06/04/2025: I went last Sunday with a friend and I was speechless when the kind lady at the checkout informed us, before giving the receipt correctly, that they would add a surcharge of 20 cents per piece for table service on the avenue. 20 cents a piece???? But will you only do the route to bring me what I ordered once? We had 2 coffees and 2 croissants totaling 80 cents surcharge for the service.... crazy stuff!!! The waitress then explained to us that last year it happened with some customers who seemed to do it on purpose to continue ordering things by making the waitress go back and forth several times.... already if you think that a customer does this on purpose it is not a normal thing but with all due respect the waitress' work also includes this. I can understand 20 cents per service.... but per piece it is truly madness!!!

12/07/2025: Courteous staff, the second courses are better than the first courses, ideal for a work break, the desserts at the end of the meal are good and cheap.

06/07/2025: Attesa infinita per avere 4 piatti di polenta con brasato .... tavoli attaccati ai giochi per bambini e quindi urla e schiamazzi da farti venire il mal di testa! Peccato perché il posto è davvero carino

24/07/2025: I tried the pizza twice... but I have to say it was truly awful. The smell of burnt engine oil was terrible. I paid €10 for a round pizza and a Coke, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back. It's a shame because the girls who work there are very friendly, and I feel sorry for them, but the quality is really low, at least for the three or four things I've tried in the last few months... I'm reading the reply now... of course, since it's Busto Arsizio, you definitely sell the round ones... Regards

15/03/2025: Un sabato pomeriggio sono andata con mia figlia per una merenda. Ci accomodiamo e decidiamo cosa ordinare, dopo un po' mi reco alla cassa per l'ordinazione con la mia carta di credito. La barista mi dice in modo indispettito che il pagamento tramite bancomat non era effettuabile dal mattino, purtroppo non avevo contante. Mi rivolgo alla ragazza facendo presente un disservizio. Di rimando con toni alti e poco garbati mi risponde che erano stati messi dei cartelli fuori, come se la responsabilità fosse stata la nostra che non abbiamo guardato prima di entrare...ma stiamo scherzando? É un problema del cliente che deve sentirsi imbarazzato di fronte agli altri clienti? Doveva essere comunicato subito appena ci eravamo sedute al tavolo. La ragazza avrebbe solo dovuto scusarsi per il disservizio e non far sentire in colpa il cliente. (Il "cartello" era un foglietto appeso alla porta). Da rivedere l'educazione del personale.

09/03/2025: Very nice bar/pastry shop in Busto Arisizio, wide choice of desserts for breakfast and very well furnished place. A little crowded on Sunday morning but we immediately found a table to sit at.

04/08/2025: Bar run by very nice, kind, helpful and professional Chinese family staff. Reception office, tobacconist. Phone top-ups, train and bus tickets. Possibility of payments. Play area with video poker. Assortment of beers and wines, packaged ice creams and snacks. Wi-fi present. Large room with entrance onto the square and the railway station platforms. Outdoor tables.

10/08/2025: The spritzes aren't exceptional, they offer cold mini pizzas that aren't very good. But above all, the waitress represents the complete opposite of the Italian joie de vivre (well, after all, she's not Italian...). Only the place is pretty.

09/08/2025: A bar with plenty of seating both inside and out, conveniently located in Varese's historic center. Exceptional staff.

10/05/2025: If you want to eat good Peruvian food this is one of the best places in the area, both for the kindness of the staff, the generous portions like in South America and the speed of serving. Super recommended, arroz chaufa always a must!

28/05/2025: They don't have a POS in 2025, madness! I was out on my bike with my cell phone and asked for a coffee and croissant, making it clear that I would pay with my cell phone, and they told me that THEY DON'T HAVE A POS. In 2025, it speaks for itself Period

26/05/2025: I often stop for breakfast and I have to say that the cappuccino and brioches are really excellent... Perfect place to bring children (there is a safe and nice outdoor space)

12/07/2025: Non consiglio di fermarsi a pranzo o cena ci vogliono circa 3 ore per mangiare e non ti portano nemmeno il sale anche se lo chiedi insistentemente. Servizio veramente pessimo lentissimi lo sconsiglio vivamente Per quanto riguarda gli animali non sono tenuti molto bene con tutto il posto che hanno non lasciano mai libero le mucche che potrebbero farlo , animali e recinti sporchi pensano solo al guadagno Sconsigliatissimo

11/05/2025: We were walking around Saronno, and passing by we came across the Botega Cafffe Cacao. Upon entering, we ordered two menus of first course + fruit salad + water. The first ones arrived almost immediately. At first glance things looked like they were heated up, foods like ravioli and potatoes had stuck to each other. The taste was passable, but still not very good. Once we finished eating the first courses, we waited 10 minutes, since the waiters didn't even look at us. The fruit salad arrived with some moldy strawberries, but the rest of the fruit was good. We do not recommend lunch.

05/03/2025: I happened to be passing through to have a coffee (excellent), I asked for a glass of water as is done in all bars. I was denied, so I asked for some water from the tap and was denied. Don't laugh but to rinse my mouth, I asked them to show me where the bathroom was to drink some water. Crazy. Never again
