03/05/2026: We spontaneously got a table for eight on our last evening, and it was the perfect ending. The atmosphere was incredibly cozy, luxurious, and peaceful. The waitress had an unbelievably warm and friendly presence; we've rarely experienced anything like it. Some of the food was even picked fresh from the garden right before our eyes. The quality of every course was unbeatable and, above all, clean (we value healthy food). Even the elaborate plates and the presentation of the dishes were a work of art—a feast for the eyes. We can't think of a single thing to criticize—it was a perfect evening for our group.

15/04/2026: The welcome and atmosphere are top-notch, and they're very attentive to food intolerances and allergies. I ordered the pasta all'arrabbiata and the cotoletta, which blew me away. Do yourself a favor and come try them.

26/03/2026: A pleasant surprise while strolling through Brianza, stopping for lunch at Sirtori alle nuvole barocche. A delightful location, beautifully decorated with excellent taste. The cuisine is excellent and well-priced; the fixed-price lunch menu is a must-try. Prospero's warm welcome is characterized by friendly service and hospitality.

18/05/2026: Truly unprofessional staff. A seemingly owner-like person with a Viking beard (I'm stealing a quote from another review because it gives a good idea) passes between the tables several times while we're eating, making inappropriate comments and jokes. He confirmed there was an alternative to seafood pasta without tomato sauce (I'm allergic!), the waiter comes by to order and looks at me in shock, denying the possibility of alternatives other than those on the menu. We left after paying with a NON-ITEMATED receipt, so we didn't understand what we'd paid (having served three glasses of wine without specifying any price, adding up the menu prices, it would have cost about €30 per glass... at this point we would have paid for the entire bottle... no comment!). Never, never, never again!

12/05/2026: Pizzas made with frozen ingredients that ooze out into the pizza: a nightmare. Definitely not what you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. To top it all off, exorbitant prices: avoid at all costs.

08/05/2026: It was our first time at this historic restaurant in Brianza, and we couldn't have made a better choice. First of all, Cristina and the lovely chef make you feel at ease, and every dish takes you back to my childhood, something that no longer exists today. On behalf of my wife and I, thank you for the wonderful lunch break.

07/05/2026: A true dive into Brianza's gastronomic past, with the efficiency and speed of today. Homemade appetizers served off the cuff, risotto with ossobuco and saffron, meat-based main courses, traditional Po Valley desserts, and a complimentary coffee and "ammazzacaffè" (lunchtime drink). Nostalgic and familiar, just a stone's throw from Milan, Monza, Como, and Lecco. A simple, intimate, family atmosphere, just like the old days.

26/04/2026: The food was inedible. The restaurant has potential, being right on the lakefront, but it's in a terrible state, and everything is old and shabby. Unfortunately, as kind and friendly as the staff was, the food was inedible. It wasn't good at all, quite the opposite. It's a real shame. However, it does meet Varenna's standards; every restaurant I've tried here has been very disappointing in terms of food.

16/05/2026: The food is amazing. There's a children's play area, wheelchair access, and easy parking. It's right on the Valsassina valley. I highly recommend it for lunch, as it's closed for dinner. Wonderful.

20/04/2026: An excellent experience at a difficult time. I was a guest at a First Communion reception. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons, I had a rather limited food selection—plain rice and grilled chicken—unlike the other guests who were able to enjoy the regular lunch. All the dishes were well presented. Among the first courses, I would highlight the special chestnut flour tagliatelle, which I was told was very good. The portions were generous, and they were constantly dropping by for any "supplements." The staff was always very kind and accommodating to my "special" needs regarding the menu, offering me many alternatives, which, unfortunately, were not compatible with my current needs, but were always careful to ensure I didn't miss out on anything I could eat. The location and view are 5-star. It's a shame that parking is quite limited for large events, and the road to the venue isn't the easiest, even if it's passable.

15/05/2026: It doesn't get more authentic than this… In the middle of nowhere, in a sort of chalet. A family running the show (grandfather in the kitchen, daughter and granddaughter serving). Everything is absolutely delicious and most of it homemade (including the bresaola and the complimentary after-dinner drinks). A must!

08/05/2026: Well, in my opinion, words aren't enough to describe the experience of taste, color, aroma, and beauty of the dishes. Excellent quality, but especially excellent are the choice of pairings and the seasonal offerings. Kind, friendly, and welcoming, always my favorite place to go.

04/05/2026: This is a restaurant ran by wife and husband, both super lovely. Food and service is 20/10!!! We ordered a couple of things, but after realizing how the food was, we order more and more and more. We even ended up getting pizza to go. If I ever will be back at Esino Lario, I’ll want to eat here every night!

18/01/2026: A lovely evening with friends. The appetizers were top-notch, worthy of a 5-star meal. Followed by a fried dish that didn't live up to the restaurant's name. The baked sea bass was okay. The first courses (served last) were passable, perhaps I'm used to bolder flavors. Followed by gelato on a bed of fruit that was excellent, and a mini cannolo that was twice as good. Coffee followed by a jug of amaro to help digest the bill.

17/01/2026: Very satisfied, excellent and plentiful dishes. It's a shame they closed at the end of January 😕 We hope they open again...it's definitely worth it 🏆🏅
