I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Milano

12/05/2025: 20 euro per: una pizza Napoli (13,50), una Coca-Cola (4,50) e servizio al tavolo (2 euro). I tavoli non hanno neanche la tovaglia e l’ordine devi fartelo tu scansionando un qr code, quindi il servizio al tavolo è limitato a quando ti portano quello che hai ordinato. I camerieri non parlano italiano e se vedono che aspetti perché non hai capito che l’ordine devi farlo tu, ti ignorano. Sulla lattina di Coca-Cola a 4,50 euro non servono commenti. La pizza è molto sottile e secca, non sono sicura che sia cotta in forno a legna. La cosa divertente è che quando mi sono stupita per il conto e ho commentato che si paga la vista sull’Arco della Pace, il titolare (o comunque il capo dello staff, italiano) si è quasi offeso e mi ha fatto notare che il costo della pizza è giustificato dall’alta qualità delle acciughe! Ridiamo per non piangere 😂😂😂😂😂

03/05/2025: Assis pendant 30 minutes avant de commander parce qu'il faut passer commande avec le QR code et encore 40 minutes avant d'être servis. Parmiggiana et tartare de bœuf, franchement pas terrible. A éviter.

23/07/2025: I've been sitting there for 20 minutes and no one has come to ask for or bring a menu. Unacceptable.

13/06/2025: Rude staff, at the cash register I asked if I could sit down after paying for the cappuccino and the answer was "NO! You bring it to the table" as if I had asked for something. The cappuccino was bad, burnt coffee and the milk even worse.. I waited a good 3 minutes to drink it because the milk had been heated so much (that was also burnt) Regarding the location: the inside in front of the counter is too small, to go out and sit down a lady moved her arm just a little and spilled my cappuccino just taken up, and not because we don't know how to move but because it's so small that 3 people at the cash register already take up the whole counter

14/09/2025: Rude staff, while I was waiting I saw the staff preparing the piadina by adding the chosen ingredients without the use of gloves (ham, salad and cheese with bare hands)......NEVER AGAIN.

06/09/2025: Terrible service. At 4:08 PM, I'm having trouble placing my order at the self-service counter (monitor). I ask if I can order two piadinas. It says, "I'm closing the till," and she'll have to wait. Otherwise, the other colleague will be fine. I try again. I manage to order myself, and while I wait, a guy goes to the cashier, and the clerk calmly gives him his drinks and orders the piadina for him. At the end, I tell him that all the customers are the same (3 food items, burnt fries, good piadinas).

27/07/2025: Today I drank coffee out of plastic cups. The kids certainly had nothing to do with it, but where's the owner?

08/06/2025: Great bar, very good coffee and cappuccino, the staff is very professional, prepared and very kind. But there is a problem: it's a shame that on Sunday morning, this company has decided that a clerk is alone to serve customers. I would like to see one of the managers serving at that time, then we'll talk about it. Thanks.

13/09/2025: I ordered takeaway and asked for 2 kebabs without onions, but apparently they also took away all the sauces since there weren't any. The price was higher than what was written on the flyer, AND IT'S UNACCEPTABLE!!!

08/10/2025: May 2025: Excessively expensive prices and terrible pastries. 6 euros for a finger-length canollo, which is disgusting. 8.50 euros for a two-scoop ice cream cone. 30 euros total for a tiramisu, two tiny cannolo pastries, a two-scoop ice cream cone, and a coffee. To top it all off, I saw the manager helping himself to a dish that was on the counter. This same dish was then served to customers on the terrace. He deserves 0 stars. RUN AWAY!!!!

05/10/2025: Don't go there!!!! They charge €9 for two ice creams, and then they want to pay €17 because they're sitting outside. It doesn't even say that if you order inside. Scammers!

28/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't recommend this bar to anyone. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated with respect and where the quality matches the price, definitely avoid this place. Rude manager

27/10/2025: I don't know if she's the owner or the barista, she's in her fifties and doesn't have a smile on her face. I noticed that when I asked the other guy who made me coffee (who, on the other hand, was kind) for a glass of water, she glared at him, and I knew something was wrong. This gesture also shows how she treats her employees. She charged me one euro for a glass and a half of water (the first one was empty). I mentioned this to her, and she dismissed me very rudely, as if it were normal. Sometimes I envy these rude people because they certainly live better than those who have some manners and still respect others.

23/07/2025: Horrible experiencia vine a este restaurante hace 6 sños y tenia un buen recuerdo de la comida y del servicio en esta ocasión la.comida igual excelente, pero el servicio dejo muchísimo que desear Llegamos 7:30pm, pedimos de cenar y empezó a caer un poco de lluvia, pedimos el cambio de mesa y nos dijeron que no estaba lloviendo tanto (teniendo mesas disponibles en otros lugares del restaurante) literal nos ignoraron aún y cuando volvimos a solicitar el cambio de mesa Empezaron a acomodar a loa.comenzales qué llegaban en mesas techadas y nos dejaron porque "no está lloviendo tanto" no vuelvo...

22/07/2025: Sarebbe potuta essere una bella serata. Eravamo un gruppo scolastico con circa 30 persone, tra adulti e bambini, pronti a concludere una giornata speciale con una pizza in compagnia. Avevamo prenotato con anticipo, avvisato tempestivamente di un ritardo di 10 minuti, e ci siamo presentati puntuali a questo locale... o almeno così credevamo. Ad accoglierci non c’è stato un sorriso, una parola cortese o almeno un po’ di comprensione. No. Ci ha accolti il proprietario, che ha ritenuto opportuno cacciarci in malo modo, rifiutandosi di farci accomodare pur con il ristorante praticamente vuoto. Il motivo? Il nostro imperdonabile ritardo di pochi minuti. Nessuna considerazione per la presenza di famiglie con bambini piccoli, nessuna proposta alternativa, nemmeno una sfumatura di educazione. Solo un rifiuto secco, sgarbato e privo del minimo tatto. Non pretendiamo tappeti rossi, ma un briciolo di umanità sì: ci si aspetta che chi lavora nella ristorazione abbia almeno la capacità di gestire situazioni impreviste con intelligenza, educazione e rispetto. Invece qui abbiamo trovato solo rigidità e un atteggiamento ostile, che ha messo in difficoltà 30 persone, tra cui bambini affamati e genitori disorientati. Un consiglio per chi ha bambini, per chi crede ancora nell’ospitalità, o semplicemente per chi non vuole essere trattato con sufficienza e arroganza: voltate l’angolo. A pochi passi troverete locali molto più accoglienti, dove la cortesia non è un optional e dove 10 minuti non bastano per perdere il senso dell’umanità.

15/05/2025: Locale che si presenta molto carino e ben arredato all'interno,ma prezzi dei piatti non adeguati a quantità e qualità ...assurdo pagare così tanto per un hamburger che costa molto meno della metà nei locali adiacenti dello stesso centro commerciale,inoltre locale non climatizzato e d'estate è un problema

12/05/2025: Mi sono recato in questo loro ristorante nel centro commerciale di Assago, siamo in 4 con un bambino di 7 anni ore 20.40, locale mezzo vuoto mille tavoli liberi....la ragazza al bancone ci accoglie dicendoci dovete aspettare 20 minuti e per noi nn sarebbe stato un problema ci saremmo seduti e avremmo iniziato a bere qualcosa ma noooo e qui viene la sorpresa ...dovevamo aspettare in piedi li davanti con il locale mezzo vuoto !!!! Pura follia e sicuramente mancanza di professionalità.!!!! Ovviamente ci siamo recati altrove e sicuramente nn torneremo mai più.

02/06/2025: €20 per person for breakfast in a 4 star hotel and they're serving mushrooms out of a can and sweaty hot fogs, old lettuce. We even saw one server put some bacon from someone's finished plate back into the bacon tray on the buffet

29/10/2025: Damn, tomahawk steak! Did you steal some of it before serving it to us? And what the hell are you grilling? You can't finish it, so you serve the rest to the guests?

27/09/2025: I recommend the lamb skewers. Beef skewers are chewier, so those with weak teeth would still opt for the lamb. The flavor was quite good, the ingredients were fresh, and the variety and quality of the dishes were excellent. There's one detail I hope the restaurant can pay attention to: when they handed the food over my head, they dripped oil into my hair without a word, and I didn't notice it until I got home. Now my hair smells like barbecue, which is delicious. Thank you 🙏.
