09/03/2026: I would give it zero stars if I could. It's a truly run-down hotel with incompetent staff. After just three days, I was covered in mites. Disgusting. The staff was unfriendly.

08/03/2026: I don't even know where to begin... The staff were unfriendly, the food was okay, the room resembled an icebox, and they've probably never heard of the word hygiene. (I had a rash from dust mites.) I advise against visiting.

13/03/2026: The outdoor location of a classic Lombard farmhouse offers easy parking, both inside and on the adjacent street. The cuisine features excellent quality ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and prices are in line with the service provided. The owners are always friendly and helpful. Recommended for both lunch, where there's a good selection of dishes from the set menu, and an à la carte dinner, where the dining room and kitchen truly shine.

31/03/2026: When the old owner was there, the food was great, now unfortunately I can't say the same thing. I ordered a 4 seasons pizza, it was 7.20, he tells me 8.20. Ok I wait until twenty to 9, I call him and he tells me 5 minutes he'll arrive, after a quarter of an hour he calls me and down, I go down, there's no one, I go back up, I call, (I made more than 8 calls in the end) he tells me it's down, I go down after 5 minutes he'll arrive, he doesn't speak Italian, he asks me if I speak English, I don't ask how much it is, nothing, in the end I give him ten euros, I go up, it was 9.15, then in the end it was the wrong 4 cheese pizza, I call, he answers me very badly and hangs up on me. Never again

25/02/2026: I don't understand why the aperitivo costs more than the à la carte menu. €8 for half a Margherita pizza and a Moretti seems more than the list price. No explanation was given, and in fact, the staff were a bit rude. The price was still average, but it certainly doesn't reflect the poor quality. I won't be returning.

22/02/2026: We booked a room for three adults, and the one we were given was a double room with an added single bed, which completely blocked the closet doors and took up all the floor space. Another not-so-positive aspect was the (huge) bathroom without a bidet (there was a shower in the toilet, but it leaked, making it very complicated and inconvenient to use). Traditional breakfast: coffee/cappuccino, croissant, toast/bread with jam and Nutella, fruit, and juice.

05/10/2025: I went to this hotel accompanying my boss, who had a room booked for a gala dinner outside the hotel. Since I didn't have a room, I politely asked if I could come up for just half an hour, just to change for the event. I was told there was no need to register. After about half an hour, however, I was contacted by the front desk in an aggressive tone and completely inappropriate suggestive language, which implied something far from the truth. This was offensive and unacceptable behavior, especially toward someone who had expressed herself with the utmost politeness and transparency. Only after this incident was I asked for my ID, which had not initially been necessary. The handling of the situation was embarrassing and demonstrates a total lack of professionalism and respect for anyone who enters the hotel. A real shame: certain lapses in style weigh far more heavily than any material defect.

09/03/2026: I've been there often in the past, and the service has gotten dramatically worse. The staff used to be much more attentive and helpful. Aperitivo for two was basically a drink and packaged chips for €20. Never again.

24/02/2026: It's good for aperitifs. Breakfast is also available, and it's always open.

31/01/2026: Terrible service, rude and unpleasant staff. I asked for a prosecco with a small appetizer because I wasn't eating... they told me the kitchen was closed. Since it's just a baker, I wonder why they didn't have a slice of stale pizza or focaccia to reheat... Let's also keep in mind that this summer I paid €14 for a mohjto... Since the place in question is just a baker with unjustifiable delusions of grandeur, it's one of the worst places I've ever been to... I'd say shameful...

09/12/2025: In my opinion, this is the best traditional panettone offered by various Varese pastry shops at Villa Ponti in December 2025. The price is exorbitant (three or four times the price of a supermarket-bought panettone), but it's in line with all the other pastry shops.

19/09/2025: As a worker I had a great time, the 14 euro menu with drinks included, compliments to the very young and helpful staff.

05/09/2025: Very negative experience Especially for the price, it doesn't match a trattoria Low-quality dishes and portions Qu Value for money 👎👎👎👎 There are much better and much cheaper trattorias 😞

06/02/2026: On a Saturday lunchtime, 2 plates of polenta with stew, 1 bottle of water, a dessert and two coffees, 44 euros seems a bit expensive to me

02/10/2025: Unfortunately, there's not a trace of the menu in the photo. Only two choices of first courses and two second courses...perhaps there were more desserts...only one person in the kitchen, dining room, and cash register...the second course arrived practically cold...for such a meager menu, the first course, second course, water, and coffee for two people cost €33.

22/02/2026: Incredible place. It's probably a shame about the owner. The lady at the cash register was incredibly rude. I've seen her treat employees and customers badly, making loud, sleazy comments. If it weren't for the desire to relax for a moment, I wouldn't have spent a cent at this restaurant/bar.

21/02/2026: In a magical spot on Lake Comabbio, a very nice and relaxing restaurant. It's small and welcoming, with seating both inside and out, right on the lakeside. Stunning view and a great spot for photographers. Excellent sandwiches!

11/03/2026: A trucker's restaurant disguised as a large restaurant, with an owner unsuitable for dealing with the public. Too bad about the cook and waiter, who, on the other hand, are exceptional!
