Unable to get in touch.
I called the place directly, and a rude girl answered, saying the owner answers me when he answers.
That the manager was obviously ignoring me on purpose because there was still so much time left.
I asked if I could speak to them, and when I came by, they told me there wasn't a manager.
Okay, bye!

10/10/2025: It is a truly beautiful place, and the atmosphere is truly evocative.
The service is impeccable, we didn't have time to finish the glass before they promptly arrived to fill it for you.
The dishes were each better than the other.
Additional note, as soon as you enter they give you the option to put your coat on entry in their cloakroom.
I'm not used to places like this but I was pleasantly surprised.

16/09/2025: I went here for the first time with a friend for dinner. The place itself is very nice, the staff is nice and friendly. Let's talk about the food for a moment: I personally had the truffled tagliolini with shrimp tartare 🍤 where the tartare was practically nonexistent and the tagliolini were rather al dente and bland. This dish definitely deserves a second try. While the fish and meat dishes are truly exceptional, I absolutely recommend those! I'll be back to give a second review, which may be better or worse. In any case, I recommend booking 👍

31/12/2025: We were at this place last night, a group of 15, with reservations made a few days earlier.
We arrived around 8:20 PM, they started serving us after 20 minutes, and so far so good... I'll start by saying the place was almost empty!
They served us 5 slices of pizza... all basically the same... and then told us they were out of savory pizza. ABSURD!!!!
Considering that not everyone likes one type of pizza over another, most of us left feeling even hungrier than when we came in!
The sweet pizza was inedible...
For the modest sum of €28.50 per person!
Terrible experience, never again!!!

18/05/2026: I'm sorry it's no longer the "Princi" of years ago: ordinary products at really high prices, rude service given the large crowd (I understand the young people who come into contact with so many customers).
The single-serving tiramisu puff pastry tasted like nothing, but the olive and mortadella baguette is always good.
I found the place rather "scruffy" and not very clean; the bathroom I visited was dirty (luckily I'm a man; if I were a woman, I'd have a hard time getting in).
I'm sorry that a brand I thought was so good has gone downhill in recent years.

19/04/2026: Four of us visited this pizzeria, and the experience was excellent! We all tried their Milanese-style deep-dish pizza: truly delicious, with a perfect crust. The toppings are generous, and you can immediately taste the high-quality ingredients used.
Special praise goes to the staff, who are truly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Finally, the value for money is unbeatable: the bill was truly super cheap for such a good meal. We'll definitely be back!
