04/09/2025: Our adventure begins with a stroll through downtown Saronno on a gloomy August afternoon. My sweetheart and I, driven by the desire to delight our palates, decide to stop at Botega. The place looks very nice: spacious and bright, not at all chaotic or understated. Drawn by the inviting signs, we order a strawberry cheesecake, an "infusion," and a small bottle of still water. The cheesecake is disgusting, to say the least: a chewy, not at all crumbly base, and a strawberry topping so sweet it's nauseating. As for the "infusion," it can't be considered one, more than a very sugary concoction. Terrible value for money; I don't think we'll be back.

12/07/2025: Non consiglio di fermarsi a pranzo o cena ci vogliono circa 3 ore per mangiare e non ti portano nemmeno il sale anche se lo chiedi insistentemente. Servizio veramente pessimo lentissimi lo sconsiglio vivamente Per quanto riguarda gli animali non sono tenuti molto bene con tutto il posto che hanno non lasciano mai libero le mucche che potrebbero farlo , animali e recinti sporchi pensano solo al guadagno Sconsigliatissimo

21/07/2025: De vacaciones en Lago di Varese, pedimosn3 pizzas take away, riquisimas! excelente masa y productos frescos. . No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

03/07/2025: Un giorno doveva accadere ed è successo oggi: la mia prima recensione con voto 1. Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.

12/10/2025: Be careful with the affogato al caffè, which costs 6 euros. A 3.50 cone is better.

18/01/2026: We went to this bar to celebrate my dad's 50th birthday with about 40 people. When we booked, we were promised a space suitable for the occasion, complete with a seating area for more comfort. None of this was honored. 1. After an hour and a half, we still hadn't received anything, neither food nor drinks, and no one had taken our drink orders. When we asked for an explanation, we were told there was only one person in the kitchen. Just one person for a 40-person birthday party? Unacceptable. 2. The promised "seating area" turned out to be a long, narrow table, surrounded by other customers who had come for aperitifs. No reserved space. 3. We asked for still water and were told it was sold out. Truly unprofessional management. 4. The food was poor, definitely insufficient for the number of people present. 5. We had brought two cakes: a large one and a small lactose-free one. When we asked for them to be served, they only brought one because they'd forgotten the other. And when the second one arrived, a piece was broken. 6. The main cake, which was very tall, required precise cutting to obtain 40 slices. The owner refused to cut it, saying that in the past, cutting it that way had "broken" it and he didn't feel like it. We had to cut it ourselves. 7. When it came to the cake, they didn't even light the candle, a small but important detail for such an occasion. If you're not capable of managing an event like this, don't accept it just to cash in.

16/12/2025: Spectacular cocktails and a truly refined atmosphere! The staff is knowledgeable and can recommend something to suit your tastes. Excellent selection of drinks, well-balanced and carefully presented. Perfect for both an aperitif and an evening with friends. I'll definitely be back!

17/07/2025: Warning, this hotel is permanently closed. We had a reservation and found the doors locked. The hotel owner didn't notify their guests. 😡😡

25/06/2025: First, three positive things: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it was good. The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms, however, are completely unacceptable! I consider the condition to be a health concern. This isn't about stains on the carpet, if you can even call them that anymore. There was an air freshener in the closet to cover up the musty smell. Otherwise, take a look at the pictures; they speak for themselves.

27/12/2025: The place definitely needs a makeover, and, as other reviewers have noted, the products are quite expensive. On the other hand, the lady at the counter is very kind, and the restrooms are clean and fresh-smelling.

06/12/2025: Extremely expensive, a lousy coffee costs €1.50 at the counter. Everything else is expensive and low quality. More and more deserted. I went with friends and will never go back.

08/01/2026: Attention was really bad. The guy in the bar seems to be in a bad mood all day and it make you feel that you are not welcome there. I am Chilean and I don't recommend it at all, it was the worst experience in restaurants at all itally.
