29/10/2025: This is a traditional local restaurant which provides excellent food at an incredible value. The locals show up at 1PM for lunch but even though they officially open at 12:15 they were more than happy to serve us when we arrived at noon. My wild boar was delicious and my wife's tagliatelle with pecorino and black pepper was great! The service was great, I highly recommend visiting.

01/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal, the staff were very friendly and patient, even with the kids. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the girl who served us, but she was amazing. The place was very welcoming, well-kept, and spotlessly clean, with an excellent location.

08/11/2025: We ate at this restaurant recently. The fried vegetables tasted like they'd been overcooked, giving them a terrible flavor, and the Venere rice arancini were sitting in a sauce that was more like water than sauce, making them look soggy. Disappointing.

23/03/2026: Bad experience. We arrived, and only after half an hour did the waitress come to ask for drinks! It took just as long to order pizzas, which arrived literally over an hour after we ordered them. The onion on top of the tuna pizza was soggy because it was barely cooked, and the plates underneath were served to the table with food all over them. Overall, the food wasn't bad. We definitely won't be returning.

01/02/2026: We chose Contrada to celebrate our son's 6th birthday. The place is welcoming, the staff wonderful, and the food was plentiful and high-quality. Even though it was FRIENDS' SUNDAY and there were a lot of people, everything was handled exemplarily. With the tasting menu or à la carte, they manage to satisfy every need. The service is young and impeccable, attentive to everything. In a time when I paid €100 for a pizza for two and a cutlet for a child, it seems like a dream to have an excellent, mouth-watering lunch for a much lower price. We will definitely return to Paolo and his family, because restaurants like this are rare these days.

13/02/2026: I recommend calling before booking if you want the spa. They're on Booking.com and are among the properties with a spa. It's a shame you pay first, then ask for access to the spa, and then they tell you there's no availability. Why the hell do you put this among the properties with a spa? Waste of time, and I'll get my money back in 7 days. When I could have avoided all this. P.S. I would have paid for your spa, but it's not fair that I, a customer who has already paid, can't use it since the spa is there. If we don't use it, who can book it? Obviously, there are first-class and second-class customers. Very unfair. And I add that I had booked for 2 days, and you don't guarantee me, since, I repeat, it's written that they have the spa for at least 1 hour by paying and booking, because this is stated by booking and paying separately. It doesn't say "spa unavailable." Come on, please...it's objectivity and fairness.

15/12/2025: It's the perfect place for a couple. The apartment overlooking the hills is wonderful. The spa is a delight and, above all, very warm. Returning to the room with a platter of mixed platters, a bottle of wine, and a roaring fireplace...UNBEATABLE! The owners are kind, helpful, and very discreet. Definitely worth a visit!

31/12/2025: In the heart of Ascoli Piceno, this small but welcoming restaurant offers good food and a warm atmosphere for a pleasant break. The simple yet meticulously crafted decor, along with the friendly, professional staff, complement the excellent food. High-quality, expertly prepared ingredients made our aperitivo truly special. The fritto misto was truly unsurpassed, and the homemade Ascoli olives were a real discovery. All accompanied by an excellent red wine, a blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese that caresses the palate. Recommended!!!

14/12/2025: Definitely the best breakfast bar in Ascoli Piceno. The only one that's finally reclaimed the post-cappuccino and croissant era. The menu offers a wide variety, from sweet to savory, and the products are absolutely top-quality. I've never been disappointed here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a proper breakfast or brunch.

07/04/2026: A corner of paradise, nestled in the green hills overlooking the Riviera, with a terrace overlooking the sea and mountains, where you can relax and sip fine local wine accompanied by excellent food. Zona Franca, mark your calendars.

30/12/2025: We return every time we're in the area. The food is truly excellent. Homemade bread, tasty appetizers that change seasonally. Excellent and attentive service. I recommend booking on weekends. Ample parking. Recommended for celiacs.
