25/09/2025: We arrived early in the morning and only had a coffee, but honestly, we were eager to try their food. The staff was very friendly. They were organizing the daily menu, and I wanted to stay and try it all, but fate called us home. We'll be back to try their food.

29/07/2025: Nice little restaurant - highly recommended. We (4) had the full lunch menu and tried every type of pasta, all of which were delicious. The main course was chicken breast, beef steak, and a vegetarian dish, with side dishes of grilled zucchini, eggplant, spinach, and salad. The grilled vegetables, vegetarian dish (bruschetta style with bread, tomatoes, arugula, and stracciatella Dior latte), and meat were all delicious. Only the salad was a bit dry, but with olive oil it was fine. All in all, highly recommended!

24/08/2025: I always eat pizza and I think it's amazing. It's the only thick slice pizza I find soft and crispy to perfection, always cooked to perfection. The staff are incredibly kind and always make you feel welcome.

12/10/2025: We dined at the Gandula Restaurant in Cesate, a charming location surrounded by a large green space, making it an ideal destination for important events such as weddings, first communions, and so on. The restaurant has a welcoming indoor dining room, a covered outdoor area, and—the real highlight—a vast, illuminated garden that creates a magical atmosphere. The service is attentive, and the menu is simple yet sophisticated. We ordered risotto with ossobuco (very good) and excellent paccheri with cherry tomatoes and stracciatella. We will definitely return to try the cotoletta alla milanese: we saw some magnificent ones paraded between the tables, and it will be our next stop. Although some dishes are a bit pricey, the quality of the cuisine and the ambiance are worth the visit.

11/10/2025: A week after our wedding at this beautiful location, I can begin by saying that it has become a special place for us. From the moment we first arrived at Gandula, we felt a connection with Maddalena, who listened to us and accommodated us in every way (until the day before, I had some people in doubt due to health problems, and even then she was super, which is not a given). The wedding day was perfect and magical, from the ceremony to the aperitif to the lunch. All our guests complimented us on everything! We were happy and thrilled because everything was perfect! 01/10/2025: If you keep walking past and promising yourself you'll pop in, you're in serious danger of missing out. What a mistake! Home cooking at its finest and generous portions that quickly make you forget about diets and calorie restrictions. Long live the carbonara and the ossobuco with its delicious puccetta, and the polenta right next to it—you'd end up eating another portion, but you just can't. We finished with the homemade chocolate and apple cake, which, with Gerry Scotti playing in the background, truly made you feel at home. The prices were more than fair for the flavor that lingered in your mouth. We also appreciated the courtesy and kindness of everyone we met, both in words and in looks. Thank you.

15/09/2025: UNIQUE PIZZA... FROM THE DOUGH TO THE TOP QUALITY INGREDIENTS... VERY DIGESTIBLE... AN INEXPLICABLE EXPLOSION OF FLAVORS IN THE MOUTH, I THINK IT'S ONE OF THE ONLY TAKE-AWAY PIZZERIAS WITH SUCH A HIGH OVERALL QUALITY LEVEL.

13/08/2025: We were greeted by the classic 80s trattoria smell, which raised high expectations. The place is undoubtedly "vintage," characterless and unremarkable. Perhaps some things are even starting to look old. The menu is bland and impersonal, as is the service, which could use a complete overhaul. The problem is that all this isn't even the worst part... because sooner or later the meal arrives. A tragedy. Nothing works. From the greasy paper menu to the written and photographed one, goosebumps. We ordered from the starters, main courses, and unfortunately even the "pizza," or at least that's what we call it... an insult to the restaurant industry. To be honest, I have to say that the breadsticks were good quality, and so was the bread (they probably make it themselves), and even the fries were delicious and crispy. I think the prices are also a problem; with such a high price, you expect quality, or at least decency. Everything is overpriced. Courteous and polite staff. The cloth napkins were much appreciated; there are too few of them... Hugs.

01/10/2025: An excellent trattoria offering a very transparent daily menu and à la carte menu featuring well-prepared Milanese specialties. Service is efficient and fast. The house sparkling white wine is excellent, and the panna cotta is excellent.

13/08/2025: In a very charming setting, characteristically furnished, and in a pleasant little square in Bollate. We dined with a nice glass of Prosecco. The wait for service was a bit long, but that doesn't matter if the company is good. I'll be back; I liked it.

15/06/2025: Marulli is a real gem! This charming cafe delights with simple but incredibly tasty pastries and absolutely sensational, aromatic coffee. Importantly, you will not find a typical tourist atmosphere here - it is an authentic, local place, eagerly visited by local residents. The staff, probably the owners, despite the language barrier, will help you choose with a smile and kindness, advising in simple words. An additional plus for very affordable, local prices.
