We're on vacation in Fano for the first time and this place was recommended to us. We were amazed. The self-serve service is incredibly fast. It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner; we would have frequented it more often. We'll definitely be back.

This restaurant was an institution when it was still a simple fishing cooperative: a spartan atmosphere, almost a warehouse, where the focus was on local catch. Simple, authentic dishes, prepared with fish brought directly from local fishermen and offered at affordable prices. It was one of those authentic places that today would be described as "zero kilometer," when no one used that expression yet. Over the years, the structure has been completely transformed, becoming much more modern and scenic. Unfortunately, however, in my opinion, much of the original soul of the place has been lost. Some local fish dishes are still available, but the offerings today also include industrial products and preparations that have little to do with the philosophy that made this restaurant famous. The portions are often quite small, especially for some fish dishes, while the prices have increased significantly over the years. The result is that the quality-price ratio no longer conveys the same sensations it once did. It remains a historic and important place for the area, but those who knew it in its heyday can hardly fail to notice how far it has strayed from the original concept that made it special. I write this with sincere regret, because it was one of those places that deserved to be preserved in its authenticity.

Amazing organization. I showed up with a group of 46 people, obviously they're used to groups. I called 2 days in advance. When I arrived, they were waiting for the group within 5 minutes. They had reserved tables for us so we could all be together.

People come here for the food, which is fresh and plentiful. This fishermen's cooperative is a great idea. They have a set menu, but it's very extensive and always fresh, drinks included. I recommend coming as soon as they open because they serve until they run out.

The food is as usual, nothing exceptional, but it's worth eating. The problem is that at that price, you're getting sushi these days.

Excellent food, clean and welcoming place! They also accept dogs, and you can dine outside if you like.
