The Ascoli olives were excellent, the Babilonese pizza was good, and the fried fish without bones was good; only the spaghetti with clams was unremarkable. The service was good.

I think it's only right to leave a review for this place. I come here often for pizza and have always had a great experience: bright, pleasantly designed, warm atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, delicious food... It really has it all. Riva del Sole is a guarantee.

We booked at 9:00 and arrived ten minutes early. The first waitress we approached ignored us. After five minutes, we were taken to our table, then we waited 20 minutes without being able to order. The atmosphere was very noisy, so we left. The restaurant uses a reservation platform that also manages reviews. I've received two emails and submitted my review twice on this platform, too, and I imagine that—since it's not a flattering review—the interaction is completed with the screenshot I'm attaching. It doesn't take me to Google Maps to leave my truthful review. So I wonder how many other mediocre reviews the restaurant has avoided using this method. If you feel the need to book, be aware that booking doesn't guarantee you'll avoid a frustrating experience.

Decent pizza, shame about the long wait and the €3.50 supplement for gluten-free.

I ordered the takeout menu for Easter and had a great time. The food was good, the portions were generous, and a bottle of wine was included. Definitely worth trying again!
