We found it by chance, stopped for a snack and were delighted. We had a delicious platter, the staff was friendly and helpful... and the lady even offered us a complimentary liqueur. I'll definitely be back. I recommend it.

A great place to eat regional food, the owners are super friendly and there was no wait. The polenta with sausage is excellent. I recommend walking there from Livo, a 3 km walk through pure nature. You can also get there by car.

At the end of a hiking trail starting from Livo, you reach Crotto Dango. There's a beautiful old (Roman) bridge. It could be idyllic, but it falls short of its potential. Despite the ample space available, the chickens are kept in a smelly little cage, which doesn't reflect the friendly locals…

The food is excellent and authentic, the staff does their best, and the wait times are long. As the sign says, there's no need to rush, just be patient. PLEASE NOTE: TO GET THERE, YOU NEED A CAR TICKET, AS THERE ARE ONLY A FEW PARKING SPACES. Otherwise, you'll have to walk a good 3 kilometers, so the road is quite rough.

First, we were served two cold cappuccinos, and after more than an hour, the food finally arrived, which unfortunately did not impress us. The hike there is easy and pleasant, but the restaurant disappointed us with both the food and the service.

Dropped in after a wonderful walk up to Baggio. A well deserved treat. Delicious food and a great fire going. Highly recommend but you will need cash.

01/11/2025: On our way back from visiting Balcone d'Italia, we stopped in for coffee and dessert. The service was excellent, too. The place is small but cozy.
18/10/2025: Café with very friendly service, who also speak German. Very nice ambiance outside on the small village square. Fortunately in summer, but unfortunately in autumn, the lovely seating is in the shade. This was our second time here and we'd love to come back.
