19/07/2025: One of the most welcoming and delicious restaurants to try in Bartesate, near Galbiate. It's a small, charming restaurant in the historic center of Bartesate, next to a church. Silvano and Alessio will welcome you from start to finish, as if you were at home, recommending the best wine to pair with one of their weekly dishes. Excellent value. Recommended for an excellent dinner or lunch, leaving you satisfied. I'll gladly return.

07/07/2025: We had a wonderful dinner in Varenna. The service was on point, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and authentic. The pasta with smoked fish was surprisingly good! The Aperol Spritz was perfectly made, and the desserts were delicious. Highly recommended!

05/07/2025: This little gem was hidden in an alley next to all the tourist traps, so incredibly good food!! Tasty and yummy pasta and the burrata was so creamy 😍 nice view too if you get one of the tables on the outdoor terrace.

25/08/2025: Street 36 is an excellent traditional Irish pub with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The service is impeccable: friendly, fast, and always available. The burgers are truly delicious, the fries crispy and well-fried. The piadina with speck and brie is also excellent, flavorful and well-filled. The Weiss beer is cold and well-tasted, and the Aperol Spritz is excellent. Perfect for a quiet evening. I'll definitely be back!

The outdoor area with a large screen is lovely, perfect for watching sports or listening to live music. Fair prices and generous portions. Recommended for both a casual dinner and an after-dinner drink with friends.

22/08/2025: Refined cuisine, but not cheap. The service wasn't great; one of the waiters (probably jaded by tourists) was pretentious and didn't even hide his annoyance when we asked for a replacement for a fork my son had accidentally dropped; this set the tone for the atmosphere....

05/07/2025: Pleasant sitting under the plane trees. We had spaghetti ala carbonara, which of course saw the pancetta from the express. Out of 6 portions, it was visible in one. Bland in taste, pancetta was noticeably missing. This really didn't work. Next was spaghetti with seafood. Unfortunately, no miracle here either. Like significantly better than carbonara, but here the bar is damn low....

20/07/2025: We went today, and unfortunately, it didn't go as expected. My friend, who is lactose intolerant, asked for the cheese to be removed from the piadina, but that wasn't the case. What if she had a serious allergy? €27 for very uncomfortable lounge chairs, dirty tables, and a generally run-down establishment. At 3 PM, while we were sleeping, the music started loudly, with a DJ set, but no, I could have figured it out in the late afternoon. What a shame.

05/08/2025: Eating one pizza from La Fonte is like eating two! They're huge and delicious; both the dough and the cooking are excellent, and the ingredients are top-quality! The place is very clean and welcoming! The staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

24/08/2025: There are places you stumble upon by chance, but not by chance, they are special places... a terrace caught our attention, with tables covered with billowing bright red tablecloths, under majestic shady oak trees... and the welcome, from the kind and smiling people, that warmth that makes you feel at home from the first sight... the excellent cuisine, with a touch of peasant wisdom, of traditional dishes, but not at all banal! The little things, from the Garda olive oil to the balsamic vinegar, to the ceramic plates that truly make a "trattoria"... and last but not least, a smile when you greet us, reflecting the right balance between quality and fair price... a place to mark as a return stop! Hats off

17/07/2025: I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, especially for takeout, and I can say it's a reliable choice. In four years of ordering takeout, there's never been a problem: the food is always ready on time, if not earlier than the requested time. The reservation portal is simple, intuitive, and makes the experience even more convenient. I've also had the opportunity to eat in, both for lunch and dinner. At lunch, the business menu is varied, with quick and efficient service. At dinner, the menu is comprehensive, with many Chinese, Thai, and Italian options: the food is always fresh and tasty. Absolutely reasonable prices, generous portions, and above all, excellent value. A restaurant I highly recommend.

08/08/2025: It's a very simple place... but with a truly beautiful terrace where you can eat outside. The service was excellent and the food... wow... what can I say, it was super good... truly, compliments for everything. Thank you for everything... the food quality is in line with the prices... super fair. I could have paid more for the quality, except for the fresh pasta.
