out and don't have much time to shop. Here, I found the perfect solution: healthy dishes, made with organic and unprocessed ingredients, but above all, delicious. I tried the buckwheat gnocchi salad and it was a surprise: light yet flavorful. There are different recipes every day, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I can finally eat well on the go without feeling guilty. Highly recommended!
