12/09/2025: I often go to this motel but today is the last time I'm coming. For years I've paid after leaving. Today the receptionist told me since August that you have to pay first. I lied because every week I come and I've always paid first. Then the breakfast service before was excellent, but for a year now if you ask for international breakfast in the room something is always missing and you have to call or even the air conditioning area is not good and then they don't provide toothbrushes not even slippers so when you get out of the shower you risk slipping. I'm writing this review because I'm tired of paying for a service that is missing. From today I've lost two customers who have been coming twice a week for years. I really don't recommend it. In fact, I'll go to the top motel. Excellent service, polite staff, then breakfast and dinner service in the room very good. I will never go to the silver again also because I went twice a week for years and stayed for two hours paying 67 euros. I really don't recommend the silver

05/09/2025: The hotel is awful. It smells like cigarettes in every room. It is not clean enough in the rooms. The location is far away from the city centre and there is no shuttle to the airport. The staff were friendly but I don’t recommend it at all.

25/05/2025: The cuisine always offers good quality dishes that are never banal. But I have been there other times and I take the liberty of not sharing the current beach resort decor with umbrellas and buckets at the tables. I miss the elegant and soft style with candles and plants and flowers everywhere that also justifies the name of the place: potafiori. Otherwise call it Riccione and sprinkle the floor with sand, at least you have the illusion of being on the beach

01/08/2025: We ate a plate of spaghetti with tomato basil and tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, a bottle of sparkling water and a coffee, and a €4 cutlery charge, or €8 extra each, which is totally outrageous! I know this is a practice in Italy, but not in all restaurants; we often get the impression that it's only applied to tourists. That's a total of €47. Furthermore, the taste was very average... completely bland, and we can't say that there was a large portion served. The welcome wasn't the warmest. That said, the server was decent but a little nonchalant. The only positive point was the plate of small biscuits to accompany the coffee and the small bruschetta as appetizers.

08/09/2025: I was deeply disappointed by my experience at Terrazza Panevo. From the start, the service was terrible: the waiters were unprepared, slow, and constantly offering trivial excuses instead of taking responsibility for what wasn't working. The wait times were interminable, so much so that I often felt like I'd been completely forgotten. The situation was made worse by the attitude of the head waiter, a woman in a floral dress, who, instead of handling the issues professionally, addressed me in a dismissive and hostile manner, almost annoyed by my legitimate complaints. Such behavior is unacceptable in any context, especially in a place that claims to be elegant and welcoming. Ultimately, it was an experience to forget. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone against wasting their time and money in a place where customers are treated with such condescension and rudeness.

27/08/2025: The food here is truly delicious. The ingredients are top-quality, and you can taste it. The service is excellent; the girls are always running around, and you can have lunch in 40 minutes. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended.

15/10/2025: The staff was polite, helpful, and attentive, as was the lady at the cash register, who was equally kind and friendly. I had the pizza, and I have to say that the dough, like everything else, was just fine. I recommend it.

29/08/2025: I went for dinner with friends, and the pizzeria is very nice and clean. The pizzas are delicious with quality ingredients, and the waiters are very kind and helpful. The only downside is the wait for the pizza is a bit long, but otherwise, everything was fantastic.

06/09/2025: The waiter (Aldo) suggested the pappardelle Braised Beef Ragu - it was divine. We paired it with rosé wine, tasty and sweet! When you pay a little more for a dish, you expect quality and this is what we got. All the reviews also mention this, which is definitely true : the service is genuine and excellent.

14/09/2025: We're currently in Massa Marittima on September 14, 2025, and based on the online opening times, we wanted to buy a pizza there on different days. We've been there every time for nothing. The pizzeria is apparently closed until further notice due to construction and scaffolding! It would be nice if the owner would also post this online. 😉

09/09/2025: Great calzones, excellent pizza, all with plenty of high-quality toppings, plus very friendly service and a short wait time for the meal. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to MM.

12/10/2025: Let's start with a necessary premise: the pizza is truly good. The dough is well-leavened (I've rarely tasted such perfect dough) and the ingredients are tasty. I even saw the meat, and it was inviting. Another positive aspect is the very friendly staff. Negative notes: We ordered appetizers and then pizzas. The order included oil, a bag of bread, plates to share the appetizers, and an hour later the pizzas. There was no sign of the appetizers. After eating the pizzas, we left. So, the service needs to be reassessed. We didn't call the waiter because, given the large number of people, the fact that it's a place that serves pizza, meat, various dishes, and even offers takeout (with an incredible crowd at the entrance), we thought a delay was normal. But that wasn't a delay, it was an oversight. It's incredible that the plates, bread, and oil were brought, and then something got stuck in the kitchen, it's obvious. Do fewer things at once, take fewer covers, but serve customers better. Anyway, I'll go back maybe in the week to enjoy it more.
