Amazing breakfast and ambiance, top notch serving

My wife and I recently dined at Bistrot Bertarelli and were absolutely captivated. Located inside the historic Touring Club Italiano building, just steps from the Duomo, the restaurant exudes a cosmopolitan atmosphere reminiscent of private clubs in London or New York, with a classic yet elegant design. The service was impeccable: the staff, composed of Fatima, Lala, and Sofia, welcomed us with extreme courtesy, attentive to every detail throughout the evening without ever being intrusive. From a culinary standpoint, it was a true delight. We also wanted to try the fresh, summery, colorful dishes like the salmon sashimi and tuna carpaccio: beautiful to look at, incredibly tasty, and clearly demonstrating the high quality of the ingredients used. Overall, it was an experience worthy of an A+. The combination of the beauty of the location, the kindness of the staff, and the deliciousness of the dishes makes it a new gastronomic benchmark. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to try the great classics of Milanese cuisine. Oh, I forgot: they also have Amaro Lucano!!! What more could you want from life? Thanks

This was the most enjoyable breakfast in Milan. The waitress, Elena, was very attentive and friendly. Early morning smiles set the mood for the whole day. The tiramisu was divine. The bartender was charming – he made a shot with a mix of freshly squeezed vegetables.

This place has very tasty breakfasts, I recommend it to everyone, very friendly waiters speak Russian, Italian, and English.

Beautiful place, amazing food, welcoming and professional service. Every day was special. Homemade cakes, fresh juices, large buffet and even an à la carte menu to choose from. Cannot wait to visit again soon when in Milan!

We stayed at the Palazzo and had our breakfasts at the Bertarelli. The staff always gave us the warmest welcome, remembered our preferences, and took great care of us overall. I admire their patience and professionalism in dealing with some other guests, who shared the space with us without sharing our understanding of good manners. All in all a great experience at the Bertarelli, which we'll love to repeat when in Milan again.

A relaxed and elegant restaurant in the center of Milan, with a lovely outdoor seating area. I had egg pasta followed by gelato. Everything was excellent, and the service was very friendly.
