24/01/2026: We'd heard good things about it from friends and wanted to try it. It's a very noisy place, but perhaps we were unlucky, and the rudeness of the people sitting next to you is certainly not the owners' fault. We chose the fish menu, which wasn't exactly a hit, especially the first course, which didn't contain what was advertised and was absolutely tasteless. Some of the appetizers (not all of them) were equally tasteless. Prices were in line with market prices, but it's a shame the quantity of fish was completely insufficient. I prefer not to comment on the service and wait times. I don't think we'll be back.

17/03/2026: Knowing this place well, I took my kids here for lunch, featuring their magnificent sandwiches. A porchetta sandwich, very large and super filling, costs only 5 euros, while the salami ones are 3 euros. Old-fashioned prices and...old-fashioned flavors!

28/03/2026: 🍺 Review – Babylon Brewery (Folignano / Ascoli Piceno) A truly charming, almost hidden place with a warm and authentic atmosphere: stone, soft lighting, and an environment that makes you feel immediately at ease. The artisanal passion is clearly evident; it's not your typical "constructed" place, but a place with soul. My husband ordered the Salaria, a Gose of their own production, and it was an interesting and far from predictable experience. At first, it seemed rather acidic and almost unsettling, but after a few sips, his perception changed completely: the flavor became more balanced, fresh, and very pleasant. A beer that evolves as you drink it, and for that very reason, it surprises. He then chose a Session IPA, more immediate and fragrant, with citrus notes and a light mouthfeel. He found it very pleasant and easy to drink, while maintaining its character. The staff is courteous, smiling and welcoming, and the venue perfectly reflects this way of being: authentic, refined and pleasant. 05/10/2025: Villa Funari Country House is a true gem of the region. ​The location is breathtaking. As soon as you arrive, you're immediately captivated by the splendid panoramic view of the valley. The interiors are meticulously designed, with elegant brickwork that evokes the feel of a true, traditional Marche farmhouse. ​The service is equally impressive: while maintaining a rustic atmosphere, you're treated with the attention of a high-end restaurant. ​The real highlight is the menu, simply delicious! From the appetizers, prepared with the highest-quality ingredients from their own production, to the first and second courses, every dish is exquisite. ​Finally, the quality-price ratio is incredibly competitive. Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: I'll start by saying I've never had pizza there, since it's a bar near where I work. I sometimes stop for breakfast. It's a shame that parking in that area is difficult.

10/10/2025: While on vacation in Numana, we discovered Da Franca, a restaurant with excellent cuisine and innovative, carefully selected dishes and a well-stocked wine cellar. My partner, who is celiac, was able to enjoy excellent dishes in complete safety. It has become our go-to restaurant in Numana.

08/04/2026: Between the Vittoria theatre and the Ostra town hall, it's worth stopping at the theatre's nice and welcoming café.

18/01/2026: A very nice bar in the heart of Ostra's historic center, with a lovely interior and outdoor atmosphere. It's also ideal for watching sporting events; they have a TV downstairs and a big screen in the basement. The only small downside is that it's packed with young kids, which makes for a rather lively atmosphere; if you're a little older, you almost feel like an "outsider."

04/02/2026: I go there every now and then, and every time, it's hard to find anything to say. Quality, price, service... I think it's one of the few seafood restaurants where you can eat well for less than 50 a head. I have one complaint, thinking about it: parking is limited and on the street, so you need a bit of luck. But it's worth it, even if it means taking a few extra steps.

25/03/2026: I was there on Saturday for lunch for my father-in-law's wedding...everything was delicious, but that suckling pig with apples, bacon, and plums...divine!!!!! I'll be back soon to try the porchetta-filled ravioli...and other special dishes. If you want a quiet place with good food, you can't miss it!!!!!
