19/11/2025: UPDATE AFTER THE RESTAURANT OWNER'S REVIEW: I see that, in addition to offering terrible service compared to a glorious past, you tend to defame the customer instead of apologizing. I'll leave it to the reader to form their own opinion of you and won't add anything else, since we are certainly more elegant than you. UPDATE: We returned today and unfortunately, we no longer found the same quality as before. The waitress was curt and unfriendly and didn't explain the menu to us as usual. In fact, some of our guests ordered the wrong dish. The polenta was awful compared to the wonderful one we had some time ago. The roast potatoes were barely blanched and tasteless. Furthermore, they misapplied the Fork promotion, and I had to argue to get a refund. It's a shame that a restaurant that was one of my go-tos for Milanese dining has collapsed like this. —— OLD REVIEW: A restaurant in the old Milanese style with homemade but extremely high-quality cuisine, served with great attention by the owners. An incredible selection of wines and spirits, and vintage decor create a truly captivating atmosphere. Recommended for both business and pleasure dinners.

19/11/2025: The pasta e fagioli was overcooked, the cutlet was too tough and full of bones. The owner was very cold.

09/11/2025: Very nice bar, the cocktails are truly excellent and perfectly balanced 😉 With a large menu, there's a good selection of drinks, which is great! Very friendly waiter ☘️ We sat outside on the terrace, but if you get cold, there are heated heaters and blankets. I recommend it.

08/11/2025: We've been dining at Notre Dame for about ten years now: the pizza and other dishes are excellent, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. Michele has become a friend. Always recommended.

15/09/2025: We celebrated a birthday. There were three other birthdays with us, all of which were handled very well. We had an aperitif for €20 with cured meats, cheeses, lasagna, and a drink.

13/12/2025: Delicious! We tried the Nutella arancini and two croissants, one pistachio and one Nutella. Everything was truly spectacular! A photo of the arancini filling, which was out of this world. The only downside is the limited seating inside.

06/10/2025: Good artisanal gelato at reasonable prices for Milan. They have some tasty vegan options besides fruit, such as dark chocolate and almond. I would encourage the owners to experiment and add two or three vegan options to the menu. Recommended.

29/11/2025: I've been coming here for several years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Friendly and welcoming, and above all, the food is delicious. Of course, both the food and drinks are always recommended.

09/11/2025: The pizza is truly excellent!! A good variety of food and drinks are offered, and the place is always very welcoming. The only downside, for me, is that the atmosphere is always extremely noisy. Maybe it's the logistics of the place, I don't know.

18/11/2025: Awful restaurant, good only for tourists, where they pass off a carpaccio of meat as tagliata, cooked haphazardly, with horrible side dishes and super cheap, anxious, and aggressive staff. Ugh. Given the restaurant owner's response, I'd add that those round slices of meat were like a wafer, and since they come from who knows what cut of meat, they don't even know what a tagliata is. Continuing to write the same response to everyone who criticizes you won't make it the truth.

07/11/2025: Historic and timeless. The chatouebriand is truly delicious, and the pork with crispy rind is incredibly delicious ❤️❤️❤️ The service is excellent, attentive, and friendly.

05/12/2025: I'm certain to return here. Whenever I come to Milan, I enjoy lunch or dinner at this trattoria. I meet pleasant people, the staff is kind and helpful, and the food is consistently good.

26/11/2025: It's a place I enjoy frequenting, but I really appreciate that, unlike other places that stick to everlasting menus, here—in addition to the Lombard staples—there's always something new every month, for example this evening: tagliatelle with creamed cavolo nero and pork tenderloin with mustard... truly excellent. Crono always proves to be an excellent choice.

12/10/2025: Excellent lunch... just returned after lunch for my niece's confirmation. Excellent appetizer of cured meats and cheeses... simple but excellent risotto, and a fabulous stew for the main course... We'll be back. Also for an aperitif. Beautiful location. Surrounded by greenery, away from traffic, and surrounded by horses and other animals. Highly recommended!

23/11/2025: A very nice place with a veranda overlooking the canal. It's heated and can be used both summer and winter. Aperitivo with two platters available, one for €7 and one for €10. The cocktails are well-made. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also suitable for small parties.

13/12/2025: Family-run restaurant serving traditional Milanese dishes and more. The Milanese risotto with ossobuco is highly recommended.

17/11/2025: On Sunday, we celebrated my father's 70th birthday with our family at this restaurant. The food was absolutely excellent and meticulously prepared, the service impeccable, and the location was intimate and ideal for this type of celebration. Alessandro is a highly experienced chef, and Gabriella, a cheerful and innately kind woman, always knows how to pamper and accommodate every guest's request. I highly recommend this restaurant, run by two young people who put so much passion and dedication into their business.
