10/03/2026: We stayed there for an anniversary, and there were a large group of us. The cleanliness and furnishings were excellent. The beds were comfortable. We also used the kitchen, which served a full, excellent-quality lunch. Recommended.

13/12/2025: We went on December 5th for a dinner with old school friends: in addition to the sublime food, the courtesy, attentiveness, and patience of the waiter Giona made the evening memorable. The price was reasonable. Definitely worth repeating.

08/02/2026: First time at this restaurant near the Marotta seafront. A cozy, stylish atmosphere with pleasant background music. The menu isn't overly extensive, but it does feature dishes that piqued curiosity. The full menu offered a well-structured gastronomic journey, characterized by well-constructed dishes and pleasant service. Each course demonstrated technique, balance, and evident attention to detail in the selection of ingredients. Among the offerings, the seafood carbonara stands out: a dish that reveals complex preparation and remarkable technical mastery, distinguished by its flavor and originality. The final conversation with the chef highlighted the dedication and commitment required to maintain high standards, offering an interesting insight into the work behind each creation, which is difficult for the uninitiated to perceive. In conclusion, a restaurant definitely worth a visit, both for its quality and for the price, which is in line with the offerings, as is the wine list. The quality of the cuisine and the passion that underpins it make the experience particularly enjoyable. A reality to take into consideration for future occasions and certainly recommendable.

21/09/2025: If you want to experience what it feels like to be judged before you even order, this is the place. Having had a very positive impact since my last visit to this place, I decided to bring two of my friends. We went in: one of us went to the bathroom for an emergency, the other smoked a cigarette outside. The owner looked us over as if we'd just robbed a bank. My friend came back because he also needed to go to the bathroom. While my friend and I were looking at the menu, a rude gesture to the temple was sent from the counter, indicating that our friend was "not okay." (Drunk? On drugs? I had to specify that my friend was in the bathroom because I don't think he would have asked us about his mental and physical condition in front of him.) SPOILER: He was doing very well. When I replied, "No, he's fine," he jokingly exclaimed, "OH YES! HE'S SURELY BETTER THAN ME😆😆" But here, you just have to breathe to be labeled. Coincidentally, we were a group of young people in our twenties (maybe we didn't even look that "grown up", but for us that's certainly a compliment) and maybe the owner didn't like the fact that we wanted to drink a beer or some of their customised cocktails with a splash of IPA. I didn't even have time to explain to my friends that they don't serve typical drinks here (I know the specialty here is beer... He can keep it: he's so fond of it that he suggested we look for a cocktail bar. How nice of him, we clearly understood his message. We left disgusted as the owner greeted us with a "thank you ☺️" that sounded more like "thanks for getting rid of your balls." Honest advice: there are truly professional bars just a few steps away. Here they only serve nice, cold rudeness, like the beer I wanted to drink... A real shame, since I have nothing to say about the excellent quality of what's served... REVIEW UPDATE AFTER THE OWNER'S RESPONSE I admit I wasn't aware of my friend's request to smoke inside the establishment. The rule was respected, however, as he finished his smoke and went back inside without a care in the world (had it been the other way around, I wouldn't have dared). (I'll defend him.) Now I ask: have you ever tried taking friends to a different place than usual? As I wrote before, I didn't even have time to explain that they don't serve the usual drinks (like the Pina Colada my friend wanted). We know the internet exists, but I don't think it's mandatory to study every place's menu before entering. From the response, I received this sort of hostility toward my friend, but that doesn't justify the dirty looks my friend and I received without having done anything. (Then, the request to find another place was made to us, too.) We had decided what to order, but after that request, we had no choice but to get up. I love beer, but I don't love it enough to stay in a place after the owner explicitly asks you to "look around and find something else." If for you this is the model of professionalism that 'doesn't label,' then perhaps we have different definitions of the word, given that my friend was more than lucid.

02/02/2026: We arrived at Ars Vivendi (Nico). A beautiful place. The host gave us a warm and human welcome, knowledgeable and immediately empathetic. As suggested, I asked the host Nico for wine recommendations. He suggested a wonderful Lambrusco. He welcomed us with an entrée of pumpkin pie, also a sinful treat. Then came Ascoli olives, artisanal cremini, lentil, farro, and pumpkin soup, and crostini. I forgot about the panciotti, with eggplant and scamorza. And finally, my wife noticed that Laura, in the kitchen, had just baked some cantuccini. They were excellent. In keeping with ancient, but never outdated, traditions. A lovely evening. 04/01/2026: Definitely the best place in Civitanova Marche to eat and drink QUALITY food with HEALTHY products. The wine selection is impressive; only those with a great passion can do such a job. It was wonderful to eat in this little corner of paradise on the evening of January 1st. I couldn't have started the year better. The amazing Ascolana fish olives, the amazing lentil and sausage flan, and then a divine Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi from Cantina Marika Socci (I only ordered a bottle). The quality/price ratio was remarkable, and the Maestro himself, with his kindness and expertise, made my dinner an unforgettable memory. I recommend anyone who loves good food and wine to visit and stay at this wonderful place. I hope to return soon...
