22/07/2025: Terribile, cibo scadente. Abbiamo lasciato praticamente tutto nei piatti e non ci è nemmeno stato chiesto il perché. Unica nota positiva la posizione

16/07/2025: I never thought I'd eat so badly in a place like this. For the modest sum of €65, we got: - frozen potatoes - frozen chicken wings - FENNEL SALAD - polenta - a below-average first course - 3 bottles of wine for 6 Plus, it all smelled like shit because we were next to the bathroom and the smells were constantly wafting in. I honestly can't understand how some people are willing to spend money to eat like this. I can understand going there after dinner and maybe listening to some music at the piano bar (spoiler alert: the singer doesn't play, he just sings, not very well), but paying that much for such bad food is truly disrespectful.

15/08/2025: Horrible, cheap food, just to attract customers, they charge three times more than other cafes for drinks. The restaurant smells bad and the food is poor quality. I really don't recommend it.

14/07/2025: Great cocktail bar if you want the most gorgeous view of the city you can find for a sit down and drink, honestly it felt surreal!

11/04/2025: Terrible welcome! only one waiter is saved. and now that they have redone the place they have also changed the prices first aperitif 10 euros with drink it's enough food now 13 euros if you are not sitting at the table and they give you a drink two chips counted two olives and some peanuts. obviously I will never return very disappointed

02/09/2025: We went in for an aperitivo. Nice, elegant bar right in the city center. Too bad the appetizers were very, very modest. The usual French fries, fried vegetable balls that tasted only of fried food, gherkin skewered with spring onions—how shabby!! But it doesn't take much: little pizzas, small canapés with tuna and cheese, and so on. The owners were also rather sad. Poor Milan! What a state it's in!

11/07/2025: Don't go there. The prices are unjustified for the quality. A takeaway sandwich (Panama bread) with less than 80 grams of cooked ham costs €8... shameful.

07/05/2025: PÉSIMO CAFÉ, INSÍPIDO, LA CALIDAD DE LA PASTELERÍA TAMPOCO ES BUENA LA ATENCIÓN ES MALA, TE DAN UN PRECIO EN EL MENÚ Y TE COBRAN OTRO. ADEMÁS TE COBRAN AUTOMÁTICAMENTE 5 EUROS DE PROPINA POR UNA PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN. UNA COMPLETA TRAMPA PARA TURISTAS NO VAYAN AHÍ

04/05/2025: Las pizzas son pobres, creo que están congeladas y las calientan. No es bueno en absoluto, y pequeño. Aperol spritz no es fuerte, como demasiada agua en él. La porción de carbonara es tan pequeña y no sabrosa en absoluto. Los camareros son muy antipáticos y escriben una propina en tu factura con un bolígrafo y la establecen en un 10 %.

02/06/2025: €20 per person for breakfast in a 4 star hotel and they're serving mushrooms out of a can and sweaty hot fogs, old lettuce. We even saw one server put some bacon from someone's finished plate back into the bacon tray on the buffet

04/06/2025: Exorbitant prices for the mediocre quality of the products, beautiful location and acceptable venue, unforgivable behavior of most of the staff and especially of the one I think is the owner, an old lady; never had a worse welcome in my life.

30/05/2025: Coffee and Pepsi. Done. Fast service, pay at the separate cash register.

23/07/2025: I've been sitting there for 20 minutes and no one has come to ask for or bring a menu. Unacceptable.

13/06/2025: Rude staff, at the cash register I asked if I could sit down after paying for the cappuccino and the answer was "NO! You bring it to the table" as if I had asked for something. The cappuccino was bad, burnt coffee and the milk even worse.. I waited a good 3 minutes to drink it because the milk had been heated so much (that was also burnt) Regarding the location: the inside in front of the counter is too small, to go out and sit down a lady moved her arm just a little and spilled my cappuccino just taken up, and not because we don't know how to move but because it's so small that 3 people at the cash register already take up the whole counter

27/07/2025: Today I drank coffee out of plastic cups. The kids certainly had nothing to do with it, but where's the owner?

08/06/2025: Great bar, very good coffee and cappuccino, the staff is very professional, prepared and very kind. But there is a problem: it's a shame that on Sunday morning, this company has decided that a clerk is alone to serve customers. I would like to see one of the managers serving at that time, then we'll talk about it. Thanks.

28/07/2025: Vittuone .. (Mi) .. Cremamore .. a good ice cream served well by the boy who was on duty this morning in this ice cream shop .. the pistachio and salted caramel ice cream was really good .. helpful and kind boy ..

19/06/2025: I can only compliment the quality and taste of Cremamore ice creams. Unfortunately, I'm giving it 1 star because of something that happened to me this Sunday. I asked for a 3-flavor cone and the guy who served me said: "could you choose other flavors? Because the ones you want are too creamy and I can't put them on the cone" I had asked for pistachio, hazelnut and salted peanut ... but in the end I had to settle for 3 fruit flavors that I don't appreciate at all. So the creamy flavors were on display just to be looked at? You should have put up a sign. At the moment I didn't want to stir up controversy, also because I thought that maybe it was that guy's first day at work ... but then thinking about it, even if you're new you shouldn't respond to customers like that. Regardless of this, in the world of work you need to train staff and make sure they are able to carry out their job. Obviously, at the beginning you can't expect perfection, of course, but at least the minimum necessary.

12/05/2025: 20 euro per: una pizza Napoli (13,50), una Coca-Cola (4,50) e servizio al tavolo (2 euro). I tavoli non hanno neanche la tovaglia e l’ordine devi fartelo tu scansionando un qr code, quindi il servizio al tavolo è limitato a quando ti portano quello che hai ordinato. I camerieri non parlano italiano e se vedono che aspetti perché non hai capito che l’ordine devi farlo tu, ti ignorano. Sulla lattina di Coca-Cola a 4,50 euro non servono commenti. La pizza è molto sottile e secca, non sono sicura che sia cotta in forno a legna. La cosa divertente è che quando mi sono stupita per il conto e ho commentato che si paga la vista sull’Arco della Pace, il titolare (o comunque il capo dello staff, italiano) si è quasi offeso e mi ha fatto notare che il costo della pizza è giustificato dall’alta qualità delle acciughe! Ridiamo per non piangere 😂😂😂😂😂

03/05/2025: Assis pendant 30 minutes avant de commander parce qu'il faut passer commande avec le QR code et encore 40 minutes avant d'être servis. Parmiggiana et tartare de bœuf, franchement pas terrible. A éviter.

06/09/2025: Last night at 7:45 PM, we ordered a salad, a piadina, and a Nutella piadina through the app. The app showed the order would be ready between 8:10 PM and 8:15 PM. At 8:10 PM, we went to the clerk to pick up our order, but she told us we had to go to the cashier (but what's the point of ordering through the app and paying in advance, just to skip the line, if you still have to go to the cashier?!). We got to the cashier, the clerk gave us a receipt, and we waited. Meanwhile, the people waiting increased, the line grew longer, and the orders piled up. Piadinas were delivered incorrectly, or to people who had ordered something else. The clerks didn't know where to turn to explain the delays and mistakes. At 8:45 PM, after an hour, our order was finally ready, but: a piadina made of four ingredients was missing one (oh well...) and the Nutella piadina... It was without Nutella! Totally empty. We went back to the cashier again and finally refilled the piadina. An experience we'll never repeat, thank goodness they're not in an airport, otherwise we would all have missed our flight!

06/09/2025: Terrible service. At 4:08 PM, I'm having trouble placing my order at the self-service counter (monitor). I ask if I can order two piadinas. It says, "I'm closing the till," and she'll have to wait. Otherwise, the other colleague will be fine. I try again. I manage to order myself, and while I wait, a guy goes to the cashier, and the clerk calmly gives him his drinks and orders the piadina for him. At the end, I tell him that all the customers are the same (3 food items, burnt fries, good piadinas).

12/08/2025: Tuesday, August 12th, 6:00 PM, my friends and I are having a beer. At the bar, two angry and rude bartenders. Air conditioning: they tell us it's not working. Doors open and free access to the pigeons. You know what I think? An old trick: customers drink quickly and leave! I hope someone in charge goes to check!

23/07/2025: DIY environment, you have to clean the tables inside and out to sit down. Pigeons everywhere, especially inside. The floor outside is full of cigarette butts and paper. If you want to catch a disease, come here. It's easy to catch it. ... Avoid this place.
