23/02/2025: At "Il Strano" it takes very little for you to feel at home. Friendly, helpful but still attentive service. Good starters of cured meats with giardiniera and bean salad. Braised ravioli that you wish would never end, and the classic pisarei and fasò. The braised meat is really excellent, like the roast veal. Pleasantly accompanied by an excellent house wine. The plum jam tart at the end of lunch is also good. Note also on the prices, even slightly below the average for the area. We had a really good time. Thank you.

21/03/2025: Sono tornato in questa pizzeria dopo tanti anni. Cambio gestione....ma soprattutto cambio della qualità pizzaiola. Ricordavo questa pizza come sottile, friabile molto gradevole. Ci siamo trovati invece una pizza per i nostri gusti poco gradevole. Impasto "ciccoso", non di mio gradimento ed ingredienti molto abbondanti, decisamente troppi. Preferisco meno ingredienti ma di maggiore qualità. Difficilmente avanzo una pizza (ultima volta credo 8 anni fà in villeggiatura), ma questa volta si. Mi spiace dare un giudizio così negativo, perché mi rendo conto benissimo quanto sia difficile la gestione di un ristorante/pizzeria, ma questa volta sono/siamo rimasti molto delusi. Noi non ci torneremo più sicuramente.

Non aspettatevi piatti sofisticati e gourmet ma se avete voglia di mangiare cibo saporito e semplice con i gusti giusti e cucinati con evidente passione non esitate e venite qui a mangiare! consigliata la prenotazione. Il vino all'altezza del cibo. Il servizio è cortese, simpatico ed attento. Il conto correttissimo. I mei/nostri complimenti, tutti i commensali erano soddisfattissim!

Unfortunately the positive things end here. as we enter the idea of ​​a farmhouse immediately vanishes, the environment is a little cold and the menu is à la carte and a little expensive. €16 for two slices of salami really seems like an exaggeration to me. I would define it more as a bistro or gourmet than a farmhouse…

04/02/2025: Very popular restaurant, apparently. Very long service times (we started at 1pm and finished at 4pm). Refined ingredients and dishes, but personally a bit lacking in flavor and taste. We arrived from Milan and I don't know if I would make the trip again, even if the place is very scenic.

15/03/2025: We were there to get 4 yogurts, they give the receipt and the machine doesn't work. They say we have to wait who knows how long until the owner arrives to fix it. I politely ask if I can have something else given the wait and I am told no. That I have to wait for the owner to fix the car. Terrible service. We paid. We just asked to get something else at the same price or with the difference and the service was denied. This is absolutely not done. In the end we left without taking anything and having lost the money.

26/02/2025: Every time I come to Vigevano I always come here to drink a coffee or have breakfast... Comfortable environment, very clean, efficient staff... I highly recommend... then there are some delicious cakes...

29/03/2025: Innanzi tutto i complimenti vanno alla proprietaria ed allo staff che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e competenti. Cena perfetta con primi memorabili ed un dolce al pistacchio da urlo,il tutto con bollicine locali consigliate ed azzeccate dalla somelier. Conto super onesto. Sono veramente entusiasta di questa esperienza che consiglio vivamente. Complimenti davvero!

17/02/2025: Personale molto accogliente e gentile. Cibo ottimo con ripasso molto gradito. Roast beef buonissimo, credo sia il migliore che io abbia mai mangiato. Buona la selezione dei vini. Abbiamo fatto un pranzo in famiglia e sicuramente torneremo.

17/02/2025: Posto molto carino e accogliente. Purtroppo il servizio non è stato altrettanto. Siamo stati alla serata di San Valentino. Non scendo nei particolari dall'antipasto, buono ma niente di che. Ma la cosa più triste e secondo me scorretta è stata non aver ricevuto come gli altri tavoli della nostra sala, il secondo piatto previsto dal menù. I gnocchetti verdi. A noi sono state servite delle caramelle o così sembravano, ripiene di ricotta. Senza nessun avviso. Se si fa un menu bisogna seguirlo. Se le dosi non bastavano a mio parere dovevamo essere avvisati sulla seconda proposta. Abbiamo chiesto alla cameriera come mai non c'erano i gnocchetti ma non ne sapeva nulla.Mi spiace ma non si fa così. Ecco la cosa che ha dato davvero noia è stato il mancato avviso. I clienti pagano e vengono per un menù. Hanno il diritto di essere avvisati.
