21/08/2026: La Brusca, bruschetta ria, we happened upon it years ago and ate their delicious bruschetta by the meter for lunch. We returned some time later, but were told they only make it in the evening—too bad we'd already been seated! The atmosphere is stuck in the 80s... but ultimately, the service is precise, punctual, welcoming, and attentive! I'd laugh about the dishes; I hope it's more constructive for the owners, but to improve and be even more attentive; beans with pork rind, tripe, etc., excellent!!! The mixed grill was undercooked, and some of the cuts were cold; the beef carpaccio was bland, with no oil, lemon, salt, or pepper to give it that extra kick. It seemed like just bresaola. The minus sign said "with black olive and melon crumble," but they were missing from the plate!!! One more thing in the kitchen... The skewers were delicious, succulent but cold, the arrosticini were overcooked and tough. If the menu says "skewers, skewers, and arrosticini," I'd like to find exactly what I choose on the menu! Like the mixed grilled vegetables: the menu says zucchini, eggplant, and peppers... I only received eggplant, two julienne strips of zucchini, and two of peppers, but nothing was grilled, or at least it looked like they were, only because of the obvious stripes on the vegetables. They were reheated in the pan, seeing as they were in chunks, usually just slices! The tiramisu was delicious! I think you would have made the brusche quicker rather than reheating everything badly, making us believe you made the tripe on the spot! No restaurant does that! Especially not one located in a place just a few houses above Jesi. I'm very sorry, but we won't be back. Water, 66cl Moretti beer, and coffee €88????? No way!

25/07/2026: We ate excellent grilled meat and roast potatoes, the meat was very good, the service was fast... the lady who served us was very kind 🙏🙏🙏... tiramisu was very good
