25/07/2025: I would have liked to give 5 stars for the very good dishes, but unfortunately if I have to evaluate the whole thing, the service is 2, after having eaten the dishes ordered we would have liked them to come and clear the table and ask if everything had gone well and if we would like a dessert or a coffee, after a long time that we were sitting abandoned, (and there were no other tables to follow), we got up and went to the cashier, we got the dessert and coffee from Meletti 🤷‍♀️

20/07/2025: Consigliato da amici del posto, abbiamo provato la cucina di questo raffinato e chic locale immerso nel centro storico di Ascoli. Primi buonissimi, altrettanto i secondi! Nota stonata il servizio: impeccabile all’inizio si è perso con i dolci e gli amari , con tempi di attesa lunghissimi nonostante la presenza di pochi commensali! Al di là di questo inconveniente, consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Above all, you will be won over by the enthusiasm of the owners and staff. Because, in addition to the food, there is also passion that is genuine. Fish dishes are featured, but game is also available. Generous, tasty portions are available at reasonable prices. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return.

The appetizer tasting was highly recommended: the Conero mussel sauté was fabulous, and the linguine with scampi, shrimp, and mantis shrimp wasn't sublime, but it was more than that. High-quality food cooked with passion. Excellent wines. Professional and extremely kind staff. On this occasion, a lovely song of "Happy Birthday" was played to me and a truffle with a candle. 14/08/2025: Inattentive service. We waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken, and they served a table that arrived after us first. The menu is very vague; almost all the prices are "starting from...", so you can't get a precise idea. We ordered a sea bass carpaccio that wasn't cooked in either lemon or vinegar, so it was pure, raw sea bass. The mussel sauté was not bad, but not excellent either. We split a first course of gnocchi with clams, zucchini, and pistachios. We also split a sea bream in a delicate potato crust. Drinks included water, a 66cl bottled Moretti, and two coffees. My bill came to €111, without a single discount. Cover charge was €4 per person, supermarket beer €6, and 1L still water €3. The rest of the meal cost €94. Considering we split a first and second course, it seems excessive. I don't know how it gets a 4.5 on Trip Advisor.
