21/09/2025: Excellent for lunch and in the evening for aperitifs

19/09/2025: Management Changed! Now 3.0! Now FINALLY, you can pay electronically! It's also Satispay ready, which unfortunately remains a niche payment method here in Rome until the masses join. The opening hours have finally changed, too, now excellent and plentiful! Renovated atmosphere! New chairs and new tables. Tactical umbrellas outside, and there should be Wi-Fi too! Plenty of seating, inside and out. GOOD COFFEE! Young and efficient customer service. I had a delicious cream bomb, with lots of cream inside. The coffee was dense and not bitter! Very good. COME ON

09/07/2025: New management. Hopefully, it'll have longer opening hours than the previous one... especially on summer evenings. It used to be the town's meeting place, and everyone would come out to grab a drink and hang out. The start looks promising.

11/10/2025: Last night we had pizza before going to the theatre. It was excellent, made with top-quality ingredients.

01/10/2025: We ate here on vacation with our baby and dog. The entire staff was very attentive and accommodating. The menu was in Italian, but they made a great effort to translate it for us. The food was delicious; my personal highlight was the tiramisu.

07/12/2025: Good morning, we went on a Friday. A dear friend of mine and I. We took our orders from a waitress, who was honestly very reserved. I think a smile or a bit of cheerfulness never hurts! And you eat more relaxed! Anyway, she brought us what we'd ordered: a supposed carbonara-style pasta. The flavor was good, but the pasta was overcooked! For our second courses, we ordered a potato cake, and I think the other was something with polenta. Fish with capers and a potato cake arrived. My friend and I looked at each other and, smiling, asked ourselves: "Did we order these dishes?" We laughed and called the waitress, saying the dishes were out of order. She asked us if we wanted to change the dish, it wasn't a problem. One was changed, but we kept the other because it was too late. Credit and credit to the lady at the coffee counter who came to our table with a truly excellent, kind, and excellent coffee.

26/11/2025: We had a table of 13. The service was very friendly but not particularly fast, and they paid little attention to the table setting. The pizza was good and light, although the atmosphere was quite chaotic.

29/10/2025: Friendly staff, excellent food, and more than reasonable prices. Whether for a quick lunch on a work break or a more relaxed dinner, it's a great place. Highly recommended.

08/07/2025: If you are a foreign, don't come here. They do not serve for international. Since the begging, they were reluctant to provide a table and since then rude. When aWe arrived at 12:30 and it's 13:31 and STILL NOTHING. No bread, no water ( which we ordered). While we were waiting, 5 tables that arrived before us were served and nothing for us. It's not a cheap place and the service is terrible. The food can be good but our experience was horrible. Spend your money in other places nearby.

31/08/2025: We've tried chocolate beignets all over Italy... but nothing beats theirs! 🤭 Every time my partner and I travel, we pretend we'll find something better, we taste, we hope... and we're always disappointed. Why? Because we already have the best ones here! It's become a sweet condemnation: every time we think of beignets, we only think of theirs...

03/07/2025: I ordered a tart with cream and peaches, it was not among those of their production but, unlike other pastry shops, they did not have any difficulties. The cake was presented very well, and it is excellent. I will return to them again.

14/04/2025: El mejor lugar al que he ido, el servicio fue excelente. El chico, Fucheng, era muy amable. Realmente lo disfruté y recomendaría a cualquiera que amo. La piedina era de lo más bucal: deliciosa, sabrosa, deliciosa y simplemente sensacional.

23/10/2025: I had dinner at Sivas with friends. This place and its owner, Silvio, were a pleasant surprise. The location is very welcoming and homey, and the staff are professional and kind. I was the only vegetarian among my friends, and Silvio was incredibly kind, showing consideration and attention that other places don't have. The appetizers and platter of superb cheeses with fried gnocco and jams were amazing, and I'd already love to eat it again with four cheeses and bitter orange. I can confirm that even a vegetarian can eat their fill and enjoy it very well. Not everywhere, but at Silvio's, yes.
