An excellent choice for a lakefront dinner. Light but delicious pizzoccheri at fair prices.

Friendly staff, excellent food, generous portions, and tables overlooking the lake. Unfortunately, this place doesn't have a bathroom.

I was with 3 friends and unfortunately I wanted to report the lack of kindness and welcome of the cashier of the place, irritated because she did not want to keep separate accounts and unable to operate an ATM, which is unacceptable in 2026. Perhaps there was a problem with the ATM but the lady did nothing to help us.

We returned to Sostra in Dervio and ordered perch risotto and pizzoccheri to take out. Generous portions, authentic flavors, and meticulous preparation, just as we remembered from previous visits. The risotto was creamy and well-blended, with delicate, fresh perch; the pizzoccheri were rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The service was friendly and prompt, even for takeout. A pleasant confirmation.

A simple place! You order at the counter, then pick it up and sit at a table! The perch rice and the fried lake fish are excellent, and not at all greasy. You absolutely must try them! The location is strategic, overlooking the lake! Excellent organization! Highly recommended!
