If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place, you can definitely stop by! The hotel is modern with rooms equipped with everything you need, the spa is well-managed and clean, and the restaurant is very refined with truly unique and special dishes. Excellent breakfast and ample parking (we, traveling by motorcycle, were allowed to park under cover in front of reception 🔝).

A modern, functional, and clean hotel. The rooms aren't large, but they're fully equipped. It's located outside the city center, making it perfect for those like me who don't like chaos. It has a lovely spa (for a fee). The staff is extremely kind and attentive to guests' needs. The restaurant (which, from other reviews, I understand hosts events) offers tasty, well-prepared dishes. I highly recommend it and plan to return.

It's my go-to place when I want to be sure. The hotel's atmosphere is welcoming and professional, but the food is what keeps me coming back. I can't help but mention their specialty: risotto with crayfish. It's expertly prepared, balanced, and rich in flavor. Kudos to the chef and all the staff for their constant courtesy and customer service.

A Sunday stroll through the beautiful Acquasanta Terme area with friends, after a short stroll through the spa. Thanks to a beautiful sunny day, we decided to stop for lunch in the area. After some research and local recommendations, we chose the Tre Lanterne Hotel Restaurant, in the nearby hamlet of Cagnano. The establishment presents itself as an elegant hotel restaurant with a spa and wellness center, immersed in nature, with spacious outdoor spaces and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Every detail is meticulously designed, and access, by reservation, guarantees tranquility and comfort. As soon as we entered, we were immediately struck by the elegance of the spaces, particularly the welcoming and refined dining room, with its impeccable table setting. Adding to the warm and inviting atmosphere were the glowing fireplaces, which conveyed a rare sense of intimacy and well-being. The warm and highly professional service greeted us with attentive service. Even before receiving the menu, we were offered a welcome aperitif: a vintage prosecco accompanied by a tasty bruschetta, with extra virgin olive oil and the delicate aroma of mushrooms and butter. A truly appreciated start. The staff expertly guided us through the selection of dishes, each one more delicious than the last. We began our tasting experience with a mix of four house appetizers: • Four-pepper marinated pork carpaccio with tapenade, fresh and well-balanced • Pumpkin disc with porcini mushrooms on a Parmesan base, delicate and harmonious • Warm house appetizer with porcini crostini, vol-au-vent, mini quiche, and asparagus with prosciutto • Mixed fried fish with fried Ascolana olives, zucchini, and cremini mushrooms, dry and crunchy • The fried egg with porcini mushrooms and truffle was also sublime, an intense and enveloping dish. After these appetizers, carefully prepared and perfectly representative of the Piceno region, we opted for a first course. Being local, we couldn't pass up porcini mushrooms: the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms proved to be a memorable dish, with an authentic flavor, a wonderful sauce, and excellent quality porcini mushrooms. For the second course, we had grilled lamb and roasted porcini mushrooms. The lamb was cooked to perfection: tender, succulent, and flavorful, with truly exceptional ribs. Compliments to the chef for both the choice of ingredients and the cooking process. The porcini mushrooms were also excellent, tasty and well-roasted. All this was accompanied by a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo "Incanto" from the Marramiero winery, a perfect pairing. To conclude the meal, coffee and digestifs were served. The bill, absolutely in keeping with the quality of the experience, confirms a more than excellent value for money. Before leaving, thanks to the helpful staff, we also had the opportunity to visit the beautiful spa upstairs: welcoming, elegant, and truly inviting. One more reason to return, perhaps for a relaxing day, dinner, and an overnight stay. An experience that left us completely satisfied in every way: setting, service, cuisine, hospitality, and atmosphere. A heartfelt compliment to the entire staff at the Tre Lanterne Hotel Restaurant: the chef, wait staff, and impeccable organization. We will definitely be back.

Recently renovated, modern hotel with a spa. Very beautiful, with spacious rooms; all areas are well-maintained and clean. The spa was very pleasant, and compliments to the lady who provided a wonderful, relaxing massage. The food was excellent, with carefully prepared and truly palatable dishes, and prompt, professional service. A truly beautiful place with excellent value.

The rooms were OK, with a comfortable mattress and a nice, warm bathroom with a complete bathroom amenities kit. In our double room, the bathroom was separated from the bedroom only by a smoked glass pane, limiting our privacy. The room also had a kettle with two cups: very useful. I gave one star for the service only because, when booking, we were told the spa was available, but it's only available Thursday through Sunday. Otherwise, everything was fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Osteria Pepe Nero

26/03/2026: An experience to try at least once in your life, delicious dishes, set menu with 7 starters, a first course and a second course and desserts, everything really exquisite, really beautiful and intimate place, I recommend coming and trying this osteria, it's worth it, kind, friendly and knowledgeable staff and also the recommended wine was really wow!!!
13/02/2026: It takes a bit of effort, but once you reach the summit of Cupra Marittima, a world of taste experiences opens up. At Ostaria Pepe Nero, they're in charge. There's no menu, and the wine is served in the same house bottle for everyone, which is definitely worth it. From one surprise to the next, all the small and larger appetizers are prepared with top-quality ingredients, and you can taste it. Before I know it, the party has begun with a homemade tartare, which turns out to be the first course. A good start. But then, a poached egg with black truffle, "Uovo in camicia con tartufo," sounds much nicer, but how simple can it be yet exquisitely flavorful? And then the Nochi—it remains difficult to pronounce, but here it's fried instead of boiled. Velvety soft in a slightly crispy coating, served alongside a charcuterie of equally tender, top-quality meats. So you see and taste that quality is just as important as the chef's skill. On to the next round, Vitello Tonato, there's little to add to it; it tastes excellent and is also of good quality. Unfortunately, there's one minor point, which I don't pay much attention to, but this fried potato ball with the scent and taste of incense wouldn't be (out of place) at Holy Communion, but unfortunately, it doesn't appeal to me. From the primi, we move on to pasta, and with a buttery-soft beetroot ravioli filled with delicious provolone cheese, we're back on track and continue our culinary journey. Although the second pasta dish, tagliatelle with beef ragout and delicate vegetables, "spezzatino," is perhaps a bit much, it is nicely seasoned. We've now passed the sixth dish and are now ready for the main course, or secondi. Coniglio, two small pieces of beautifully cooked rabbit. More than enough to feel like I've been working towards this. Well done, and there's even room for the dolce vita. A triptych of mousse de tiramisu, a square of brownie, and a piece of cheesecake, all topped off with a perfectly tempered, high-quality espresso. I think back to this culinary journey, which I spent about two hours on my own, and think, oh dear, no menu, no prices, that's going to be a shock. Would I mind paying €30 for this eight-course meal, including wine? It can't be true, but it's definitely value for money, and definitely worth it.

Riva del Sole

16/06/2026: The Ascoli olives were excellent, the Babilonese pizza was good, and the fried fish without bones was good; only the spaghetti with clams was unremarkable. The service was good.
16/06/2026: Good for a quick pizza in between
