05/03/2025: I happened to be passing through to have a coffee (excellent), I asked for a glass of water as is done in all bars. I was denied, so I asked for some water from the tap and was denied. Don't laugh but to rinse my mouth, I asked them to show me where the bathroom was to drink some water. Crazy. Never again

23/03/2025: It's really sad to review a place negatively, it's even more sad to do it for a restaurant. Bad service, already from the layout of the tables, you can't put tables with 2 or 3 people right next to noisy tables (the joy of seeing each other again is understandable, but you can rejoice even without howling or barking by joyfully wagging your tail from one side of the table to the other), they are rude but it's up to whoever manages to divide the tables in the best possible way, given that there are 2 rooms. Summary service, (okay, considering the place) but it's not good to have Sergeant Hartman jumping on you as soon as you put the cutlery on the plate (especially since having leftovers I would say more than something perhaps...). Gourmet starter cuisine €18.50 (between cured meats and 6 pieces of cheese they did not reach 250 g, therefore price 74 euros per kg) see photo. Polenta and..... 1/2 kg of polenta per portion with something thrown on, the taste didn't change much between the braised meat and the bruscitt. Too bad...Never again.

26/11/2024: Ristorante deserto, io unico tavolo. 50 euro per un piattino di pasta con le vongole che saranno stati 70gr, cotoletta che sapeva fortemente di burro accompagnata da patatine molli. Il dolce era confezionato. Arrivato alla cassa il mio bancomat non viene accettato ed il proprietario avanza insinuazioni dicendo che non voglio pagare, è stato molto offensivo. Esco prelevo e gli do i soldi, sicuramente non mi verranno più. Unica nota positiva va per il cameriere gentile e simpatico. Fortemente SCONSIGLIATO!!!

13/12/2024: Quasi quattro euro per un caffè e una brioches vegana (commerciale) in una location old fashioned... A non rivederci!!

28/11/2024: I went in for breakfast...I took cream croissants and a latte, 2 other gentlemen arrived 1 minute after me and asked for the usual.... Apart from the fact that they served first, (I wasn't in a hurry so it was fine....but not very well as there were 3 of us in the place) the coffee arrived in a thick, low cup, unfortunately not as hot as it should, and a croissant which had little to no pastry in it... oh well I'm going to pay...1.50 for the coffee! And 1.80 for brioches! Crazy.... also my eye falls on the table near the cash register.. bags of 3 brioches with the writing BRIOCHES OF YESTERDAY 1 EURO EACH 3 EUROS PER BAG...... I smile and leave... Crazy

23/03/2025: Very friendly staff and fast service. If I had to find a flaw it would be being disturbed by the rose sellers who come in trying to see your flowers while you are having lunch.

28/12/2024: Il locale non è bello,ma come tanti. Vera pecca, le luci: impietose, accecanti, fredde; non contribuiscono a creare un'atmosfera accogliente. Il menù è vario. Antipasti gustosi; primi troppo carichi di grassi, ma buoni. Grande delusione la carne. Prezzi lievissimamente sotto la media. Al personale, sbrigativo seppur corretto, deve essere stato proibito di sorridere. Si ha un po' la sensazione di dar fastidio; ma magari non era serata.

06/12/2024: Son ostato in questo locale per pranzo: pensavo ci fosse il menu alla carta (visto sul sito, sembrava invitante), ma nonostante fosse sabato c'era solo il menu fisso, tipico per l'intervallo di pranzo infrasettimanale di chi lavora (forse quando abbiamo telefonato potevano dircelo). Per il pranzo non accettano prenotazioni: ci si presenta all'ingresso e si aspetta il proprio turno in mezzo a una folla che viene rapidamente fatta accomodare man mano che si liberano i tavoli, tipo catena di montaggio. Nonostante questi limiti, l'offerta gastronomica non è male, se la si inquadra in quel contesto: servizio velocissimo, piatti precotti, scelta limitata. Ottimi, per la verità, i dolci fatti in casa. Rapporto qualità-prezzo strepitoso: spenderete meno di 20 euro mangiando primo, secondo e dolce. Vale la pena tornarci una sera, con una formula più "ristorante" e menu alla carta.

04/06/2025: Rude staff. I order a large salad and I am surprised to not have all the ingredients as described in the menu (egg and mozzarella are missing and there are two pieces of tuna) and after having requested a discount for what happened they do not even offer coffee. Pitiful....

11/05/2025: I went back yesterday after years. The bar is nice on the outside, but inside it needs some updating. Cocktail ok, a few more precautions wouldn't be bad. Aperitif ok, for two people it's not that bad, in some places they don't give you anything at all. We will return in the future, however on the outside which makes it more attractive.

15/03/2025: Un sabato pomeriggio sono andata con mia figlia per una merenda. Ci accomodiamo e decidiamo cosa ordinare, dopo un po' mi reco alla cassa per l'ordinazione con la mia carta di credito. La barista mi dice in modo indispettito che il pagamento tramite bancomat non era effettuabile dal mattino, purtroppo non avevo contante. Mi rivolgo alla ragazza facendo presente un disservizio. Di rimando con toni alti e poco garbati mi risponde che erano stati messi dei cartelli fuori, come se la responsabilità fosse stata la nostra che non abbiamo guardato prima di entrare...ma stiamo scherzando? É un problema del cliente che deve sentirsi imbarazzato di fronte agli altri clienti? Doveva essere comunicato subito appena ci eravamo sedute al tavolo. La ragazza avrebbe solo dovuto scusarsi per il disservizio e non far sentire in colpa il cliente. (Il "cartello" era un foglietto appeso alla porta). Da rivedere l'educazione del personale.

09/03/2025: Very nice bar/pastry shop in Busto Arisizio, wide choice of desserts for breakfast and very well furnished place. A little crowded on Sunday morning but we immediately found a table to sit at.

21/04/2025: Prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Definitely worth every penny!

03/03/2025: the other day I ordered two family take-away pizzas, I arrived inside the place completely empty. rude staff and they made me wait half an hour for two pizzas, the time comes to pay, I pay, then and there I didn't notice the price I paid. I get home and check the receipt and I see 0.60 cents x2 for the cardboard box.... but we're going crazy here. they already increased the price of the pizzas, now they also charge for the pizza box. as ridiculous as all those who charge for it. never again, never.

22/12/2024: Sunday in December. 1.00 pm empty place, I stop to ask for the possibility of eating. Let me start by saying that I hadn't booked, so my fault too, but a restaurant that, although empty, doesn't offer food on Sundays and on time, which restaurant is it? Trip with the granddaughters going up from Switzerland and down from Italy. Spectacular places and views, the Neggia Alp is worth seeing at least once in your life. Possibly in all seasons.

14/03/2025: Ristorante di "livello". Apprezabile la location; ottimo il servizio, i prodotti di qualità. Consigliabile per chi ama il buon cibo e la raffinatezza.

10/05/2025: If you want to eat good Peruvian food this is one of the best places in the area, both for the kindness of the staff, the generous portions like in South America and the speed of serving. Super recommended, arroz chaufa always a must!

24/04/2025: Esperienza deludente. Dopo moltissimo tempo di attesa finalmente arriva il mio piatto, ma facendo finta di niente mi hanno servito una cosa diversa da quella che avevo chiesto, quando gliel ho fatto notare la cameriera mi dice che avrebbero provveduto subito a sistemare. Ho atteso per molto altro tempo e ad un certo punto arriva la cameriera e ci dice che in cucina avevano deciso di non prepararlo più. Se manca un ingrediente o non hanno voglia preparare un piatto basta dirlo, perché prendere in giro i clienti dando ad intendere altro? Anche perché mi hanno appioppato una cosa che non era quella richiesta e nemmeno mi è piaciuta

11/05/2025: We were walking around Saronno, and passing by we came across the Botega Cafffe Cacao. Upon entering, we ordered two menus of first course + fruit salad + water. The first ones arrived almost immediately. At first glance things looked like they were heated up, foods like ravioli and potatoes had stuck to each other. The taste was passable, but still not very good. Once we finished eating the first courses, we waited 10 minutes, since the waiters didn't even look at us. The fruit salad arrived with some moldy strawberries, but the rest of the fruit was good. We do not recommend lunch.
