03/08/2024: I was in this restaurant for the first time. I can say that I left satisfied. The only suggestion I allow myself to leave is aimed at the staff: the service is far too fast, there is often little time left between one course and another and one feels a little « pressured » by the constant requests of the waiters.

31/07/2024: I go for lunch sometimes. It's like a canteen. The food is ready immediately, you don't have time to order it before you are already served. The goal is to feed those who are short on time. I've had overcooked pasta or too fatty roast pork. The costs are from the canteen. The staff is very nice, very friendly and super efficient.

24/07/2024: A beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the square Very fresh fish cooked well, with Apulian and Sicilian influences The menu is very rich and the Sicilian wine recommended to us is truly excellent The desserts are amazing and the staff are quick and friendly I will go back because I had a great time. 20/07/2024: Great place to have a generous aperitivo or a cocktail after dinner. The quality of the drinks is high, from beers to spirits. Last but not least the staff is super cool!

26/08/2024: Terrible Experience at Hilton Milan - Discriminatory and Unprofessional Behavior I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at the Hilton Milan, which made me question the standards of this hotel. My experience was ruined by the rude and discriminatory behavior of a receptionist. This person demonstrated not only a complete lack of professionalism, but also made me feel unwanted and disrespected for the duration of my stay. Despite raising these concerns directly with staff during my visit and subsequently online, I have yet to receive any response from Hilton. It's incredible that a brand known for its commitment to hospitality ignores such serious complaints, especially when they involve discrimination and poor treatment of customers. The lack of recognition and absence of any corrective action suggests a worrying indifference to customer service and guest satisfaction. I am appalled at the poor training and lack of supervision that allowed this situation to occur. This experience has severely tarnished my opinion of Hilton, a brand I previously considered upscale. I sincerely hope that Hilton addresses this matter seriously and ensures that similar behavior is not tolerated in the future. I am a Gold status customer appalled by the lack of training and education. For reference, my customer service case number is 215745784. I expect this to be addressed promptly and appropriately. This hotel has demonstrated a serious failure in maintaining basic standards of respect and service.

09/07/2024: Despite reservation which, according to website could be done by email, and confirmation by return mail, my reservation had not been registered. They called their other restaurant to check if I came to the wrong restaurant. I had a confirmation from this location though. Restaurant was empty so I missed why I was a problem. I did not feel welcome at all. Last time, I had no reservation, similar experience. It felt like I needed to apologise I came to their restaurant. Very unlikely I will come back. Food was OK but not great. Tiramisu was wet and half frozen. All in all a bad experience..
