16/09/2025: Casa Caffè is a welcoming place, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, where every visit is a pleasure. The staff is always friendly, and the refined atmosphere is perfect for a quality break. The food and wines are carefully selected, and you can taste it from the first bite. Whether for breakfast, dinner, or a glass of wine with friends, it is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit in Fossombrone.

13/09/2025: We went for lunch and dinner as a couple on the same day.
The owner was friendly and available to answer any questions.
Delicious, high-quality food.
The surprise was the high quality-price ratio, and for what we ate, it was also very reasonable.
I will definitely return every time I'm in the area.

16/11/2025: I visited the restaurant with a group of friends. The welcome was discreet. The waiter immediately brought us an appetizer of cold cuts and cheese crepes we hadn't ordered, and we assumed it was a restaurant custom. We therefore ordered a first course each, a second course each, still water, and a house wine. The first course (pappardelle with wild boar) was decent; the second course was the Ascoli mixed fried fish. In total, we each received two olives, two fried cremini, and one lamb steak—really paltry. Lunch cost €45 per person, which in my opinion was completely out of proportion for the amount consumed and the quality of the food.
16/11/2025: Exquisite, traditional, and well-balanced food.
Simple but welcoming atmosphere.
Awkward service: the waiter who greeted us was VERY intrusive, making unsolicited comments, often interrupting us at the table, and insistently urging us to eat everything he offered, even though we were full.
Furthermore, despite the menu being available on social media, they didn't immediately inform us that there was a €40 fixed menu.
If that's the restaurant's attitude, I advise those who work there to be a little more respectful of the space and the needs of their customers.
Dinner should be a relaxing experience, but at Al Ruspante I felt very uncomfortable. Luckily, the food was very good.

smile and the utmost cordiality.
We stumbled upon it by chance during a trip from Genoa to San Marino.
We happened upon it on a Friday evening as part of a project that featured a typical regional cuisine every Friday; we happened upon the Veneto cuisine. The dishes were truly exquisite, especially the Venetian-style liver and tiramisu. The family atmosphere was the highlight, the desserts they prepared. If we're ever in the area again, I'll gladly return. So, go there!

01/09/2025: Authentic cuisine in a simple setting. The food is good: we tried both the fried lamb and the pizza, and everything was delicious. We also started with a delicious mixed fried appetizer. The portions are generous, as is customary in these parts. The service is young and friendly, but it's appreciated. I recommend it.
17/08/2025: Pizza, which requires a bit of imagination to call itself that, is a kind of puff pastry. I'd like to point out that we're not fans of Neapolitan pizza, but something so thin and flaky can't be called pizza. Furthermore, something very serious: I asked for a pizza with porcini mushrooms and was offered a pizza with normal cultivated mushrooms. The price is average. On the high side. I won't be returning. Furthermore, the entire evening the adjacent parking lot was overrun with cars revving up on the tables. We didn't...

11/09/2025: For a few weeks now, it's become our favorite Wednesday restaurant. Excellent service and delicious food. Short wait times and reasonable prices. We recommend the boccolotti with ribs.
07/09/2025: I discovered this restaurant by chance, as it's a trattoria with limited seating (you ALWAYS need to reserve). Some details are surprising, starting with the superlative welcome from the owner and the lady who manages the tables, and then the sheer disbelief when you realize how, with such a miniaturized cooking station, the owner manages to cook (perfectly) all the meat dishes served in the restaurant.
It's a charming and very informal atmosphere, with outdoor tables when the weather permits, and indoors in the winter.
And what about the good food?
All I can say is...try it and believe it!
