27/10/2025: A well-rounded culinary experience. Excellent ingredients, cooked with a masterful touch. We ate a lot, but above all, everything was delicious. The appetizer was a dream: risotto with goose salami and porcini mushrooms, cooked to perfection and with the perfect consistency; the slow-cooked goose melted in your mouth. Great hospitality, warm and discreet at the same time. The setting allowed us to have a wonderful family lunch. Thank you, Casa Angela.

28/09/2025: If I could, I'd give it a zero. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life: pure agony. We arrived at 12:30 and only managed to finish lunch at 4:50. The wait was interminable: between the appetizer and the first course, we waited 2 hours and 30 minutes. The appetizers were served one course every 30 minutes, and some of them were even forgotten, so much so that we had to point them out. No wine list available. The service was completely disorganized: the dishes arrived one person at a time, forcing everyone to eat at different times. One person in our group didn't eat the set menu: they brought her the first course while we were already starting the second course, and for the "secondo" she received a simple lamb's lettuce and apple salad, more like an improvised side dish than a real dish. Finally, we had to wait 20 minutes at the cashier to pay. In short: terrible service, lackluster organization, and endless waits. 👉 Not recommended, I'll never go back.

20/08/2025: Today we stopped at this restaurant by chance and had a great time. We had pizzas, even though they have a set lunch menu and an à la carte menu, but we were pleasantly surprised... The dough was very light, the ingredients were fresh and of good quality, and the pizza was very good. The coffee was another surprise, very good. The place was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

10/07/2025: I've only been here for pizza, so my opinion is very relative. The place is dated, but there's air conditioning so you don't suffer from the heat. Service is quite fast. I tried a thin focaccia filled with crescenza cheese, and I have to say it was good! We'll see if I can still get around here...

20/09/2025: A wonderful experience, with typical Lomellina cuisine featuring various boiled meats, beef, and chicken. Artisanal sauces and local vegetables are served, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Traditional first courses, such as lasagna and risotto, are also available.

17/10/2025: Pizzeria restaurant across from the Mortaea train station. We had pizza on Sunday. It wasn't anything special, but it was good. The waiters were friendly but not very attentive. I must say the restaurant was busy, but that's where a waiter's skill really shines. Anyway, we ate well, the price was average. If I'm in the area again, I'll gladly return.

The atmosphere is quiet, familiar, and immediately puts you at ease—just the kind of place you're happy to return to every now and then. Courteous service, a relaxed atmosphere, and authentic flavors: a typical local trattoria, sincere and without excess, where you always leave satisfied.

26/10/2025: The welcome was warm and friendly, the food was truly delicious, and the portions were generous, even the tasting menu. We'll definitely be back!

21/11/2025: A friend's birthday party, and we booked a room upstairs. The welcome was a bit chilly, but the evening warmed up, complete with music and a DJ. For the first time, I tried parmesan sliced ​​with a slicer (a real treat). The appetizers were divine, from beans to onions, followed by vegetable tarts and fried eggplant. An excellent mushroom risotto, to which I added the last few thin slices of parmesan. Everything was magnificently accompanied by a spritz and TOP red wine.

01/11/2025: Terrible place. I've never experienced anything like it in my entire life. Dinner with about 60 people, they served a carafe of a drink that was supposed to be wine, but it smelled and tasted like vinegar, undrinkable. I asked for two bottles for my table, and a waiter sneered, "In whose name I'm serving them," implying that we wouldn't have paid for them. Of course, I replied that I would have paid for them myself, and the waiter forced me to get up from the table, while I was eating, so he could go pay for them immediately. Leaving aside the price (€70 for two bottles of Barbera Oltrepò Pavese), being called a thief by a waiter was demeaning and disgusting. Forcing a man to get up from a table in the middle of a dinner of over 60 people is a despicable, shameful, and unspeakable act. They're incapable of living in this world. The food quality was mediocre, on par with a school cafeteria. Then they served a spritz and a watered-down gin and tonic. Avoid this place.
