16/12/2025: Spectacular lakeside terrace; we went in the evening, and the sunset was truly romantic. We had a delicious misultin appetizer. The rice with perch is made with marinated fish on a white risotto, mostly parmesan. The flavor was very distinctive at first, but by the middle of the serving, we were tired of the rice.
We wanted to try something different, but I prefer the classic one with breaded and fried fish because, in my opinion, it tastes better.

17/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria and at an excellent price! A truly typical Italian atmosphere, you absolutely must try their tiramisu and their "bulk white wine" if you go there.

13/01/2026: We happened upon it by chance one Sunday while out for a stroll. What can I say? It's a truly fantastic little place with a superb view. Everyone, from the dining room to the chef, was so kind. The food was excellent, the polenta with mushrooms and roulades was excellent, the selection of amazing cheeses was amazing, and the house dessert was made with local ricotta, the tastiness of which is simply incredible. We'll definitely be back!
22/12/2025: Very satisfied.....I called at 11:30 on Sunday for three seats at 1:00 PM and, listen, they found us a nice table...I'd say great because if you don't book at least three days in advance, it's always full. After leaving the car in the parking lot, you walk up 300 meters to the crotto.
The food was divine: a platter of cured meats €12... mixed cheeses €13... tagliatelle with wild boar ragù €14... polenta taragna with pork rolls and farmer's cream €14... wine, water, and amaro!!!! Everything was excellent, congratulations

07/01/2026: Selected menu subject to seasonal changes. A special mention for the polenta crostoni, they are exceptional. The place is warm and welcoming, with impeccable service. Recommended.

20/10/2025: Even though it's just a few minutes from home, I'd never been to this place, and now I definitely won't be able to do without it! What can I say... AMAZING! Super fresh, local products, young and friendly staff. The prices are in line with the quality offered. Great for a snack or aperitif with kids, they have a beautiful playground with playground equipment just outside the window. Kudos to the variety and quality of the products offered. Highly recommended!

The appetizer was a complimentary French bread and butter, and the spectacular tartare with hazelnut mayonnaise, accompanied by bone marrow.
All the first courses were homemade...
All the desserts were homemade...
Very beautiful location, slightly up on the hill with a lake view.
Few tables in the winter, so reservations are essential.

02/02/2026: Nice welcome, I waited too long for a whole wheat pizza, but I appreciate that they made it. Toothpicks were brought by hand, two of them. The waiter asks, "Are you full?"—not exactly elegant. Children screaming and running around. I'll be back because I ate well.

04/01/2026: We had a terrible experience... the first course was mussels, which smelled bad and tasted really bad, while the second course was a seafood risotto with lots of pieces of broken mussel shells inside the risotto, and it had no flavor at all.
The owner's response was (sorry, but that's part of the restaurant business).

Inside the cavatello with potatoes and mussels, there were exactly 3 small mussels that were covered in the flavor of the potatoes and ricotta, and in the risotto, there weren't just 3 small pieces, but many more inside the plate. We tried to avoid them, but it was no use.
01/01/2026: Delightful experience for New Year's Eve at Mamaioa. The cuisine was delicious, the wines excellent, the service perfect. All in a warm atmosphere. Definitely a place to stop by when coming to Lecco.

04/01/2026: A classic, charming and welcoming crotto. The service is punctual, friendly, and attentive. The tasty and plentiful menu is incredibly satisfying. The price is definitely fair! Recommended! PS: You have to walk about 200 meters uphill to get there, but a little exercise never hurts!
